Islander ist eine exquisite, moderne Villa, die den Luxus eines kleinen Boutique-Resorts mit dem Barfuß-Stil und dem Komfort eines lässigen Strandversteckes verbindet. Etwa achtzig Schritte vom Ufer des Grace Bay-Strandes entfernt, der von National Geographic Traveller als einer der besten Strände der Welt eingestuft wurde, strahlt dieses umweltfreundliche Haus eine beruhigende Zen-Atmosphäre aus, bietet einen weiten Blick von der Dachterrasse und ist zu Fuß erreichbar zu Cafés und Restaurants.
Mit vier geräumigen Schlafzimmern für bis zu 10 Personen ist die Villa Islander eine ideale Ferienwohnung für Familien, mehrere Paare und Gruppen von Freunden, die stilvolle Privatsphäre und erstklassige Lage in Grace Bay suchen.
Das Haus wurde so gestaltet, dass es sich harmonisch in die Landschaft einfügt und ein Ambiente von unaufdringlicher Eleganz mit allen Annehmlichkeiten bietet, die zum Feiern und Entspannen erforderlich sind. Alle Innenbereiche sind klimatisiert, es gibt zwei Pools, ein Essen im Freien und eine Dachterrasse sowie alle Extras, die Sie benötigen könnte träumen - von Soundsystemen bis zu Margaritagläsern.
Die Aufteilung besteht aus einem Haupthaus mit einem großen offenen Ess- und Wohnbereich und einer voll ausgestatteten Küche sowie den beiden Hauptschlafzimmern, die dennoch ein hohes Maß an Privatsphäre bieten, abseits der sozialen Zone.
Mit Glas an den vier Wänden und dem Pool, der den Boden des Wohnzimmers umspült, werden die Trennlinien zwischen Innen und Außen optisch aufgehoben und das daraus resultierende Gefühl der Offenheit und Verbundenheit mit der Natur ist absolut glückselig.
Am eleganten Esstisch mit Glasplatte können bis zu 10 Personen gemütlich speisen. Wenn Sie im Freien speisen möchten, gehen Sie einfach nach draußen zu einem anderen rustikalen Holztisch (12 Sitzplätze), der nur wenige Zentimeter über einem Infinity-Pool schwebt.
Die anderen beiden Schlafzimmer, die die gleiche Ausstattung und Ausstattung der Meister teilen, befinden sich nur wenige Meter entfernt in einem freistehenden Gartenhaus auf der anderen Seite des Rasens. A group of 9 stayed at Villa Islander for nine nights over spring break, with ages ranging from 5-49 years old. We had such a relaxing and spectacular vacation. Villa Islander is being ran more like a resort with daily housekeeping and security included. You also have an option for a private chef at additional charge. We utilized two chefs while we were here, both of whom were fantastic. I highly recommend Chef Maria and Chef Naz (he can even come and make an array of delicious pizzas for your group one night with his portable pizza oven). The owner of the villa, Alessandro, is very accommodating and easy to contact. It’s very evident that he cares deeply about the satisfaction of his guests.
Villa Islander is designed beautifully—you feel like you’re in Bali—tons of glass windows and very high ceilings. All 4 bedrooms are spacious and well appointed with personal safes, mini refrigerators, TVs, hairdryers, and more. A quick walk takes you right to the beach where you can enjoy the blue Caribbean waters. Private beach chairs are set up daily for Villa Islander guests. You can also stroll down the beach and visit the Wayamara Hotel, as well as a few other resorts, for food or drinks. There’s great snorkeling right off the beach where you can see an array of fish and marine life. You might even spot a stingray or two.
Turks is a great island—so much to do from boating to snorkeling/scuba, lovely restaurants, a Thursday night weekly fish fry, top notch resorts, and shopping

Our stay at the villa was an absolute dream - the most beautiful place we've ever stayed. The host and team were incredibly accommodating and kind. Every detail was perfect. The beach was absolutely amazing. It will be a trip we remember for the rest of our lives!

Cannot say enough good things about this property. The house is absolutely beautiful. We loved it. 4 adult couples, celebrating a 50th wedding anniversary. All bedrooms were attractive and comfortable. The pool was lovely, but the beach was magnificent. The daily chair/umbrella set up was so nice. We used the chef for out first night and really enjoyed eating “at home”. We also used the massage service, recommended by Alessandro. It was so relaxing. We rented cars, which was ideal. We played pickleball, shopped and dined out a lot. We had just the right amount of activity and lounging by the pool/beach. Definitely enjoyed the privacy, but didn’t feel isolated. Walked to Somewhere Cafe for cocktails and food. Floating tiki bar picked us up one afternoon, which was a fun 90 minute ride along Grace Bay. Also rented a boat with Island Vibes for the day, which was the highlight of our trip. We love Turks. If we could have extended our stay, we would have. Alessandro and the staff were so helpful and pleasant. We always felt safe and taken care of. We would love to return to Villa Islander in the future. Do not hesitate to book this home.

