Although I needed to cancel my travel to Fl and subsequently cancel this beautiful home rental, I wanted to leave a brief review related to communication with the owners. As disappointed as I was to have to cancel, the owners were terrific! Their communication was so very friendly, very clear and very detailed. They were extremely responsive and timely to my questions. This is always important to me and for this reason, I would book with them at another time without hesitation! In order to leave this comment I had to provide ratings. I rated it a “5” although it just refers to my communication with the owners and the other categories are really N/A due to the unexpected cancellation by me.

This place was perfect in every way. The location is very central to many beaches and restaurants. Most are with 20-30 min. Safety Harbor itself is a wonderful little place to visit, shops, ice cream, breweries and Nonas pizza is amazing! The house itself is great! The pool and outdoor area is very private and relaxing! Inside is great also! All beds are comfortable, kitchen is very well equipped. They also provide all towels, paper products, coolers, beach umbrella and anything you need! Highly recommend!!

This was our 25th year for guys only get together. Saw 2 Rays games, Top Golf and charter fishing trip kn the bay. This property exceeded our expectations. Very well appointed in the kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms. It is in a great location with gorgeous view of Tampa Bay. Beverly and Jack made us feel at home and showed us all the operations of the pool, outdoor kitchen, hot tub and elevator. We could not have been more pleased with our accommodations. We whole-heartedly recommend this property.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. The pool is large, warm and relaxing! My husband enjoyed using the outdoor kitchen and grill! Having a refrigerator by the pool was great to keep our drinks close and cold! The townhome was very clean and the kitchen was well equipped to make meals. The beds are comfortable as well! Jack and Beverly and their property manager Robert were very helpful and communication was quick and easy! We would stay here again!

We had a wonderful time! The property was perfect for 4 ladies in town for a friends sons wedding. Clean, fully equipped and the pool area is fantastic. Jack was so attentive to our needs. Highly recommend this beautiful place.

The property is a little piece of heaven settled at the end of a private drive. It has everything you would ever need, including board games, card games, and books to read while you relax on the covered deck overlooking the pool and bay. Beach towels and a cooler are also provided if you want to go to the beach. There are extra amenities available if you forgot anything. The kitchen is fully equipped with all cookware, and Beverly even has all the spices you need to add to your favorite dish. The beds are comfortable and all closets have hangers for your clothes. Additionally, there is an ironing board and steamer available. Each bedroom has a TV with a firestick. The house is conveniently located near a Super Walmart and Publix. It is also very close to Tampa International Airport. The pool, jacuzzi, tiki bar, and other amenities are exceptional, and Beverly ensures that your vacation is perfect.

The townhouse is clean and bright, the kitchen is very well stocked with appliances, pots and pans and dishes, and the beds are very comfortable. The owners, who live onsite - right next door in the building, in fact - are very personable, and meet you upon arrival to show you how everything on the property works. The back pool area is quite lovely, and the pool has a cover you close at night so the heat remains constant and the pool stays clean. We spent quite a bit of time on the upstairs porch, as you can see the bay from there and it feels fairly secluded. The property itself is well protected visually from the neighbors on the ground floor, and there is a shade on the railing on the porch, to give you privacy from the houses next door.
We spent a day in Dunedin (always an absolute delight) after visiting Honeymoon Beach, and tried to spend the other day in Safety Harbor. Unfortunately we chose Monday for that excursion, and apparently almost the entire town shuts down on Mondays. There are several great shops and little restaurants, so if you’re planning on visiting the town, plan your outing for any other day of the week.
Last but not least, the stairs up to the unit are quite a workout, but never fear - the elevator works very well for transporting you, your suitcases, and any groceries or other sundries you may have.
Over all, it was a quite pleasant stay.

We celebrated a 30th birthday with a group of friends/family. The host Jack and Beverly were the best ! Showed us around the property to ensure we got the maximum use out of all the amenities. Quiet neighborhood which was great. The space inside was great even though we spent most of the time in the screened in porch. All of us voted we would return for sure !

We rented this house for a family spring break trip and it was exactly as advertised. The home was perfect for our needs and had all the staples of a home upon arrival. Jack and Beverly were wonderful hosts and answered any questions we had during our trip. The pool was lovely and we used the grill and tiki hut as much as possible. The new hot tub was very relaxing at night. We traveled with adult kids and everyone had room to move about and have personal space. We enjoyed our time in Safety Harbor and had no complaints!

My husband and I totally enjoyed our stay. This home was perfect for us. The house itself was very well equipped. The kitchen had everything that you might need and more. The property itself is beautiful and displayed perfectly in the photos. I loved that I was able to see the Tampa Bay. We felt that the location was outstanding. It was an easy walk to an incredible park. Beverly and Jack are outstanding hosts. It was extremely easy to communicate with them. We fell in love with the town of Safety Harbor and definitely hope to return.

We stayed and Jack and Beverly's VRBO for 3 weeks and it was everything we hoped for! The home is bright and comfortable, very clean and had all the amenities we could want and need. While we spent a lot of time exploring the area - when we did want down time, we could just lounge at the pool/hottub and tiki area. The home is tucked down a small drive and very private and yet anything we wanted to do was easy to get to. We took daily walks at Phillipe Park and had so many wonderful meals in Safety Harbor which is minutes away. We would definitely book with them again!

