The house was perfect! Perfect for small kids and early teens, and our dog! The pool was a highlight and had some of our best moments from vacation outside, swinging on the swings, kids in pool overlooking beautiful sunset, all together. The location was perfect, quiet and peaceful, 10 minute drive to PTown, great quick food close by. We want to go back! I’m so grateful for this house and our time together. Eric was a responsive and thoughtful host (even left s’mores and chalk for our kids!). The best VRBO experience yet! Thank you so much for this time!

Embarking on an amazing vacation, we arrived at a stunning villa with a perfectly clean house and plenty of room for all of us to spread out and relax. The seating areas beckoned us to sit down and enjoy a good book or simply bask in the peaceful atmosphere.
But the true highlight of our stay was the infinity pool, which provided an unforgettable experience for my kids. The views were breathtaking, and the photos we took will serve as lasting memories of our time there.
In the evenings, the dining room table served as the gathering spot for meals with our family and fun game nights. The ambiance was cozy and welcoming, making each moment shared together even more special.
I can confidently say that I would love to vacation here again, and I have no doubt that my family feels the same way. This place truly exceeded our expectations, and we are already looking forward to our next visit.

The house is set up nicely with all 4 bedrooms being en suite’s. The eclectic decorations were very interesting and we enjoyed studying them throughout the week. Although we enjoyed the house very much, the pool and gardens were the star of the show. Absolutely stunning

Celebrating our oldest sister turning 70 and the youngest turning 60. We all had our own space and plenty of shared time as well. We were able to enjoy the pool and walk to the beach-Day trips into Ptown and Wellfleet. We will be taking back design ideas from the house, it was beautiful and so relaxing. Would love to come back with the whole family.

This property is peaceful and accommodating for those looking to relax and enjoy their getaway... our party consisted of various special needs from a wheelchair bound individual to another with severe sensory issue and I cannot stress how perfect this beach home was for both them and the rest of our family!! Eric was helpful answering any questions we had very quickly, he brought us emergency lanterns just incase Lee "the storm" took out the power ,(it did not) we had an amazing time. sunsets here are simply amazing!! would gladly (and most likely will) return.. 9/16/2023

This home is beautiful and peaceful. There are many places to gather both inside and outside. I loved watching the birds and dozing on the outdoor swings, a family favorite. The dog park is a welcome addition, allowing the dogs to frolic without a leash or attached to a human. The pool is simply breathtaking and perfect for lounging. The kitchen is well stocked and Eric detailed instructions were much appreciated. Thank you Eric for helping me with my kayak rentals and for your quick responses.

Overall, the house was gorgeous and the host was responsive until we found wet bath towels in the master bathrooms. No biggie, we went to put them in the washer and noticed mold inside of the washer. I let Eric know and he immediately denied that it’s mold then sent more messages about coming at 8 am to test it if thats what I wanted, I thought that was odd but this is his property - I thought we would want to know. The listing states no more than 12 in the pool, which we abided by, the girls that stayed at the house also cleaned and respected the property. After checkout I received a payment request for $1,500 stating I “ignored the guest count”, what? The comment stated to call VRBO, so I did! They went into my account and said that eric cannot request money after the check out. Today I woke up with another request. I’m not sure if this is a scam, but if you book - make sure to stay in contact with VRBO!

There were 7 of us ladies that spent the weekend here. The place was perfect for our group. Three of the king beds were separated into twins, which was perfect for us. The kitchen had all the supplies we needed. There were so many cute seating areas that you could spread out if needed, but also a wonderful living area for everyone to gather comfortably. We would definitely rent this place again.

Eric’s property had everything we could have needed and more. We booked at his rental simply because we knew we would spend a lot of time there due to it being fall and we had the best time hanging out by the pool and on the porch swings! We brought our dogs with us who also really enjoyed themselves and felt right at home. The location of this home is great- private without being too far from things to do. Eric was so easy to communicate with as well! Overall the best honeymoon we could have had and we can’t wait to come back and stay at Eric’s place again!!

