The Cottage by the Sea was perfect. My family and I had an amazing time, and really appreciated the home being well-stocked. The pics don’t do the Cottage justice! Kay was responsive within minutes and was understanding when my toddler destroyed a glass from the kitchen! Watching the sunrise from the balcony was breathtaking and every bedroom has ocean views. I could go on and on! Will definitely book again!

We enjoy the condo and the buildings amenities. Plenty of room for our family of 7. Beds were comfortable. Beach equipment locker is super nice and well equipped. Pool area is great. Having access to a grill on nights we didnt eat out was great to have. Our family really enjoys the peace NSB has to offer in August. We will be back. Thank you for providing access to your beautiful property for us to enjoy.

The condo was very well decorated and equipped for our group. The balcony ocean view is awesome. The Fourth of July fireworks display was one of the best we’ve seen. The property manager is one of the best we’ve ever experienced in our 30+ years staying in NSB.

It was very warm and if you turned on the portal ac after a bit it would trip the surge protector and I would have to get up 3 to 5 times with a flashlight on my phone to reset it. Then reset the TV which usually took 10 minutes to start back up

Condo was great! Beds were so comfy! Perfect ocean views from our balcony on the end unit! Condo had everything you need! We used the umbrellas, beach cart, beach chairs and coolers every day. Someone previously wrote a comment about the residents being unfriendly, but we found them to be very friendly! The location was good and the little grocery store/liquor store across the street were so convenient! If vacationing in that area again would definitely rent this condo!

We just got back from a fabulous vacation! The condo was spacious and clean. We loved being so close to the beach and the pool was perfect for the kids. I would highly recommend!!

This condo rental is one of our favorite so far. The condo was clean, pretty and well stocked. The grounds were well maintained and the pool area marvelous.
We enjoyed the way the pelicans would cruise by our balcony….at eye level. Being on the fourth floor, we were able to watch dolphins and boats on Atlantic. But the best event was spending the day a NASA, then watching the Artemis rocket with 4 astronauts launch to the space station. It was unbelievable. We watched from our balcony once again.
I do have to mention the beautiful sunrises. It never was the same. But an added bonus was the moon rises! Gorgeous!

We had a wonderful time- the view was spectacular and we loved walking the beach daily. The mall across the street had three nice restaurants and a Dollar General Market. Very convenient. Kay was helpful with any questions.

This is our 2nd time staying at Hacienda Del Sol. We love the quietness of the complex and the beach. The kitchen was well stocked and we especially loved having coffee available as we arrived at 2 am and didn’t have a chance to stop at the store. The beds were very comfortable and also appreciated having box fans in the bedrooms. The location is convenient to restaurants and stores. The only suggestion would be to have more beach towels available to guests. There was only 3 towels and 6 guests. We will be back for sure!

This was one of the most perfect weekends for our family!! The condo was exceptional and our weather was perfect the whole time (lucky us)

Condo unit is great with nice amenities. Permanent residents don’t seem to be friendly to renters, watching for a rule to be broken etc. Felt watched much of the time. May be best suited for older, quieter renters. Which was fine for us. Because of storms last fall there is NO beach during high tide. This was disappointing. No one tells you about this. I had concerns and talked with the chamber of commerce and other property managers in New Smyrna about beach conditions and no one relayed this fact prior to booking a condo in this area. We have vacationed in New Smyrna a number of times and love the area and the many things to do in the area.

This place was wonderful! Lots of room! All the conveniences you could need. Close to stores and restaurants. Kay was always quick to respond and checked in to be sure all was okay. Mike the property manager was the best I’ve experienced in the 2@ years I’ve been coming to NSB

Vacationed with my husband, grown daughter and her family. Surprised by how well stocked the condo was. The bedrooms feel about 10° warmer than the living areas. The last night I turned the AC down to 68° and closed the living room vents and it was much cooler. There are only stairs to the beach, so you must be able to climb up and down stairs to get to the beach. I would recommend this unit to anyone who wants to Vacay with their family.

Our family had a great experience. The condo is decorated with a beach theme and the view is amazing. It was nice to start our day and end our day on the balcony overlooking the waves. It wasn’t crowded at all so that made our time at the pool and the beach relaxing.

Two families came together in this lovely condo for the Thanksgiving holiday. The pictures were accurate and the property manager made sure we had everything we needed to have an amazing vacation. We would highly recommend this condo for a great vacation.

My family and I really enjoyed staying at this condo in mid-November 2022. We had great communication with the owner. In fact, she contacted us before arrival explaining that the wooden staircase was destroyed by Hurricane Nicole restricting beach access, and offered us an opportunity to stay elsewhere. I am glad we declined. The views were amazing from the balcony. The condo was very clean and accommodating. We were so comfortable we felt like we were at home. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Condo is beautiful
Everything was great with our stay - the condo is gorgeous and beautifully decorated, and the owner gave us access to lots of chairs, boogie boards, toys, etc to take down to the beach, which was awesome. The pool is very nice and everything seemed clean and well-maintained. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Fabulous condo!!
Such a beautiful place to stay! The owner was incredible and was super easy to communicate with. The view is gorgeous. The beach was perfect for walks and relaxing. The condo was beautifully furnished and even had some extras! The entire property was well maintained and the office manager was very helpful and gave great suggestions for dining and entertainment. We will be back!!

NSB Fun.
Everything was perfect and what we expected. The place stayed cool, the hostess was not stingy with toilet paper, paper towels, etc. Having the space in the laundry room was great as we had toys, chairs and boggie boards to use. Mike the manager is very efficient. Oh yah, the beds are super comfortable as well. There are shops and restaurants across the street.

This is an older building but the condo itself is very well kept. Cute decor! Two bedrooms were a great size. Bunk room was tight but very nice for a younger crew.
Nice to have a heated pool for cooler days.
The owner, Kay is quick to respond to questions/concerns.
She was friendly and helpful!
Location is great! 2 miles from Flagler Ave., close restaurants, and close walk to other condos if other families or friends are close.
I would certainly recommend this cottage to others!

Cottage by the Sea is such a beautifully decorated and clean condo with an absolutely fantastic view of the ocean. We loved starting each morning watching the sun rise from the balcony while drinking our coffee in our pajamas. It was so nice having an ocean view from all three bedroom windows.
