Vriendelijke host, bij aankomst lag de koelkast vol met eten en drinken, uitstekende wifi en appartement is verder van alle gemakken voorzien, zoals een wasmachine en een Nespressoapparaat. Het appartement heeft 2 badkamers en 2 slaapkamers. Het ligt in een rustige buurt, ov en supermarkt liggen om de hoek

De matrassen zijn wat aan de harde kant (maar dat is heel persoonlijk) en het bed was qua lengte wat kort, voor ons geen probleem, maar voor langere mensen wellicht lastiger. Afstand tot hartje centrum is ca. 20 minuten lopen

The breakfast supplies were excellent there was nothing they more they could have added there was enough food left to feed far more than our party of five

It’s a well furnished & decorated apartment with 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms, sufficient enough to accommodate 3 of us. Location is great , walking distance to most attractions of Florence! Hostess Francesca had waited for hours to welcome us even though we’re delayed arriving the apartment. She expressed a great deal of hospitality greeting us & explaining everything clearly. Unexpectedly she had also prepared plenty of food for our 5 days’ breakfast! We love staying in La Firenze Sogne very much!

Beautiful large apartment in a quiet part of town. Close to tram and bus and an easy walk to the station. Francesca is a lovely and thoughtful host who provided great advice and stocked the fridge with so much food!!! There is a dryer and washing machine which was helpful. Nearby is a supermarket and tobacconist where you can buy tickets for the bus. If you like Japanese food there is an outstanding restaurant “hoseki” a few doors down from the supermarket. When facing the apartment walk to your right, take the first left and walk straight and you will find them across the road at the intersection. We will definitely be back again! Thanks Francesca

Great apartment in a very convenient location. Francesca is a lovely host who met us at the apartment when we arrived. She had stocked the cupboards and fridge with loads of goodies for during our stay and recommended a few restaurants to try locally. She was also available to answer any queries we might have had throughout our stay. We can't wait to visit again!

It was really amazing!!

This is by far the best apartment we rented! It is roomy, clean and very well appointed. Our host Francesca was fantastic, she took time to tour the apartment with us and provided guidance about the must see and do in Florence as well as restaurants recommendation! There was also a very good selection of fruits, yogurt, cheese, meat, egg, juice, water etc in the fridge for us! Don’t hesitate to book la Firenze sogna, you will not regret it

Lovely place to stay, the apartment was spotless and the amenities were good. Our host made every effort to make our stay a happy one.

The apartment is exceptionally clean and well presented. An abundance of food and a good variety of cold drinks was provided for breakfasts, far more than you would expect. Our host was available to help with any issue at any time.

The mattress was way too firm for us causing restless nights.

I cannot speak highly enough about Francesca and her wonderful apartment. Firstly Francesca, she could not do enough to assist us, make us very comfortable in her apartment. The apartment was stocked with a huge array of foods for breakfast, coffee, juices, breads, pastries, and the list goes on. Make no mistake you will not find a better host than Francesca. The apartment, large, spacious, beautifullyrenovated and decorated. Two sumptuous bathrooms, great water pressure. Four dual cycle heat pumps, perfect to cool when Florence gets to 38 degs as it did for a couple if days on our visit. Washing machine and dryer, fridge and freezer (full size). Very secure with two doors, one on the street and another inside. The location is a 15 to 20 minute walk to Pont Veccio, close enough to the center to be easy, and far enough away to make for a quiet time after a long day sightseeing. Francesca had great recommendations for eating locally, not at all tourist traps. There is a Carrefour Express supermarket 3 mins walk away.

Huge apartment with everything we needed - even a washer and dryer to do some laundry. The fridge was stocked with options for breakfast, and the host was absolutely wonderful!

Spacious apartment with 3 bedrooms. Francessca had the place fully loaded with food and drink. The washer and dryer came in very handy and got a lot of use. Francessca went out of her way to get us taxis, which are impossible to book in Florence, and to recover an item left in a taxi. Parking garages were close to the apartment. Stay here if you need four nights in Florence.

Small shower and somewhat uncomfortable beds. The apartment door lock was a challenge every time we wanted to enter. None of these issues put a damper on the favorable comfort of the apartment and the exceptional hostess.

It was truly 11 out of 10. Everything was so so good. Well stocked kitchen and well stocked fridge!. Welcome wine and snacks and literally everything you would need in a home. Very comfy. Very hospitable host. Location was an easy walk from train station (15 min) and 20 min from museum. A few extra minutes out of the way compared to others but extremely worth it. You will not be disappointed.

Location is a few extra minutes away by foot but do well worth it. Trust me.

Francesca was incredibly helpful. She clearly loves her city and wanted us to enjoy it all. The restaurants and sights that she recommended were excellent and very reasonably priced. The apartment was lovely - a perfect base for exploring the city. We would definitely stay here again. Francesca had thought of everything that we may potentially want or need and provided it.

This was a beautiful modern 3 bedroom 2bath apt with paid garage next-door and the best most generous host. Everything was high quality and Francesca really cared for her guests comfort. Book it! It is better than the pictures!

it was a very modern Apt. with two bedrooms and two full bedrooms. Kitchen and living room plus bonus of a washer and dryer. Lots of space and a refrigerator that was full of stuff to eat. Francesca gave us a map of Florence and suggested different places to see as well as eat. All were spot on and good and she arranged for a cab to take us to the train station.

The location was excellent. A 20 minute walk along the Arno to the city centre. The apartment was well equipped, clean and comfortable. Francesca was kind, thoughtful and helpful and provided a variety of breakfasts (all there on arrival) and offered to get us whatever else we wanted. She was informative about the area and good places to eat. It was nice to come back to the apartment in the evening and to eat locally after the hubbub of the city centre. Watch out for the kingfisher, egrets, turtles, bats and beavers all of whom have a home on this stretch of the Arno.

Unfortunately there is major improvement works outside the apartment which meant that their was only pedestrian access, but this did not impact too much on our stay as we were out in the day when the work was in progress. No work at the weekends.

Francesca was an amazing host. Very helpfull, friendly and informative about places to see and go in Florence. She messaged us to make sure that we were ok. The apartment was spotlessly clean and there was a fridge full of meat, cheese, eggs, juice, fruit etc for breakfast, and also lots of cakes, croissants etc for breakfast. The apartment had everything in it that you would have at home. It exceeded what we were expecting. The 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms allowed us (myself and a friend) our own privacy when needed. We could not fault anything!