Wonderful family vacation
This house is so great! We had 5 adults , everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom which made it so nice. The beds were all very comfortable! The kitchen is well equipped and we could eat at the house easily…great grill too! Plenty of room to spread out! And we had 2 dogs both less than 9 lbs but they even had a great place to be outside! The pool and deck are phenomenal! It feels like you are at a resort when outside by the pool!
And above all, Eric was SO attentive! Unfortunately we had a couple of problems in the house the first day but he stayed in close touch with us and remedied the situation as quickly as it could be done! Really unbelievable concern and help especially because it was a holiday weekend! Really good guy and cares about his “guests”! All in all, more than a 5 star rating!

Most amazing vacation stay ever
We have stayed in vacation rentals around the world and this was the best we’ve ever seen. The house is gorgeous, the location is perfect, and everything just worked. Fabulous views from the many decks and the pool is beautiful.
Ptown was a quick 10 min drive, the walk to the private beach was easy and the beach was gorgeous (and empty)!
Eric was a great communicator throughout our stay.
Our whole family had a terrific getaway and we can’t wait to come back.

We absolutely loved staying here. It was as advertised and better - extremely spacious and cozy at the same time; wonderful light; the sunroom is spectacular; the kitchen was fully equipped with more than enough pots and pans in good condition; there were a variety of outdoor deck and spaces, even a dog park section of the landscaped gardens and live plants inside. If you rent the master suite the ocean is visible from the upstairs deck which also provides wonderful sunsets. The location was excellent - Provincetown is about a 10 minute drive and Wellfleet less than 20 minutes. Though private beach access from the house is actually a little bit of walk and then a long flight of stairs down, there are many wonderful beaches within a short drive. While in Truro we recommend a visit to Chequessett Chocolate, The Atlantic Spice Co. and Sweet Escapes when they re-open for the season. Eric was very responsive to any questions we had and without hesitation we recommend his home and hope to stay there again!

Awesome house in N. Truro
Beautifully located property close to Provincetown in Cape Cod. The owner was incredible. We were there for a wedding and couldn't find the iron to press some clothes. Eric took the time to actually run out, buy an iron and deliver it to us. The home is amazing,! We had 4 couples, all with great bedrooms, plenty of room to be together or have our own space. Decks are georgeous-ALL of them! THIS is the place to rent!

Perfect Getaway for Physically Disabled Persons
If you have a physically disabled family member, you know what a nightmare it can be to find a place for everyone to comfortably go on vacation. This place is as good as you're going to find in the Cape, with temporary ramps installed at the front door upon request and a first floor en-suite bathroom with grab bars at the toilet and wheel-in shower. The house is spacious, pleasantly quirky, and the views from all three levels of the outdoor deck are amazing. Can't say I'd make it an annual trip given the hefty price tag, but for a one-time family splurge it was well worth the money.

Enjoyed our stay
We had a nice stay at Videre. It was very convenient that each bedroom had their own bathroom and the downstairs living/kitchen/dining area was nice and open. We could all enjoy the space together. I think the property could use a full deep clean, but it was peak season when we visited. The beach was a little father than we anticipated and it didn't have the low tide tidal pools we were looking for, but the beach was private which is a huge plus. Beds were comfortable, many blankets to choose from, and there was a surplus of beach towels which was nice with 5 kids. The owner had the property treated for mosquitos while we were there which helped to enjoy the outdoor spaces. We LOVED the outdoor swings and rooftop deck! Overall, good stay.

