We couldn’t of asked for a better hotel. The staff were beyond helpful and amazing. They made sure we were comfortable and room was cleaned every day and throwers changed everyday. The bed was also so comfortable. Staff were so accommodating and their chef at their restaurant made our food to our requirements.

The pool area was nice and breakfast was good. Staff were very nice.

Rooms are very basic. The first room we were offered was very bad, bathroom stank. I refused to stay in them and had to pay to get upgraded and even those weren't the best. Entrance is through a very narrow lane and tight with a car. The web site does not reflect what the room and pool area looks like it is much more basic.

Amazing service from staff memebers! Lovely pool area, great food in the restaurant. Breakfast was simple yet perfect. Great location to public transport also.

On the odd occasion the water in our bathroom did not flow enough. This could have been down to too many people using it at the same time.

The spa is a real hidden gem...probably one of the best around.

I would not recommend this place. Although the pool was nice that was the only good thing about this place.

We had to sleep on the floor because the bed in the room was just metal and the ac did not work so we went into the living room where the ac worked and there was a pull out couch only to find the entire pull out couch broken so we had to take the mattress and put it on the living room floor to sleep. We also had 2 showers but only 1 of them had hot water. And the toilet seats were broken every-time you sat down you just fell in the toilet. Definitely don’t bother eating at the restaurant it was the worst food we are on the entire trip.

Very very nice staff, from manager to room cleaning. Super helpful and friendly. Best hospitality in a long time. Sea view of Capri from the restaurant and pool as well as a few rooms. Great renovated stone house. Clean. The resort is super and has very good location. 25 minutes from Sorrento. Pool staff is quick and sensational (constantly doing their jobs). Great pool lounge music via Spotify. alternating events and entertainment. Clean pool, Fun vegetation and the panorama good for relaxing. Great lunch and dinner. Fine wine list. We will come again. :)

We LOVED the pool area of the property - the pool was warm and had a large seating area within in which was great to sit in and have a drink. They had 2 pool side bars serving beer, wine, cocktails, soft drinks etc as well as more than enough sun loungers for all of the guests. We went down to the pool at various different times in the day throughout our stay and never had an issue having a choice of 2 sun loungers next to one another. We read the other reviews relating to 'needing to book sun loungers or VIP space' and have no clue what these relate to as this was simply not the case. The room was spacious, cool and clean with a large bathroom with twin sinks. The restaurant (and pool area) have stunning views which were unbeatable. We only had one evening meal in the restaurant and it was fairly quiet - a shame that the view and setting isn't better appreciated! The breakfast was included with our stay and was everything and more we needed - again, unsure what the negative reviews were in relation to - they had bacon, eggs, various meats, cheeses and cereals, as well as croissants, cakes and more tasty treats. Given the quality of our stay we thought we had had an absolute steal and couldn't believe the price we had paid - it was a bargain!

The only issue we had was finding the place - both google maps and apple maps couldn't find the location correctly (which was copy and pasted from their booking.com site) and we ended up lost for over an hour, including down a very steep and uneven hill ,which we were directed down, which nearly wrecked the rental car! A friendly local saw we were clearly in the wrong place and pointed us in the right direction. We also had the hotel manager on whatsapp who offered to come and find us and shared the live location which helped to clear things up. Perhaps clearer directions for finding the hotel would be useful for future guests, or perhaps it was just our poor navigation skills! The location of the hotel was as we expected, but we would advise renting a car to fully appreciate the local area. It would be impossible to walk to Sorrento and you would be relying on buses or taxis otherwise to get up and down to the hotel.

It was a good all around experience.

The rooms had awful soundproof acoustics with the result every time someone else closed the door, I was hearing it like it was inside my room.

Great pool, and very big room. Helpful staff and affordable accommodation.

The place is very far from everything, and only one bus stop 5 minutes walk away. If you miss that bus, you're stranded. So best to rent a car. The breakfast was also mainly sweet cakes and didn't have much healthy options.

The staff was amazing, really helpful, and they've accommodated all of our requests. The pool area is very nice and well maintained, clean.

We stayed in rooms no 99 and 100, absolutely not suitable for renting out, complete disappointment. The rooms were humid and with a mouldy smell not pleasant at all. The sheets were damp. The whole building doesn't look like it was built for the purpose of having rooms, but rather a storage of some sort and later was transformed in an accommodation unit. It looked like a garage from outside, complete shock. Room 99 doesn't even have a window. There is no way you can ventilate such a room. It's such a shame as the area outside the rooms is stunning.

absolutely fantastic stay, location is great. you can get the bus straight into Sorrento and from there you can get anywhere. There is shops and restaurants walking distance too which is great. Staff are amazing and are so friendly and helpful. Maurice is so kind and helpful. The staff from the bar are also fantastic. The spa is gorgeous as is the pool area. The views are incredible across the water. Rooms are clean too and the cleaner was lovely and nothing was too much trouble. Overall our stay was perfect.
