Really good spot . Summer visit . I had family on peak 7 so we could use their pool which made this perfect for going back and forth w them. I could walk one block for coffee or groceries. Parking was secluded and private. Clean, comfortable place. Newish windows. Good management. Not fancy but everything worked, new appliances including washer/dryer. No a/c but didnt need it late July. Will stay again here.

The location and price weee great. The condo was good but the queen size mattress could be replaced. It wasn’t the best.

This was our first time staying IN Breck (we usually stay on one of the peak locations). This is an absolute PERFECT location if you have teens in your family so everyone can go their own way throughout the day/evening.

Very comfortable property for 4 of us, except the pillows on the beds. The beds are very comfy, the pillows thin as paper we all had sore necks the whole time. Beyond that the unit was clean, well set up and was one block from main street. Very walkable to restaurants, shopping and a grocery store. Definitely would recommend this unit.

Family loved the location walking to Main Street everyday and property had plenty of space.

This unit was very disappointing and absolutely not the unit pictured online. It was very dark, small and in great need of updating. We were told we could check in at 1:00 pm and when we arrived we were not able to check in until 4:00. Positive note is that this is in a great location and the beds are very comfortable.

My family, including my wife and two children aged 13 and 4, recently stayed at the French Ridge townhouse for a long ski weekend. As seasoned Colorado skiers, we have become adept at identifying what we need and want from our ski accommodations. With two skiers and two non-skiers in our group, we prioritize finding a location that offers a balance of opportunities to suit everyone's preferences. The French Ridge townhouse exceeded our expectations and is easily the best location we've found to date. It is ideally situated just a block or two off Main Street, which meant we were in close proximity to everything we needed, from groceries and restaurants to shopping and other attractions. Additionally, the townhouse is conveniently located within a short drive or walk from ski access points. While the townhouse met our needs well, there were some areas for improvement. The kitchen was on the smaller side, but we had planned to enjoy local restaurants, so that was not an issue. We also noticed some areas where cleanliness could be improved. Lastly, we found the furniture to be slightly uncomfortable. Despite these minor issues, the French Ridge townhouse provided us with everything we needed to have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Overall, we highly recommend the French Ridge townhouse to anyone looking for an ideal location with easy access to town and ski slopes alike.

Overall stay was very good. The location is prime for skiing and going out to town. The condo size and layout is great, although it is dated and worn. Master bed needs a new mattress and the kitchen is minimally equipped.

This was a great little spot close to downtown. 1 block from a grocery store and 2 blocks from main street. Nice that there was onsite parking for a vehicle as well.

Worked great for our family. Clean and just the right size for 4. Bus stop very close to get you to the slopes. Just a block off main street. Market is very close as well. Just be aware that if it snows, you will need to move your vehicle so they can plow. They are very friendly and will work with you. Great stay.

We were across the street from the grocery store and a short walk to the Main Street to grab breakfast and explore downtown. We were even walking distance to the famous Breckenridge troll and the train themed playground (perfect for kids). Check in and check out was a breeze and the layout of the space was perfect for our family. We will be back!

We had over 40" of snow during our stay and the staff kept the parking lot and sidewalks clear at all times as well as the firewood stocked. They even helped us when our rental car got stuck. The unit itself was well maintained. The only negative thing I can say about the unit is the mattress on the pull out sofa is very badly worn and needs to be replaced. We have two teenage boys and a pre-teen daughter so while we managed just fine, in the future we will probably opt for a third bedroom. We purchased an air mattress at Walmart which was more comfortable to sleep on than the sofa and easier to move out of the way when not in use. Location could not be better. The bus to the slopes is right out your front door every 20 minutes, a well stocked grocery store one block away, and the historic town just 2 blocks away. I even walked home from the base of peak 9 easily in less than 15 minutes with ski boots on several of the days. For those that have never been to Breck before, I strongly recommend staying where you can walk to town. The town of Breck has it all - restaurants, shops, ski shops, churches, ... And French Ridge Condominiums are steps away from it all.

We had the best stay!! The condo was cozy & clean. Lots of storage space especially in the kitchen to put our own stuff! Alpine Meadows Management was nice to work with and always accommodating! The best things about this condo were price and location!!! We loved being able to walk everywhere. Thanks for a great stay!!