The house was perfect for our extended family of 9. Especially impressive were the beautiful gardens surrounding the property, complete with wild blueberries! From the spectacular dining room chandelier over a remarkable mosaic table, soaring ceilings in the living space, singular sleeping quarters each with their own en suite to the sunroom seascape, landscape sculptures, serene stone fountains lit from below adding a sense of fantasy to it all, not to mention the expansive decks with daybed porch swings with sweeping cape cod sunsets and bayside vistas beyond compare, Videre has no match! The amenities and artistic elements formed the foundation for our first family and friends gathering during covid for which we remain utterly grateful and truly restored for sharing space, laughter, our favorite foods, stories and art-making in the coastal beauty and light of Truro! Amazing Home!
Our stay at Videre was wonderful. The home is large, well-equipped, and situated in a beautiful setting very close to the beach. We cooked, baked, played games, took walks, and our dogs were welcome - a huge plus! The beds were extremely comfortable and there was plenty of room for us to hang out. The sofa swings out back were an amazing touch and the views from the upper decks were to die for. There was a rain/wind storm while we were there and we did lose power for a few hours, but Eric was in constant contact with us regarding the outage and luckily power returned quickly. Eric is a fantastic host and will assist you in any way he can. We were sad to leave this gorgeous home and highly recommend, especially for larger groups.

The dining room table was large enough for our family dinners and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The bedrooms are large with private bathrooms and comfortable beds. Casual fun home that may be good for some families. Very pretty garden. Responsive host. We didn't sleep so well because curtains just filter out bright rays but do not block any of the light streaming into rooms at 6 AM. Also, walls quite thin (although master is quiet). One room's AC went out and although Eric had said tech will there, it never happened during the remaining 5 days of our stay (perhaps hard to get someone close to Labor Day weekend). The major issue was that cleanliness left a lot to be desired. Perhaps an unreasonable expectation, but the kitchen was quite dirty on arrival. I sent Eric photos and then had to make a list of what needed cleaning so that he could rectify the following morning. He did degrease the stove and wipe down fridge/freezer shelves, but if you're looking for a spotless home, this isn't it. There are crumbs and stray hairs everywhere the Rumba doesn't reach. Of course Eric is happy to remedy the glaring stuff, but complaining just wasn't a great start to our vacation. We really appreciated being able to bring our pooch with us on vacation and this is a big plus of this house. All other nights, the street is nice and quiet, with the beach less than 10 minute walk.

Casual fun home that may be good for some families. Very pretty garden. Responsive host.
We didn't sleep so well because curtains just filter out bright rays but do not block any of the light streaming into rooms at 6 AM. Also, walls quite thin (although master is quiet). One room's AC went out and although Eric had said tech will there, it never happened during the remaining 5 days of our stay (perhaps hard to get someone close to Labor Day weekend).
The major issue was that cleanliness left a lot to be desired. Perhaps an unreasonable expectation, but the kitchen was quite dirty on arrival. I sent Eric photos and then had to make a list of what needed cleaning so that he could rectify the following morning. He did degrease the stove and wipe down fridge/freezer shelves, but if you're looking for a spotless home, this isn't it. There are crumbs and stray hairs everywhere the Rumba doesn't reach. Of course Eric is happy to remedy the glaring stuff, but complaining just wasn't a great start to our vacation.
We really appreciated being able to bring our pooch with us on vacation and this is a big plus of this house.

This was a great vacation rental. We are a multi generational family, and the house was great for all ages. We saw Eric a few times (he asked permission to garden during our stay), and it was always wonderful talking with him. The house was very large, and had plentiful outdoor seating; our favorites being the rooftop deck and the swings on the back porch. The kitchen was big enough for many people to be cooking in, and there were also two refrigerators, two freezers, two washers and dryers, two indoor living rooms, and three showers plus an outdoor shower. We found all the beds to be very comfortable. The best part of the house was how close it was to a private beach. It's a 5-7 minute walk to the beach with 92 stairs down (our 70+ year old relatives could handle the stairs), and the beach was completely unoccupied besides ourselves and 2-3 other families (very separated from us). During these times, that is an experience that cannot be beat. Stop and shop was 10 minutes down the road so you can stock the kitchen and the house included 5 (?) beach towels, beach chairs, and some bathroom products. Thank you Eric!!