Thanks for your amazing hospitality and more than well stocked VRBO for our stay in Tampa for volleyball. Even though it rained the whole time, there were games and books for us to enjoy. Myself and friends stayed here to attend a football game in Tampa Bay. I can’t say enough good things. The pool and tiki bar area is just as great as the pictures show. Check in and dealing with Jack was a breeze. Safety Harbor is a really cool little town and you’re within 30 minutes of Tampa, Clearwater, and St Pete. I would recommend checking out Clearwater for sure. All in all it was an amazing trip and we found the price to be reasonable. Would highly recommend

We loved everything about this property! Beautiful neighborhood, great little town and the property was amazing! Pool and outside area was awesome and very tranquil! Perfect relaxing getaway for my wife’s 40th bday! Super easy to get to Tampa for our concert and close to Clearwater Beach where we were able to get some beach time in! We are planning to try and book this again with it kiddos and can’t wait to return! Thank you Mr. And Mrs. Wold for a fantastic weekend!!!

Owner inferred we lied about damages. Please read.....Location, pool and were nice and presented as in pictures. However, there were many small inconveniences that were annoying. You are not allowed to set AC below 70 (one of my joys on vacation is sleeping in a cold room), this was not the case here. The toaster, water dispenser on frig, stove light, hot tub lights, and pool (for one morning) were broken. We got by, just annoying. We followed check out policy. Then today, I receive an email that we are being charged $100 for blood stains on 2 sets of sheets. We stripped the beds and did not notice anything. Also, none of us were injured, cut or bleeding during the trip. We were not provided pictures of damage. I asked if they would inquire from the housecleaner if it could possibly have happened some other way- something mixed in washer, picked up from floor, etc.... This was the response I got..."I know they weren’t there before, because I know I can take the word of my cleaning guy. He’s a very devout Jehovah witness." Bringing up religion is just not necessary. We will never stay here again and really feel it's unacceptable owners can charge guests without proof of damge.

This place was even better than expected. The location is perfect. Close to both airports, the beach, restaurants, sporting events and concert venues all just a short drive away. Spent a long weekend with friends and had the best time ever enjoying the pool and hot tub. The tiki bar has a grill and stereo system that make the evenings wonderful overlooking the pool and bay. If you are going to be in the Tampa area for anything you will not regret staying here.

What a wonderful property!
It has everything you could ever need, plus items not mentioned in the VRBO listing.
The house was clean, and the beds were very comfortable.
We enjoyed the pool almost every day, and it was nice to have somewhere quiet and private to relax.
It was exciting to do a dolphin tour, and if you're into golf, definitely visit Topgolf driving range.
Good places to eat if you're out and about, are Bahama Breeze, and Gigglewaters.
Clearwater Beach is worth a visit for it's beautiful white sands, and take a walk along the pier in the evening to enjoy the stunning sunset.
Jack and Beverly are the loveliest hosts you could ever wish to meet, and always available if you need anything.
It was nice to meet Kwai their little dog too, before he went to doggy heaven - that broke our hearts - may he rest in peace.
We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday, and the only complaint I have, is that we had to leave!
You will absolutely without a doubt, enjoy a stay at this property.

This place was great. Everything was just as described, except maybe better. Super clean, well kept, pool was great, spent lots of time floating, hot tub was big and comfortable. Used the grill for a couple of dinners, really nice setup with spacious counter, sink, table, cooked while others floated nearby. Didn't see as much of Safety Harbor or Tampa as we planned because everyone just wanted to hang out here. Host was great, pinged us as we were scheduled to arrive and spent a few minutes walking us through the pool and grill details. Quiet area, felt safe and happy. You could tell the hosts really cared for their home and wanted to make sure we had great visit. Silly as it sounds, many of the light switches were labeled, which made just made it so much easier to feel right at home.

Beverly and Jack provide top of the line accommodations - the property inside and out is pristine, the beds very comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. All appliances in working order and an ample supply of towels and household products. Couldn’t have felt more comfortable! And the outdoor living space is beyond anything we’ve ever experienced in the 20 years we’ve been visiting SH. I can’t say enough good things about the pool which is a saltwater relaxing paradise. We enjoyed our stay so much last year that we decided to come back this year! Very relaxing. Lots of outdoor space on the screened-in porch, out by the pool, or at the Tiki Hut. Centrally located with easy access to everything. Close to Philippe Park (which is our personal favorite) and downtown Safety Harbor. Simply a wonderful property and it’s just as represented in the photos!

This townhome was exactly what we were looking for. My wife and I were looking for a great spot that just off the beaten path, yet close to restaurants and activities. This was the ideal location.
The townhome is clearly well cared for with many thoughtful touches throughout. Good space and many thoughtful amenities. We spent most of our time taking advantage of the lovely outdoor paradise. The hot tub, poolside grill, tiki hut and ample outdoor seating were all very enjoyable, but the highlight was without a doubt the incredible pool. Complete with waterfalls, it was certainly where we spent most of our time. Calm and relaxing!
Beverly & Jack were awesome throughout. Their communication was engaged, authentic, timely and thorough. They took the time to personally walk us through how to utilize all the great outdoor space, provided local recommendations when needed and followed up to make sure we were enjoying our stay. We certainly did! This was definitely a 5-Star experience from booking through departure and we'll be back!

Totally enjoyed our stay at Beverly and Jack’s place. The pool, hot tub, grill and deck are just beautiful. The living area is open and spacious. We had everything we needed for cooking and relaxing. Safety Harbor is 2.5 mi away and is a lovely little tourist town. We walked there and back several times going thru the waterfront Philippe Park on the way. Great restaurants and shops in town. Only 15 minutes away from Dunedin and Honeymoon Island. Clearwater is just beyond that. It was really nice to be in a secluded spot yet so near many things. The stairs were not a problem for us. The few times we had groceries we just used the elevator. Shout out to Bev and Jack for being available when needed and checking up on us. Hope to return!
