Ort! Ort! Ort! Dieses Gerät ist Teil von The Landing Condominium Complex und liegt direkt an der Autobahn 7 auf dem Hauptkanal des Lake Hamilton. Es ist sehr leicht zu finden und in der Nähe von Hot Springs Attraktionen und Annehmlichkeiten wie Oaklawn! Short Gehen, Fahren oder Bootfahren Nähe zu vielen Restaurants, Yachthäfen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Nachtleben, usw. Gerät ist nicht direkt am Wasser, wie es sitzt in der zweiten Reihe der Gebäude, sondern bietet einen seitlichen Blick auf den See vom Balkon aus. Gerät befindet sich im Erdgeschoss auf Parkplatz Ebene, so dass keine Schritte zu verhandeln! Zwar nicht auf dem Wasser, ist es direkt neben dem Pool und Tennisplatz, das ist nicht der Fall bei den Ufergebäuden. Complex bietet einen direkten Zugang zum See mit einem Pavillon zur gemeinsamen Nutzung. Bootsbeleg nicht inbegriffen, kann jedoch auf Anfrage zur Verfügung gestellt werden.
Die Wohnanlage ist ca. 1100 qm mit zwei Schlafzimmern und zwei Vollbäder. Es wurde komplett renoviert und im April 2015 neu eingerichtet. Die Master-Suite verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett, Waschtisch, voll Master-Bad mit Wanne / Dusche, 48 "Flachbild-TV, Doppel-Schrank und Schiebetür Zugang zum Balkon. Die Gäste-Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett mit voller Größe Schrank und einen 48 'Flachbildschirm-TV. Die Küche ist mit modernen Geräten wie Mikrowelle, Waschmaschine / Trockner, Geschirrspüler, Herd, Keurig Kaffeemaschine sowie als voll ausgestattet mit allen Kochutensilien, Geschirr und Besteck ausgestattet. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über einen 50 "Flachbildschirm-TV sowie einen schönen Blick auf Lake Hamilton und die unglaublichen Sonnenuntergänge. Die 24 'abgedeckt Slipanlage ist ein paar hundert Meter von der Einheit ist jedoch Gästeparkplätze sind in der Nähe des Schlupf.

This was the first time I reserved a VRBO myself. I needed to read the instructions better regarding the security gate, but that was on me! Instructions were excellent

Our check-in process was super easy and the instructions were very thorough. We didn't have any problems and never had to contact the manager. Once we checked in, everything was just as it described in the ad. The beds were very comfortable and so was the couch! The kitchen was accessible and had just enough pots and pans and things to cook for us all week. I used the washer and dryer multiple times for our clothes and my daughter's uniforms.
The highlight for us was the pickleball court because we had a lot of down time while we were there. We had a blast playing and the owner had extra paddles and balls there. We also used the grills that the facility had available a couple times and they were nice also. The pool was refreshing and it was a great stay!
The only thing that I can say negative was that the floor had some previous water damage in the condo and it was a little wavy which was hard to get used to at first as you walked down the hallway but by the end of the week we didn't even notice it. Overall, it was a great place!

2 king beds and a pull-out couch made it so everyone could comfortably spread out. Bonus was the 4th of July fireworks shot off directly across the lake from the complex.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this cute condo. Fully stocked with everything you need. Just grab your groceries. Located right on Lake Hamilton, only 10 minutes to downtown. Owner is very responsive to any questions. We will be booking this place again

We had the most relaxing weekend! The weather looked like it was going to be a wash-out. But it turned out to be a beautiful weekend!!

I like the location of the property, however, it really needs a deep cleaning and not just a surface cleaning. The kitchen and bathroom cabinets need to be painted and cleaned, as well as the laundry closet. We found no dish detergent but we can live with that. A quick trip to Harps was sufficient.
The decor is beautiful and well paired with the chosen theme. The sofa and 2 chairs need to be cleaned. There was an ant invasion in the kitchen.
I think that this property would be a 4 star if it were to get a deep cleaning.
There was alot of construction in most of the units which can be quite noisey. The workers had wires and boards in our walkway and we had to pick up their water bottles after their day was over. I wish it was stated in the description before we rented it.
Overall, I would not stay here again.

Clean, comfortable, close to the lake. Slight view of the water from the balcony. Just a few minutes from Bathhouse Row. Property is older, but priced right for the amenities.

Poorly equipped kitchen. Oven burns food..cooks 100 degrees too hot, the stove and oven is 30 years old. Fridge seal is not attached, leaks air. Floors have large uneven places. Tv has only apps, which you have to use your own access. Parking is terrible, if you don't drive a sub compact car, the space to park is not enough to get out of car . AVOID this place!!

Beautiful location
The owner was very descriptive in explaining the check-in and check-out process and was very friendly when he had to call and give us some information. The condo was beautiful and very clean and I would highly recommend to anyone and when we have our next trip back we will definitely book again!

Wonderful stay
Out of the five VRBO places we've stayed at in Hot Springs this is by far the best. There's only one step to get to the door so it's great for limited mobility clients. The whole unit was very clean and the color palette is current. Very nice bedding and towels too! We needed an extra hour for checkout and the host was kind enough to work with us. We will definitely stay here again and would recommend it highly.

This was a trip planned to relax and enjoy the scenery. We had a wonderful time in Hot Springs. The location was great, a short drive anywhere and had a nice view off the balcony for morning coffee. The owner responded to all my request promptly.

Most convienant location, excellent condo!
Easy access to this beautiful condo, close to pool, view of lake, sunsets in the evening were amazing! Condo was super clean and comfortable, it had everything and more that we needed. Beds were amazingly comfortable, nicely decorated. Would own this one if I could!

Clean but..
First of all tried gate code.. it didn’t open the gate tried several times still wouldn’t open. Tried calling owner several times, just got a message not available. Thank goodness a boy at the pool noticed and gave us another code which we used for our stay. Tried the code we were given again later and it still didn’t work. We stayed in a lot of VRBO’s and this one price wise was not as nice as expected. Beds were very comfortable and the place was clean. Floors felt like walking on water, chairs in living room your butt almost touched the floor when sitting. It’s just a ok place to stay.

Best Location in Hot Springs
My family and I have stayed in Hot Springs and HSV over a dozen times, and we agree this was by far the best location we have stayed in. Lake view, while still experiencing the conviences of staying in town. The grounds were well kept, pool was clean, and the condo was spacious. We utilized many of the conveniences of the place, including the crock pot and Keurig coffee maker. The oven is outdated and the thermostat in it is off as we burnt cinnamon rolls in a matter of 11 minutes. A minor inconvenience, which we laughed about. Everything else was terrific.

Great location and comfy beds!
This unit was in a great location for us. It was a rainy week so we used the mall to walk for exercise and saw a couple of movies and we were very close to both. We were also close to Garvan Gardens- a main attraction for us. The beds were luxuriously comfortable and we were interested in SEC baseball and the TVs were great. Our only issues were we encountered a bevy of ants our first morning. They got into a box of muffins on the kitchen counter and we had to throw them away. However the unit was well equipped with spray so after we sprayed we didn’t have any more problems with that. Also the floor seemed a little uneven. That was troubling to us since there had recently been a landslide next door so it made us concerned about the foundation. However that might have just been the power of suggestion! There was no evidence that the building we were in had been effected at all. It was super clean and check in was very easy. All in all, we were well satisfied for the price.