We had an incredible stay at Villa Islander. The home was impeccably maintained and close to everything. The attention to detail was evident throughout the home and throughout our stay. The housekeeper and groundskeeper took great care of us. We enjoyed the private beach with the chairs set up for us daily. We also had a phenomenal experience with the in home chef that the host arranged for us. The host made sure our stay was perfect. Highly recommend this home and we will definitely be back! Villa Islander was an incredible place to spend several weeks in Turks & Caicos. Not only is the location ideal on Grace Bay Beach but away from most of the resorts, the villa is an incredible architectural masterpiece. The glass and views of the pool and lush tropical landscaping made it incredibly relaxing. The short walk to the beach allowed us privacy but easy to access as well. Finally, the host and staff managing and taking care of the villa were absolutely incredible and made the experience one of our best. We have travelled to the island on numerous occasions, always staying in private villas, and Villa Islander is on the top of that list for all of the reasons noted.

If I could rate this property more than 5 stars I would! The house is simply stunning! The stocked fridge, chef-prepared meals, daily housekeeping, and chair/umbrella set up added to our VIP experience. Very friendly staff and we were absolutely spoiled by Chef Naz and his amazing meals! The semi-private, gorgeous beach was just a short walk away and was perfect for snorkeling and swimming. The property was close to everything, but far enough away to have some privacy. We really enjoyed our spa / golf day. The property owner provided great recommendations for dining out, as well. We enjoyed a private sunset cruise and a half day snorkel excursion. It was the perfect vacation, and we were all very sad to leave. We will not hesitate to stay here again!

Wow. Absolute first class experience, and every bit as wonderful as it's portrayed here. The home is exquisitely designed and well laid out for 8, it's an easy private walk to the best section of beach in the area, and the home staff could not be more pleasant or helpful. On top of that, Alessandro was a thoughtful communicator and very easy to work with. Wonderful memories made. Don't hesitate. We'll be back.

Girls 50th birthday vacation and it couldn’t have been at a more perfect place. Rooms were beautifully designed, beds were comfortable and high end linens, location was fantastic - close to a lot but yet private and quiet. Claudia and Elwood treated us like family and were so helpful and kind. Alessandro was away so we didn’t meet, yet he was easily available by WhatsApp and handled any small issues quickly. Will stay again for sure!

The house is amazing, Alessandro is an excellent host. We arrived early and he was already there to show us the how everything worked and everything worked perfectly. The house is an architectural vision. It feels like you are in a jungle by the beach. The glass walls are spectacular. We were four couples and there was plenty of great space for us to be together, and we also all had our own private space. The kitchen was perfectly appointed and there were plenty of towels, paper products and personal cleaning products. I can't think of anything that was missing. The housekeeper each day was another big plus. It let us all just have a great time together. The chairs and umbrellas were set up and taken away everyday by the staff. It was a totally luxurious vacation and I know we will be back!

Alessandro went above and beyond everything that was asked of him. He had groceries bought and placed in the house, arranged for a private chef, walked us through all of the Covid requirements, met us at the airport and so much more. I can’t say enough things about how great the house is. He had chairs set up at the beach for us each morning and even had a housekeeper come in every day to clean and straighten up. pictures don’t do it justice. It’s much nicer than it looks on line.

The house was beautiful, clean and well maintained. Location is a short walk to the beach down a pretty sand path. We have no complaints and only great memories if the trip.

Amazing luxurious getaway!!
This property is absolutely beautiful !! The grounds make you feel like you’re on a private oasis! Alessandro goes above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable! The pool especially is a huge bonus! Long enough to swim laps. We had a wonderful time and can’t wait to return!

I consider myself a traveler. Ive been to Over a dozen countries and hundreds of domestic trips. We stay in fine hotels (ritz, regis, four seasons etc..) or luxury homes like villa islander.
Villa islander is a luxury home for sure. Some Vrbo listings say luxury but they are not. This home is what you expect from a luxury property
Claudia the housekeeper was there from 10-5 everyday and ensured the home was clean. Did dishes multiple times a day and even took care of our laundry
Elmo and bear (the groundskeeper and his dog) were there after Claudia left until the morning. When we went out to dinner Elmo turned all the lighting in the home on so when we returned it was illuminated and gorgeous
The beach was a 2.5 minute walk from a semi private path off the back of the house
Grace bay was just voted the number 1 beach in the world. This is the number 1 villa on that beach for sure.

