Everything was as advertised, home owner was quick to answer any questions I had. Would definitely stay here again. Location and neighborhood was perfect for us.

A good location not far from the center in a quiet setting

When we arrived we were able to enter as agreed. Once inside we found the house very warm. It was in the mid 90s! The thermostat was set on 78deg and a locked box was installed so we had no control over the temperature of the home the entire week! We roasted our butts off!! We also had no hot water as I discovered that the hot water had been turned off for some reason? I found the electrical box in garage to turn it on. The pool was not clean by any means. There was mold around the edge all the way around. We had to make our own bed as we found we were ready for bed no sheets were on our bed!! Our overall stay was ok but I was very disappointed with the standards of some of the things that were available to us. I guess I was expecting a bit more. Sorry

Just a great place in Port Charlotte. Plenty of room, and close to what Port Charlotte and Punta Gorda have to offer. The house is in a rural area, no neighbors and very quiet. But 7 minutes from the main thoroughfares . Beaches are within 15-20 minutes of driving. Nice pool and lanai, master bedroom very comfortable. We recommend it.

Craig's house was great. It was very clean and well kept. There was ample room for everyone and liked that the master bedroom was separate from the other two bedrooms. We were prepared and brought our own water based on other reviews. Beds were very comfortable and kitchen was set up nicely. Could have used pans/pots that had matching lids. The only negative is the use of the gas grill. We were all set to grill our steaks and found out the both of the propane gas tanks were completely out of gas. It is obvious the people staying there before us did not refill the propane tanks for future tenants. We could not use the grill at all during our entire vacation.

We had a great stay in this home, it is clean, comfortable, and a very pleasant place to stay. The home is very nicely furnished and very adequately supplied with beach equipment. If we decide on a Boca Grande beach trip again next we will definitely look to book this home again

We loved the location of this home, the privacy is amazing and yet it's so close to so many things to do! We had so much fun playing in the pool and the beds were really comfortable. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us.

House is located close to shopping, restaurants & golf courses but in the middle of a forest it seems. Very quiet, no neighbours near by.

We had a wonderful time! The house was lovely, had every convenience, so well maintained & large enough for 6 people without feeling crowded ( with only the 2 of us it was spacious). Very private setting yet close to shopping. The pool was a little smaller than we’ve found at other homes but still enjoyable & can get great exercise with enough sunshine thru the day for sunbathers. Tap water tasted somewhat salty so we just used bottled water for drinking & cooking so was no problem at all. Owner so helpful & very easy to communicate with. Hope we can use this place again for vacation!

Great place. We traveled up and down the gulf coast visiting many places. Home was clean and ready for us. Pool was a little cold so I recommend paying extra for heat. Very private area. Also purchase drinking water as tap water is salty. I hope to stay here again some day.

Here is a list of things that don't work in your house or issues we have dealt with. 1) cant change the temperature in the house 2) salt water in the faucets, showers etc, in the pool, not fresh water, had to by several gallons of purified water. 3)no ice in freezer, have to buy that too,cant make ice from salt water 4)master bathroom jetted tub not working 5)garbage found in pool area upon check in 6)pool heater and pump not working when arrived 7)pool water level was too low, pump and heater wasn't working because of this 8)pool water temperature too low to use until Wednesday 9)fan in master bathroom not working 10) keurig coffee pot needs to be cleaned 11)property manager was condescending and threatening when speaking to my wife 12)We were not told there was no fresh water in the house We were itchy for days after staying here too We were told by your property manager to send you a list of issues that we found. 1)kitchen faucet sprayer does not work 2)master bathroom faucet on the right has a leaky faucet It took us almost 2 weeks to get our deposit back..I had to threaten the owner to do a charge back to get my money back. Will never stay here again.

Wonderful, clean home for my family to spend Christmas. Great communication throughout by the owner. The location in Port Charlotte is ideal - beaches only 20 minutes away, shopping close, major roads nearby. The home itself is nice and spacious, well stocked with all of the essentials and a fantastic pool. We will be back! Thanks for everything Craig!

Exactly as advertised. Had a need to call the property manager and they were there in 15 minutes. Would highly recommend it.

We liked this house a lot! We were two couples and the bedrooms and baths were set up on opposite sides of the house so each couple had privacy. It was clean and had everything we needed, including beach chairs and shark teeth sifters! The pool was small but adequate and right outside the back door. The house was in a super quiet location with no neighbors, but shopping was close by including Sams,Target, Walmart, Aldis, a Mall and lots of restaurants. Craig the owner and Karen the property manager were super nice and quickly responded to our questions.

We had a relaxing time at this villa while visiting friends and family. It is well kept, cozy, and had everything we needed.

Nice house. Very clean. Master bed was VERY comfortable, slept like a baby! Pool is a nice touch and well kept. Would stay again without hesitation.

Everything just as listed. Clean inside and the pool area. The pool was enclosed with fine mesh so we had no problems with insects outside. Very quiet setting surrounded by forest.

The house is lovely! The area is very quiet with very little traffic. The pool was perfect for a dip after a long day in the sun. We had one small hiccup on arrival, the A/C had stopped working. One quick call to the property manager and a repair man was there within an hour. The A/C was up and working in a short time. There were plenty of towels and linens, the house was spacious and convenient to the beaches we were visiting. I would definitely stay again.

We stayed for a long weekend with my parents. The house was clean and had everything we needed. It's in a perfect location...Close to the beaches and shopping. We loved the pool and the privacy of the back yard...Spent may hours sitting out back visiting with family. We would definitely stay again.

We can’t say enough about how awesome our experience was renting this property in Port Charlotte, Florida. First, let us say the owner, Craig Stevens, responds very quickly to any questions or concerns you may have prior, during or after your stay. In addition, he has a property manager that can assist you at anytime during your stay. Craig describes his property exactly as we found it and the pictures of the property were likewise. His description of the location, amenities and nearby attractions was spot on. We especially enjoyed and used the pool in the screen covered lanai almost every day. Just being there was so relaxing as the entire property is surrounded by a tropical forest. The foliage is quite dense and there aren’t any neighbors in view at all. We very much cherished that privacy while being on vacation. We found the inside of the property very comfortable and spacious and the beds were very comfortable as well. We liked looking at the wall art which are pictures relating to Disney or Great Britain. Also we felt the open kitchen living room space was a plus while preparing meals. We utilized bottle water during our stay as the home has a well which is something new to us. Our stay was one of the best experiences we could have asked for. While we were there we explored the area as a possible retirement location and are so happy with the area we will be buying in the near future. Thank you Craig Stevens and your family for everything.
