Condo was beautiful and clean. Location was perfect and only a short walk to the beach. The trolley stop right in front of the building was handy for our many trips to the village. I would definitely recommend this property.

Beautiful condo. Very well kept and stocked well with kitchen items. Right across the street from the public beach. Could use some new towels. Existing towels are quite hard but overall, this rental is an excellent choice.

This was our first time in Siesta Key with our toddler. The condo was clean and had all the amenities that we needed. Rich was very responsive to messages sent to him. There is covered parking within the building that was helpful it was raining. Thanks for having us!

I had high expectations of the property before I arrived and everything about the unit exceeded . The unit is fresh , updated , and in a perfect location . Richard was responsive with a couple of very minor asks . I’d love to stay here again in the future.

This property is across the street from the Siesta Key public beach and in a prime location with an easy walk to the village. The owner has a nicely renovated condo. He offered clear and easy instructions for renting and occupying his place. The owner has also thought through many of the nice small touches that make up a quality VRBO. We had two small questions during our stay and the owner was exceedingly prompt at answering and resolving these (small) questions. I would highly recommend and if possible take advantage again of this property.

Love this 2 bedroom, 2 bath, 2 balcony condo. The location for us was perfect. A mile walk to Siesta Village or bike ride. Location gives quick access to (off the main road traffic) Walking/Riding thru neighborhoods was great. The public pickle ball courts were literally right across the street as was public access to the main beach. We loved it so much we rebooked for next year. Decor was tastefully done and there was plenty of beach chairs/towels/umbrella...all the things you need. Washer/Dryer was great. Rich was a delight to work with and communicated immediately to all of our needs! Highly recommend. l

Condo was really nice. Beautifully decorated and spacious. Very clean and updated. Only complaint was distance to ocean. Quite a long walk with beach gear and pool was under renovation.

The unit was bright, clean, well furnished, and beautifully decorated—as well as quiet! The kitchen was well stocked, and there were plenty of towels and washcloths, including everything we needed for the beach. Siesta Key Beach—one of the top beaches in the world— is just a short walk across Beach Road and a free trolley is available in front of the building to get to Siesta Key Village. We enjoyed our stay and the location, and look forward to staying here again!

Hello,
I spent more than 2 weeks in the condo (in April 2023) I was very satisfied with the services and the condo. It is big and very practical in addition to a covered parking near the door. The furniture and the beds are very comfortable. There is also a very nice balcony. Nice pool and the beach is very close and beautiful. The village with all the restaurants is easily accessible by foot.
I recommend it to everyone.

The unit was as described, very clean and beautiful open feel. The heated pool and tennis court were perfect to keep us busy when the weather was cooler. The unit had everything we needed and we appreciated the extra household supplies (laundry soap, dish soap, garbage bags…). Everyone we met at the condo complex was super friendly. Highly recommend this unit

Exactly as described , lots of light, 2 balconies ! Well appointed kitchen , great location . Trolley is right out front to take you anywhere in town. Really nice pool, and the sugar sand beach is across the street !Great location.

My fiancé and I came to Siesta Key in 2021, we loved the condo. It had everything you need, amazing views, and perfect location. So, we brought our family back exactly a year later to celebrate our wedding.

Absolutely perfect place to stay. The description of this property was spot on. The unit was spotless, up-to-date, and well equipped with everything we needed.
The on site facilities were well maintained and cared for. The pool area was right across the parking lot and provided plenty of seating in and out of the sun.
Great location with an easy walk to the beach across the street and close proximity to the village.

This condo was great. It is very well appointed and clean. Loved the two balconies! The location was perfect! Couldn’t have been better! You can catch a free trolley right outside the condo with the beautiful beach right across the road.
We did have issues with the key and being able to open the door. My mom could not work it at all so she had to stay inside when we were gone,
I’d stay here again!

Great Location in this Beautiful Condo
This is the second time staying in this unit...we love it! Perfect location, great views! Everything is pictured accurately and we found the unit to be very clean. The property has all you need including beach chairs, tennis racquets, towels, etc. We loved the trolley pick up right in front and also having the ability to walk to the public beach for sunset. Richard was great to work with! Highly recommend this property!

This place was great to stay in, it’s very clean and full of natural light! It was only about a 5 minute walk to the beach so you don’t need to worry about parking at all. It is a little farther away from the main village area, but you can use trollys to easily get there.

Great Location
We enjoyed our stay at your place. The location near the beach was excellent. We spent Christmas Day on the beach and could not ask for a better way to spend Christmas. My mother used the master bedroom and had a comment that she felt the mattress was a bit lumpy. She used some extra blankets to smooth things out but I wanted to mention this to you. Otherwise, we enjoyed our time at the condo., We love Siesta Key and have been visiting for years. Thanks

A bit more sea view and slightly shorter distance on foot into the centre but free transport passing by constantly.

Nice condo in a great location!
The condo was comfortable and we loved the location of it being across from Siesta Key public beach. It was also a short walk to the village. The only issues were: there was not toilet paper in the master bath so we had to get some right away, the master bath toilet has a “ghost flush” where it sounds like it is flushing every few minutes and there must be a problem with the pipes because it sounds like a helicopter (quite loud!) each time (not fun to listen to all night long!), and the toilet in the other bath malfunctioned and overflowed. Lots of toilet issues but other than that, it was a great condo.

Anniversary getaway
We just loved our vacation in Siesta Key. The condo was perfect and provided everything we needed. The location directly across from Siesta Key beach was so convenient, and we also were close enough to walk down to Siesta village. I would say this is our favorite rental property so far, and we are already planning to return.

Perfect location. Everything was spotless on arrival. Everything you needed was there in the condo. Beach chairs, towels etc. Very convenient walk into town if you enjoy walking. Easy access to the beach. We rarely used our car. We will be back! Easy to communicate with the owner when I had questions prior to arrival. Thanks for everything!

Beautiful Condo in Perfect Location
My family loved staying in this condo. Great place with all we needed - linens, towels, beach chairs. Worked well for us to hit the beach in the morning and enjoy the pool in the afternoon. Great location across the street from the public beach and easy access to the trolley to take to the village. Richard was great to work with and very helpful. We will stay here again! Already planning a return trip for next year!