From start to finish, this was a flawless VRBO experience. Alessandro was a wonderful host and this home was beautiful. We had the chef make us dinner when we arrived, which was terrific. The house staff made our stay so easy, and the beach is just a short walk away and gorgeous. Highly recommend!!!

Fantastic stay in Turks and Caicos
The property and Alessandro we're wonderful. The location was both quiet and peaceful but close to the ocean and convenient to shops and restaurants. The chef prepared a delicious dinner for our group and the staff (including Bear, the house dog) we're great. We will definitely return!

Fabulous!
From start to finish, this was a flawless VRBO experience. Alessandro was a wonderful host and this home was beautiful. We had the chef make us dinner when we arrived, which was terrific. The house staff made our stay so easy, and the beach is just a short walk away and gorgeous. Highly recommend!!!

Excellent experience! Beautiful, modern, elegant, clean, comfortable home. Extremely responsive and attentive host. The king beds are very comfortable, nice and large bathrooms, good air conditioning in each bedroom and living areas. There are so many things that made this property so excellent and above other homes we've rented.
Alessandro was extremely helpful with everything from the entrance requirements into T&C, transportation, groceries, dinners, general questions and Covid testing to get back to the U.S.
--The property is just a couple of minutes down a path to the beach, where the property manager set up 8 lounge chairs and umbrellas every day for us. It is walking distance to a lot of really good beach front restaurants and water sports/activities.
--We used the pre-arrival grocery provisioning which was fabulous - no mark up or delivery or extra fees. (Groceries. like everything is more expensive than at home). It was so nice to not have to go to the grocery as soon as we got there.
--We used the personal chef, Arlyn, for a birthday celebration dinner. It was so, so very good and so much food! And it was very reasonably priced. She even prepared fish that the guys had caught fishing that day. And Aleassandro delivered a great birthday cake from a local bakery for us. We wished that we had used the personal chef for more meals! Highly recommend!
--Claudia cleaned the house and bedrooms every day! Everything was always immaculate with fresh towels and beach towels daily. She was so attentive to every detail.
-Elmo watched over the property each night - one evening, there was a storm and we lost power for a couple minutes until Elmo got the generator going! We were never impacted at all!
--Alessandro arranged a service to come to the villa to perform the required Covid testing to return to the US. Omnicare Medical - I highly recommend this service - professional, fast and so convenient.
--Alessandro also arranged airport transportation with Majestic Taxi which we used over and over again all week. Very nice and clean vehicles with prompt, friendly and safe drivers. I highly recommend Majestic taxi!

Five Stars - Fabulous - First Class all the way

The whole personality of the villa is clearly an extension of its designer/builder, Allesandro, who was gracious, thoughtful, and couldn't be a nicer host. Attentive to every detail, responded quickly to our questions from booking to checkout, helped us anticipate/navigate all the COVID requirements, stocked the villa with provisions, arranged transportation, etc. Our personal experience with Allesandro was consistent with the unanimous 5-star reviews we read coming in--he clearly goes above and beyond for all his guests. Just a wonderful stay, we 100% are coming back to Villa Islander.

Amazing getaway
Our stay at Villa Islander with a group of adults and 2 babies was exceptional! The chef, Arlyn, made us breakfast and dinner (even made extra little things for the babies!) and everything was delicious. The house staff went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home and could relax. The host, Alessandro, was extremely accommodating and responsive. Over all great trip, will be returning soon!

Most incredible weekend at Villa Islander
My friends and I had the most magical weekend at Villa Islander, and we cannot wait to return. Alessandro and his staff were so incredibly helpful and welcoming, and the chef prepared some of the most amazing food we had on the island. The house was absolutely stunning, and we were able to make good use of both the pool and the beach. It was one of the most luxurious and amazing trips I have ever been on, all thanks to Alessandro and his team. Thank you Alessandro, we hope to come back very soon!

Paradise at Grace Bay
Villa Islander was everything we expected and more. The property is scenic and serene-truly breathtaking. Alessandro was an amazing host who went above and beyond to make sure our group had everything we might need. We were able to navigate COVID regulations and enjoy a trip we will all remember forever.
