Wonderful location in the main square. Comfortable and clean accommodation. Every thing you need.

Noisy at night especially when hot and you need the window open. Dont let this put you off, take ear plugs and perhaps a blackout mask if you are a light sleeper.

Great location, friendly host, complimentary snack & wine. All facilities you need, such as fridge, micro, coffee machine with pads, oven. Although you live in an old building, the bathroom was fresh a d clean. You can't stay more centrally in Antwerp.

Location, Location, Location. Kitchen was stocked with tea, coffee, sugar etc. Little gifts of sweets and wine. Apartment is directly over a great Ice Cream shop. Comfy bed, nice linen, plenty of space, modern, contemporary.

Aircon would have been nice

Everything about this place is perfect including having a gelato place run by the owners daughter downstairs. Charming with wonderful furnishings as well as a full kitchen at your disposal.

Location was excellent with easy access to old town and restaurants and cafes.

Our only problem concerned the front windows. The windows could not be opened if the blinds were pulled down. The blinds needed to be down to exclude the bright lights of the Grite Markt. The bedroom therefore remained very warm at night.

Nothing could have made it better

I'd like to thank Mady and Eva for their exceptional hospitality, fast responses to my questions, helping with late check-in, and an opportunity to leave the baggage after check out. The apartment is very great full of Belgian atmosphere, I really like the yard) The kitchen was fully equipped and I like it a lot!

Only at the end of our stay, we understood how to regulate the heating system, so it was freezing before.

The location of the apartment is excellent - it is situated on the main town square. It has a nice little area to drink coffee and watch people pass by :) It is soundproof (double-windows) so it is not loud at night. The bed is also very comfortable. The apartment has everything that one might need - we stayed for four nights and we did not lack anything. Would highly recommend it!

Great place to stay when visiting Antwerp! The apartment has a view to the principal square of the old centrum of the city which makes our stay there even more special. Very comfortable apartment, well decorated, clean and modern. Eva was very kind and helpful.

From the moment we stood in front of the property, agape at the central location (square in the Grote Market), we knew we hit the jackpot! Actually, before we arrived we knew we were in good hands, as Mady, our hostess, was quick to respond to our inquiries, offered great suggestions, and remained in contact with us throughout our stay - a selling point for us! We fetched keys from Eva in the gelateria on the ground floor (Compagnie Belge Artisan Gelato), and subsequently ate one of the most delicious Belgian waffles we've ever had, and later enjoyed her delicious home made ice cream; so good! The apartment itself lacks nothing, is darling, and both clean and comfortable. From the line-up of windows that open to the square, the view of Grote Market is spectacular (we even enjoyed watching a nice rainstorm from it one evening). Add the gift of a lovely bottle of wine to help us celebrate our 30th anniversary, and we couldn't have asked for more! We stayed 5 nights, and wished we didn't have to leave. If you get the chance, we highly recommend staying at Antwerp old Town Apartment.
