We had a wonderful stay at 7B. A week with kids and grandkids. Excellent location to everything. We thoroughly enjoyed the quick location to the local Publix…easy walk to the beach, where on both sides of the wooden walkway are turtles. Possible gopher tortoises? A quick walk to good restaurants on A street, nice bike rides are nearby thru some gorgeous neighborhoods, backyard pool was very nice and everyone loved the outdoor washer/dryer next to the outdoor hot/cold shower. I have already booked again for the entire house A/B for 2025. Excellent beach week to remember.

Every summer we take a weekly vacation to St. Augustine Beach and this summer we decided to stay at a property we had stayed in the past. It was as we remembered. A wonderful experience all around. Access to the beach, great location to enjoy restaurants within walking distance, and relaxing in the pool. Loved our 2024 St. Augustine Beach Vacation. Thank you.

What can I say except what so many others have said here? This place is fantastic. We had both sides for the 11 of us , ranging from age 6 to 72.
Great location to the beach and restaurants ( we loved Kookaburra Coffee and Mayday Ice Cream), awesome pool, beach and pool accessories, comfortable & attractive cottage, nicely decorated, and Sharon was a great & responsive host!

My 2 adult daughters and my 8 year old grandson stayed at the Beachcomber cottage over Mother’s Day weekend. It was fabulous! The cottage is setup for easy flow and private areas. The pool area is glorious with tropical landscaping. The location is perfect. We will come again!

Great home for sharing with friends. The pool is cool and refreshing and very clean. The linens were super nice and the location couldn't be better. AND, we had our pups with us....a big thanks to owners who allow us to bring our pets. St. Augustine Beach is wonderful with so much to see and do.

Just a few doors away from the beach and within walking distance from very good restaurants. The pool area is private and the neighborhood was quiet and restful. The outdoor shower with hot water was a pleasure to use and reminded me of other vacation homes I enjoyed in Mexico. The kitchen is well stocked. Owners were very responsive when help was needed.

I had stayed there for a short while in September and knew that this was my home away from home. I was back for a week and it was absolute bliss.!
One little wrinkle was a slight hurricane, but the property managers were on top of everything and offered to refund or take care of everything when it was over we stuck it out. It turned out to be next to nothing and everything was back in shape by the next day and a half. it was really an amazing vacation in a beautiful house and location and I can’t say enough about Sharon and Bob they are,Absolutely terrific! I will return often!

Our family had a great time in this rental! So close to the beach, restaurants, and the grocery store. The kitchen was well equipped and we appreciated a available beach chairs and towels. The pool area in the back was super nice. We would stay here again for sure!

The duplex was perfect for our little family with our small grandchildren! They loved playing in the shared pool and yard with our puppies! The owners provided a cozy home away from home for us all, from the well stocked kitchen, fully stocked bedrooms, beach and pool linens, ocean décor, etc.

My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our month long stay at Barefootin’. We rented both sides of the duplex, so we had plenty of room both inside & out. The house was clean and well equipped with everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the easy walk to the beach and the backyard pool. Sharon, the owner, couldn’t have been nicer. We plan to come back next year.

Five minutes walk to the beach, and I could hear the surf at night with my windows open. Pure delight! Property managers 100% available and easy to communicate with. Place really was terrific!

We rented the house to stay the week and celebrate Thanksgiving with our family. We have several that live in the area. It was PERFECT! The house proximity to the beach is perfect. Also the surrounding amenities are great. Restaurants, bars, grocery, shopping, and coffee shops are super close.
The kitchen was the best stocked kitchen we have ever stayed at! We cooked a full Thanksgiving dinner and made all the sides from scratch with the kitchen equipment provided, no problem!!!!!
Our host was very sweet and quick to answer when we had just a couple questions.
We highly recommend a stay and will definitely be back!

This was an Excellent weekend at a cute and lovely condo.
It was clean and very homely. We felt comfortable and relaxed and the beach was in walking distance. We had fun at the pool and beach then dinner on the upstairs deck.
It was truly a lovely experience. I would definitely go back.

I think we got what we expected for the first time renting a vacation place. It was clean and comfortable with plenty of room for our two grown children to spend time with us. The pool was wonderful and secluded, and we all had a really great time. We are already picking the dates to go back. This place is going to be somewhere we will meet up again. Close to many things to do and places to eat! We highly recommend it. The manager, Sharon, responded immediately to my messages and was pleasant to deal with.

Had a great time during our stay. They had everything we needed for our short stay. Communication with host on the front end and throughout was great. Pool was perfect. Plenty of outdoor seating near pool and on second-floor patio. Plenty of TVs and WiFi was good. Clean and cool. Bed was super comfortable. Plenty of books and games to play if wanted. Beach is 5 minute walk over the dunes. Quiet street and excellent location near restaurants, miniature golf, grocery, coffee shops, ice cream. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice duplex in a great location.
This is the perfect location! Very close to the beach, restaurants, and central to every thing you would want to do in St. Augustine. Having the shared pool was awesome. Communication with the owner was quick and easy. We had a slight snafu with our dog destroying a quilt and they were very understanding. I would stay here again.

Perfect in every way!
This was a great find! Only steps from the beach and a pool for the win!! Everyone in our family loved the location…even our puppy:) Our favorite amenity was the outdoor shower! Sharon was so informative and helpful. We will definitely be back!

Best of Both Worlds
If you don’t feel like walking the short distance to the beach, a heated pool awaits you out back! Sharon is awesome to deal with and quick to respond to any issues that arise. You share the pool with the other duplex which never was a problem during our stay. Our adult kids loved the proximity to a pool, beach, and great restaurants. We love the fact it’s dog friendly. This is a definite return.

Perfect location. Just a short walk to the beach on a quiet road. Backyard pool was awesome. New renovations were very nice. Owner even stopped by to say hello and check on us. Was ideal for our family of 5. Would definitely stay there again if we come back to St Augustine.

So close to the beach
Absolutely lovely stay! The house was clean and cozy, the pool was well kept, and the house is only 3-4 down from the ocean. It was beautiful and relaxing. The host was responsive and kind each time we spoke. 10/10!!
