Unsere geräumigen 2000SF Haus liegt gegenüber dem Stadtpark gelegen und verfügt über eine gute Anbindung an Skibussen und der historischen Main Street. Das 2004 erbaute unseren 4BR / 3. 5BA Haus verfügt über 2 Master-Suiten, eine Luxus-Küche und einen offenen Grundriss, um große Gruppen. Nach einem Tag Skifahren, Mountainbiken oder Wandern Sie in unserem privaten Whirlpool im Freien entspannen.
Alle 4 Schlafzimmer sind mit Flachbild-TVs. Für Gäste mit Autos, wir haben ein 2 Auto befestigt Garage mit Platz für Parkplätze und einen Skiraum.

We really enjoyed our stay at Cheryl’s property. Easy walk to the mountain and a nice path to walk into town! We had 2 toddlers with us who really enjoyed the playground right across the street. Cheryl was very helpful and responsive!

We absolutely loved staying at this rental house. Enough room for 9 adults. The house was well maintained, clean, and the location was so close to the base of Mountain Village. Every morning we would walk the short couple of cloths to the slope. We had a wonderful time in park city and would absolutely love to stay here again next time we’re in town!

This home is beautiful. Views of mountain. Across from house is a nice park so lots of extra parking. Kitchen is very large and had everything we needed to make Christmas Eve and Christmas Day dinner. Table has seating for 8 and there are 3 barstools at counter. The table was great for playing games also. The Living room is cozy with a nice fireplace. Our adult kids loved the hot tub after a day of skiing. All the bedrooms were very spacious. The location is convenient to the mountain, grocery stores, liquor store, and the downtown restaurants. We had a wonderful Christmas vacation at this lovely home. The owners are very quick to respond to any questions. We hope to come back again soon.

The townhome was spacious and in a great location a few blocks from the Payday lift. The host was very accommodating and answered all questions promptly. I would highly recommend this townhome for ski trips in Park City.

We had an awesome time and Cheryl was super responsive throughout.
Check in / check out was easy and super low maintenance. The house had everything we needed for cooking and relaxing. Hot tub is in great shape, plenty of parking and the house was clean and everything worked.
Location is awesome. 5 min walk from PC Base, means you’re on and off the mountain with ease. There is a 7/11 very close by for picking up odds and ends you missed on your grocery trip and there is a shuttle stop about 25 yards from the front door, allowing for quick and easy access to town for dining / shopping / drinking.
We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for skiers
This was a perfect place to stay for our group. Easy walk to Crescent/Payday lifts. The place was very clean and has a well stocked kitchen with lots of big serving and cooking items to feed a large group. The two master suites were a huge hit. Cheryl was awesome with communication and really accommodating. We had a great time and I would highly recommend this place. Yes, getting into the garage is a challenge, but it wasn't that big of a deal. It was also just as easy to park on the city park side of the home. We had 3 cars there no problem.

Great location!
This is a great property for a big skiing/snowboarding group! It is 2 blocks slightly uphill walking distance to the slopes, so people could come back at different times. The VRBO had the basics for cooking (salt pepper oil pans etc.) and the rooms were well stocked with towels.

Wonderful house, close to PC Mountain Village
Beautiful home with large comfortable beds and a private hot tub on rear patio, lots of closet space in bedrooms (not much on ground level. Two car garage. Full size washer and dryer. Kitchen was well-stocked with pots, pans, glasses, plates, etc. Communication with owner via VRBO was excellent. Checkin and out were easy. Walk up a 14th st steep short hill to Park City Mountain Village or up 13th st grated stairs which avoids traffic and slippery road, then cross parking lot to get to slopes. Only drawback was that the turn into the garages is very, very tight, especially for SUVs, because there is a fence very close to the front of the garage doors, making it difficult to get into garage - can’t drive straight in. Garage doorways are also narrow for SUVs. Other than that - everything was wonderful and would definitely stay again.

Perfect, Cozy mountain property!
7 of us stayed here very comfortably for a pre-Christmas ski vacay. The house is great; plenty of amenities, hot tub, convenient location, and easy access to main street and lower Park City. Stocked with fun games to play. We had three adults (took the two masters) and three older teens (two in bunk room and one in queen room). House could easily accommodate a few more.

Spacious condo in a great location
Our family stayed here for a few days to visit Park City. It’s close to shops and restaurants on Main Street as well as Olympic Park and Deer Valley. Lots of trails nearby. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

Host Cheryl did an exceptional job addressing all of my questions; no surprises with this rental.
The beds were very comfortable with the large upper bathrooms. Exterior access was nice with two large, empty garage bays or entrance on the park side. Washer/dryer were super-size and new. The kitchen needs some organization (ie labels, more uniformity).

Great house and location
All of us are ready to stay at Cheryl's house again! We were three generations using the house as a base for skiing. The house had plenty of room to spare for the 4 of us and it was great having the shared open plan space where we all congregated in down times. Took the van from the airport and were without a car which worked well, everything is within walking distance. Most importantly, Park City base is a short two block walk. When we did the first big shopping we took uber back to the house but never needed it after that whether for shopping or walking to restaurants in the old town (there is a lovely walking path along the creek). The house is well equipped for babies and toddlers, and the city park out the back door was a big favorite. Communication with the owner was fast and easy.

Perfect location and space for 2 families
We loved the ease of this location. The Park City base is only 2 blocks away and a quick bus ride. You can walk or take the free bus to Main Street and the grocery store. We were 2 families traveling together and it was nice having 2 master suites so we didn't have to worry about who got the master bedroom. The kitchen was well stocked and the main living area set up well for our group. The private hot tub on the patio is perfect for after skiing.

Great Property
We enjoyed the property. It is a nice place, spaceous, well furnished and equipped. Only negative is water pressure. When more than 1 person showers, it is low. If all 3 are running or if washer is running, water is at a trickle. We managed around it and had a great time. Close proximity to PC Mountain base and Main street. Kids loved playing in all the open parks within walking distance.

Great place to stay!
We had a wonderful week in Park City and this lovely home was a perfect place to stay. A beautiful city park was in the back yard, hot tub was a welcome treat after a day of hiking and mountain biking and it was an easy walk to Main Street for delicious dinners.

Convenient and cozy!
This is a lovely home and remarkably convenient to everything. Only about 50 yrds to the free shuttle stops going in either direction along Park Ave. that can take you just about anywhere in the area you need to go. And just a few blocks walk to the Park City Base where the equipment rentals, lifts and slope side restaurants are. We would ride the shuttle up the hill, and then walk down after skiing... or take the shuttle if we were exhausted! The property is casual and cozy and very comfortable. Feels like home! Everything was well maintained and worked perfectly. The owners were very responsive and easy to communicate with - offering suggestions, and answering questions quickly. Thanks for a great vacation!

Incredible Property and Location
This was our first trip to Park City and our family absolutely loved it. The home was very clean and great for both the kids and grandparents alike. Location and space
We were a group of ten ladies. The house was walking distance to everything, had ample numbers of bathrooms, plenty of beds, and a large well appointed kitchen. Great location! 7-Eleven is down the street, Starbucks is a ten minute walk, and the bus stop is just out the door. The best part? A two car garage in a city where parking is not easy.

Gorgeous. Inviting. Setup well for large families.
We have visited this area many times and rented several homes. This is now our go to Rental. Everything about the home is clean and comfortable. The house is in the perfect area for walking access to; parks, mountain sports and golf. Shopping and food are also close by. The owner was amazing and quickly responded to inquiries. 5 star everything.
