Es erwartet Sie ein außergewöhnliches Windsor Hills-Endgerät in der obersten Etage, das die wunderschönen Sonnenuntergänge am Abend und die Aussicht auf das Resort / Erholungsgebiet einfängt. Dieses Gerät befindet sich in einer sehr ruhigen und privaten Umgebung, ohne Lärm von oben, für einen guten Schlaf vor und nach diesen anstrengenden Tagen im Park! Es hat die größte Veranda zur Verfügung, die völlig privat ist und hat einen brandneuen Bistrotisch mit Platz für 4 Personen. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem der Gebäude, das dem Hauptpool und den brandneuen Wasserrutschen / Wasserparks am nächsten liegt. Der am See gelegene Bürgersteig führt zum hinteren Eingang des Pools / Wasserparks Ruhige Lage in einer wunderschönen, sehr offenen ländlichen Umgebung für Spaziergänge, Läufe und Spaziergänge mit dem Kinderwagen. Es gibt keine Straßen oder Verkehr direkt vor der Wohnung oder Veranda! Diese Einheit mit 2 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern verfügt auch über einen einfachen Aufzugzugang und einen angrenzenden Überlaufparkbereich, sodass während der Hochsaison keine Parkprobleme auftreten. Brandneue moderne 18 "Florida Marmorfliesen sind in allen öffentlichen Bereichen und Badezimmern vorhanden. Das Master BR verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett und ein eigenes Bad mit übergroßer Dusche. Zweiter BR hat Queen & 2 Doppelstockbetten mit gemeinsamen 2. Badezimmer mit Dusche und Badewanne. Elektronischer Keyless-Entry ermöglicht jederzeit eine einfache Anreise. We love Windsor Hills Resort. The Waterpark, pool is great (lot to do). This rental is located in the 4th floor but easily accessible via elevator for those who need a little extra help. The rental is equipped with everything you can think of (well what I needed). Laundry, kitchen supplies and pots and pans, a very comfortable bed, towels and much much more. Keyless entry, very quiet unit and close to the Disney parks and Walmart (and Starbucks). We will definitely be reaching out to stay again this was a 10/10! Thanks for having us!

Great location, closer to all attractions and property is in great shape. You feel secure too in the neighborhood. Kids enjoyed Pool and water slides too. Highly recommend this property. Thanks to Rich for all the coordination

We had a very nice stay here. The condo was a very easy walk to the pool and clubhouse. We have stayed at Windsor Hills 3 years in a row now and we always enjoy it there. Richard was a very good host, we would stay with him again, Thank you.

My husband and I stayed at this condo while visiting my daughter, who lives in Orlando. The extra bedroom allowed her to stay with us while we were in town. The room she stayed in would have been perfect for a larger family as it also had a set of bunk beds along with a queen-sized bed. The location is close to all the fun stuff but quiet enough to feel like an oasis.
Richard was a great host and communicated everything we needed to know before we arrived.

We chose to stay here mainly because it was close to the park but not too close. Also because we could use the pool and fitness center without paying extra. It surpassed our expectations. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. We could even find groceries and restaurants close by that kept are budget in check. Because the parks can get expensive. Rich is great with the information he sent us which was very clear. If we travel to the area again we would so want to book this stay again!

Perfect stay. We came to spend Christmas in Disney and it’s one of the closest locations. Richard let us know ahead of time there was a WalMart close by and we were able to order and have our groceries brought to the car on the way to check in at the property. There was an issue with one of the toilets not flushing properly and the property manager responded immediately and had it fixed by the next day, and kept us updated by text which was extremely helpful. As promised it’s an end unit and was quiet, we were able to sit and enjoy the porch at any hour. I’ve rented several places in the area, and it was a nice bonus that this condo had some things already provided like coffee filters, seasonings, some bottles of water. There were ample towels. It is a very safe area, and someone is always at the guard house. Parking was never an issue. We would happily stay here again.

This was a great location near Disney parks. Communication with owner was always prompt and he explained everything well. Only small complaint we had were the beds were not very comfortable and some areas of the condo were not as clean as we would’ve liked. Overall though this condo worked great for us.

Absolutely loved this condo. Great location on the top floor very quiet, very clean and well stocked. Very comfy beds! Close to all the parks. Easy drive to gulf or ocean. We have stayed at Windsor hills a number of times and this was our favourite condo. And Rich the owner is fantastic to work with. Made everything so easy for us. Would definitely stay here again!

Living up to expectations
This was the absolutely best place to stay, and away from the absurdity of I4 and International Drive. The pool area was awesome but we had little time to explore, with all our time commandeered to Disney and Universal.
It was a great place to head out from every day, with easy access to Sherbeth Rd. Great stay, great facilities.

Beautiful
I traveled to the area for soccer at ESPN! The home was beutiful and had everything I needed! I was able to cook dinner which I loved! The beds were comfortable and having Netflix capability in the bedrooom was an added bonus! The host was an amazing communicator! I will be back!

Quiet and Perfect for Families
This is the third time we've visited Disney World and this was by far the best placed we've stayed. The condo has everything you need and was very quiet...especially during the nights. The pool area was fantastic for our grand kids. We would love to come back again.
