Lake Pend Oreille Retreat
Willkommen in unserem 6 Schlafzimmer, 5 Bäder See Pend Oreille Rückzug, befindet sich auf 4 Hektar am See Pend Oreille. Zu den Schlafzimmern gehören ein Master-Schlafzimmer mit California King und drei Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss - ein Master-Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss mit einem Kingsize-Bett und eigenem Badezimmer, ein Queen-Bett und ein Schlafzimmer mit zwei Etagenbetten (für vier Kinder oder kleinere Erwachsene). Die Queen- und Kojenzimmer im Obergeschoss teilen sich ein Badezimmer (kein Jack und Jill). Zwei weitere Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss haben jeweils ein Queensize-Bett und ein Einzelbett und teilen sich ein eigenes Badezimmer. Das von einem Innenarchitekten im Jahr 2000 erbaute Haus ist sehr stilvoll und verfügt über Betonböden auf der Hauptebene, Holzbalken und Designerleuchten. Geschmackvoll mit hochwertigen Betten eingerichtet, finden Sie das Haus entspannt und doch modern. Haus kommt mit der Verwendung von 3 Kajaks und unserem Kanu. Wir haben 118 Fuß Privatstrand mit einem schönen Dock, Terrasse, Bootshaus für die einfache Lagerung und große Feuerstelle!

Relaxing, well-equipped, fun, cozy, spacious, and absolutely gorgeous lake getaway. Eleven family members for five days and we never felt crowded thanks to all the bedrooms, the giant kitchen and the stunning deck and outdoor space. On top of that, a fabulous lakefront beach and boathouse where we enjoyed the provided kayaks, the private dock and cooking s’mores in the fire pit. It was everything we hoped for and more. Jordan is an amazing host who feels like a friend and we are so grateful for this incredible home and the memories made there!

This beautiful home has it all!
Common areas for ALL family to gather and private areas to accommodate individual families with children. Evenings were spent star gazing, conversing, late night snacks and sitting on the dock enjoying the reflection of the moon shining on the water. Could not have asked for more!

Our annual family get-together found the perfect location. There were 11 of us and the house size was just what we needed. We spent most of our time on the lake with the paddle boards and kayaks and on the deck - especially looking at stars at night. We loved it!

We stayed at this house for a family reunion. The house itself was well-appointed and perfect for our large group. The outside deck was
great for family dinners, happy hour, and stargazing. There is a walk along a trail to get to the wonderful beach area, which is set up with a fire pit, dock, comfy chairs, and a table. My 80-year old mother was with us, and she appreciated the parking right across from the lakefront, so she didn't have to walk up and down the hill. The rest of us had no problem with the short walk down to the beach (and back up). The house is fantastic for a family trip!

This home is gorgeous and very nicely appointed. The beach is incredible. Loved all the outdoor loungers, chairs, rockers, kayaks, paddleboards, etc, as 90% of our trip was spent outdoors.

We had a fantastic time! Jordan was the best property manager I’ve ever worked with and his timely communication made planning our trip easy. There was plenty of space for a large group to spread out in the house. The amazing deck and beach were enjoyed by all. The paddle boards and kayaks were fun to use and with so many things to do, no one was ever bored. We had a great time and enjoyed our stay!

Stayed here with my adult family - we mostly stayed in the house and hung out but also enjoyed walking around the area and skied one day at Schweitzer. We love it! Comfortably hosted 11 of us with extra space. Hope to be able to return in the summer sometime. Thank Jordan!

The house was perfect for our family. Layout allowed for privacy while having 11 people at the house. Property was awesome! Very quite and peaceful, with the most spectacular views. We were able to spot lots of wildlife and having the private beach and dock was fantastic. Owner was friendly with great communication. I would definitely stay again.

Despite some smoky weather in the area, we had a wonderful stay! The home is beautiful and the view can’t be beat. We can’t wait to come back!

Jordan is a wonderful host! The house has an amazing view of the lake and an awesome deck for dinner and sunset watching. The kitchen is well stocked and there are plenty of bedrooms for a large family. The dock is very nice and the house comes with paddle boards. The house is about 25 min from downtown Sandpoint and makes for a wonderful rural Idaho getaway!

The new deck is outstanding and where we literally spent all our time when at the house. Close to great grocery in Ponderay so didn't have to go into Sandpoint for that. Huge kitchen a plus.

Great house with fantastic views in remote part of the lake
This property was fantastic for our group, we loved the remote feel of the place. The views of the lake are top notch and because of where the property is, it feels like you're alone on the lake!
Pretty much only positive things to say. Jordan is a great property manager. The kitchen is well stocked, the living room is comfy. We did not get to take advantage of the private beach but that would be nice in the summer. Overall would stay here again in a heart beat.
The only disclaimer is that in the winter time, the road up to the cabin can get icy, so it's definitely recommended that you have a 4WD. We had one car that did not and it made it without problems, BUT it could be sketchy so be careful. Jordan was super helpful in prepping us, so we knew what to expect. It wouldnt be an issue in the summer, but wintertime just be careful with the drive at the end! You'll be glad once you reach the house :)

The house is beautiful! The views of Lake Pend Oreille are amazing. The beds were comfy, the bathrooms had essentials and the kitchen was very well stocked. We traveled with ages 75-14. We all enjoyed the ping pong table! I took the path to the lake a couple of times and stopped by the little library on the way. Do not hesitate to book with Jordan.

Property was just what we wanted. It was equipped with everything we needed. There where 11 older people from some place other than Idaho and everyone enjoyed the place, the beach and toys, and the area.

Family Reunion
We had a great family reunion at the Sunnyside House! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. Plenty of room to visit and play games. The view is gorgeous and the best part was the well appointed lakeside dock!

Fantastic Multi-Generational Family Reunion
We want to stay forever! Our stay was perfect. The house fit all 15 of us wonderfully and all our needs were met and more. The week started out with pure joy at the dock with the clean, gorgeous lake. The private beach access with all of the fun lake toys could not have been more perfect. We loved cooking and being a family in the fantastic kitchen/family room. Sitting outside enjoying the view could not have been better morning or night! Everything that was great about the property and was topped off with an amazing host who was incredibly welcoming and available whenever we needed him, which was not often.

Wonderful house for our large family group. Had planned the vacation for 2020 and you know how that worked out. Jordan was great to work with and we rescheduled for 2021. The house worked out well for all, the lake is absolutely beautiful and everything was there for us. Couldn’t have asked for anything else.

What a great place. The house was beautiful and the lake area fantastic with Great Lake toys. Jordan was so helpful and accommodating. The pack River’s lunch was brilliant.
This house has 3 floors and is even nicer than the pictures. There were 15 of us ranging from 3 months -61 and so much space. Dinner on the deck was a dream. Loved the welcome bottle of wine as well. It was so good.
Would highly recommend staying here. If I could rate it higher I would. We even saw a beautiful bald Eagle and a moose.
