Older condo property but very clean. Walking distance to everything needed for a gals getaway. Pool had some issues while we were there but didn't hinder using it.

It was what we needed space-wise and so close to the beach. Did not use the pool.
Owner responsive.
Could be a bit cleaner ex: coffeemaker not cleaned, and some cups dirty.
A bit of a problem with a. c. which she assisted with.
Toilet seat not fully affixed.
Lots of towels, and utensils.
Could use a small curtain for the front door.

Great location: so close to the beach & Atlantic Ave & all the shops, bars & restaurants. The condo is clean, with all the necessities: Updated bathrooms, new beach chairs & towels, new washer & dryer , big TVs , refrigerator w ice maker.

The villa was great. The problem is that was advertised as having a pool. Unfortunately, the day we checked in, there were workers working on the pool -- cleaning, painting, etc. They said the pool wouldn't be usable for at least 4-5 days. This was a great disappointment to us all, especially our 7 year-old granddaughter

Location is ideal, 2 blocks from the beach and 1 block to Atlantic Avenue! The unit was fine, not fancy, but the basics were there. Highly recommend visiting Delray Beach!

This was our second stay in this rental. We love the Delray area and cannot beat the price of this rental and the location. Walking distance to shops and restaurants as well as the beach. The rental was a great size for our family of 4 plus 1 grandparent. Bathrooms are spacious and clean, love having a washer and dryer (especially when vacationing with kids), and the pool is a plus and always enjoyed!

Best location!
This was the perfect place for a girls trip. So close to the beach and the main strip. Everyone had a good time and wants to go back soon! Communication was very clear and everything was perfect!

4-minute walk to beach!
The proximity to the beach and shops/restaurants downtown were perfect. The property was clean and communication was very good. Beach chairs and towels provided were really nice to have each morning we spent on the beach. We will definitely stay here again.

Lovely Location
My son lives in Del Ray and this was the perfect location to the Ave., beach and all things Del Ray. We had 4 with us, but my son stayed a night or 2, but there was plenty of room for all 5 of us. The property was in a great location 1 block to beach and 1/2 block to Ave. We had a blast and will definitely be returning and this will be our go-to place!

Perfect location
LOVED the location! Walking distance to both the beach and many restaurants. We used the free trolley one night to go to dinner - so convenient. And the apartment was a great hangout spot for our Girls’ Weekend. Beds and couch were comfy. Kitchen had everything we needed for drinks and appetizers before going out. We would definitely return here on our next visit to Delray!

The place had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. And with a quick walk to the beach and Atlantic Avenue the location is perfect. Even the pool which isn’t lovely from the outside was pretty, warm and clean.

Best location possible for my family in awesome Delray beach. Great kitchen and family gathering area. Very short walk to the beach and "the ave". Close to everything. Highly recommended!!

Location was great. Complex was decent (pool area could be upgraded). Unit was nice but the unit was not very clean. All of the sheets smelt like wet laundry / throw up and the fans were dusty. The washer/ dryer didn’t really work and there was so detergent. The dishwasher also didn’t work. I saw a previous review that said they were rushing people out at check out time and that couldn’t be more accurate. I would look to stay Elsewhere if you want an overall

We were impressed with the overall experience. The location was perfect for the beach and for downtown activities. The pictures we saw before were the actual pictures of where we stayed. We were very, very pleased with everything!! Very clean and organized!!

Basic apartment near beach
Apartment was clean and short walk NO EXTRAS - Every rental I have stayed at had the basics - little shampoo, soaps, conditioner, tea bags, some coffee, whatever. It was annoying having to go buy shampoo and stuff for my 3 nights. ALSO, check out says 10 am. They literally were BANGING on the door at 9:50 saying we had to leave in 10 minutes. Never had that experience before. There is usually a 20 minute grace period or so. Coming early and banging on the door was obnoxious.

Long weekend Reboot, Highly Recommend
Exceptional property. Classic Florida style low rise property in a quiet neighborhood. Beautifully updated condo. Fully stocked kitchen, nice island seating, dining table and comfortable living area. Beds are really comfortable and well appointed bathrooms. Wifi and media great! Quiet and beautiful but steps away from everything Delray Beach Village has to offer. As close to the beach you can get without staying on the beach, phenomenol! Within walking distance of great restaurants and shops. The Freebee electric golf cart shuttle service is great, make sure to check it out. We had a great relaxing fun filled time and will definitely return. Highly recommened!!

Excellent property! Location is perfect. Easy walk to beach and restaurants. Fun, private pool. Everything is just as pictured. Closet with beach towels, beach chairs, and lots of beach toys for the kids. Beds were comfy & so was the couch. Perfect for our stay and if ever in Delray again, will book this unit

Perfect Delray Spot
Our stay at Delray Beach was perfect, The unit was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Diane was incredible and readily available for any questions. The close proximity to the beach and Atlantic Ave makes this a perfect location to stay and take advantage of everything Delray has to offer. I wouldn't consider staying at anywhere else when vacationing in Delray Beach. We will be back and look forward to renting this location from Diane.

This unit is one of the few that has been updated with a modern kitchen and has an in unit washer and dryer. The WD was very nice and we used it quite a bit. The place is great and the did a wonderful job with the renovation. The unit came stocked with beach towels beach chairs and beach toys. We had a great time. The only concern we had was the amount of glass furniture in the unit because we had our two kids with us. There are glass shelves, coffee table and side table. I twas a bit stressful with all of that glass, but ended up not being a problem.
