The property is right in the heart of HHI, close to coligany, close to beach, pool right out back and super quiet. We definitely recommend!

The condo was well stocked and very clean. Communication was quick, thorough and polite. Would definitely stay again!!

I have been blessed to vacation in Hilton Head for 18 years with my family. I would rank this property at the top of the list for the condition of the property, location, and convenience. I was amazed by the organization and communication from Kathryn. The check-in process was easy, and detailed notes throughout the condo depict ease of use. The walk to the beach is an easy 5-minute walk. We walked to Coligny several times to eat and shop. The bike paths make great memories with my children. The beach cart and chairs were a great addition. I enjoyed our stay so much that I have already booked my stay for 2024!!!

It was so nice to have beach chairs some toys and great communication. The pool was great and the walk to the beach was super easy. Thank you for a great time.

Very cute beachy themed property. Owner was so thoughtful. Quick walk to the beach, but even cooler was how quick it was to walk to all the local areas like Celebration Park, Coligny Plaza, local bars and restaurants, etc. We did make a few driving trips to Fish Haul (best exploring beach) and Duck Donuts for my daughter’s birthday but otherwise we were totally content and comfortable staying out at the condo pool and beach. We will DEFINITELY return when we are able!

The location is perfect! Very quiet and peaceful. The beach is a short 7 minute walk. It’s so nice to be able to walk to stores and restaurants where you can listen to live music. The condo was very spacious and the beds were very comfortable which is a must for me because I stayed over a month. Kathryn was a wonderful and answered any question in a timely manner. I hope to return next year.

It was even better than what we expected. It was a home away from home. The owner really takes into consideration everything one would need to make their stay enjoyable. They really thought of everything and answered quickly if we had a question. The beach was lovely and it was nice to have the pool so close to the unit. We would definitely rent this place again.

The place was clean and in a great location. The owner was easy to work with and we enjoyed our stay. Our only issues were that the living room furniture is pretty uncomfortable and the foosball table wasn’t level so it wasn’t fun to play.

This property was perfect for our family! It was an easy check in. The condo was very clean. Lots of amenities that made the stay very comfortable. Lots of towels, beach towels to use, cooler bag, plenty of kitchen items to use, and more. Easy walk to the beach. Pool to use. Really was a great place and fun for our family. We would stay again!

This condo is well set up for two couples. There are all sorts extras, from kitchen to beach equipment. The BBQ did not work well for us, so I would not count on using it. The location is excellent, close to the beach and bike paths, but away from the noisy main roads. Would not hesitate to recommend to others.

The property was well stocked for a beach retreat! We enjoyed the cleanliness and all the thought that was put into making sure our stay was memorable! No detail was overlooked and instructions were clearly indicated! The beach was a very short walk and the property’s balcony overlooked the pool! The internet was also great as I had to attend conference calls for work! We would definitely stay here again!

The property was awesome! Had everything we needed the games was a big hit with the family. We had a great vacation I would highly recommend. Played Haubor Town golf course what an awesome experience.

This villa was a lovely place to stay. It was clean and had all the necessities. The beds were comfy. I liked how each bedroom had its own full bathroom. The beautiful beach is a nice short walk away. In the evening, my family enjoyed playing the Wii and foosball table. The air conditioner worked well. Kathryn was great at communicating with me about everything I needed to know!

This place was wonderful!!! It was an excellent choice for our family. We had everything we needed. Super close walk to the beach, so close we didn’t even need to use a wagon. We had plenty of space for a family of 4. The kids spent time at the pool each day, I was able to keep up on laundry so we didn’t pack so many things, and we enjoyed sitting on the patio each night. We would stay there again in a heartbeat, and hopefully we will!! Kathryn was super easy to work with, excellent communication. No trouble whatsoever.

Everything here was great. We brought our 6 month old on his first beach vacation and couldn’t have asked for a better location. We were steps from the pool, beach and so many shops and restaurants! We can’t wait to be back.

This unit was more than I could have hoped for, and Kathryn made check-in a breeze. The owner was very attentive to my questions, even before I had booked the unit, and made themselves available while I was traveling to make sure I had everything I needed when I got there. The unit was exceptionally clean (which for me is the most important thing I'm looking for) and well-stocked. There were many little touches and extra items in the unit that proved useful and I never would have thought to ask for (small tupperware containers so we could take snacks to the beach, an adult rain jacket and umbrella, birthday candles, etc)....small things that made the experience a wonderful one. The king size bed in the master was beyond comfortable and crisp, clean linens. The a/c system worked well and the ceiling fans were high quality and made sleeping quite comfortable. The extra beach towels were a life-saver and the two pools at the complex made it easy to still have fun while being able to still keep some social distancing measures in place--if one pool got too crowded we just went to the other. The pools were never that crowded but if you someone who prefers a little more space still, during COVID, having two large pools was a really nice option. The walk to the beach was super easy, and I did it with a 3 year old a few times each day--straight shot to the beach and back down a safe sidewalk. The owner clearly cares about her unit and her guests, and did a great job making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. This unit was a hidden gem and worth every penny....very clean unit, close to the beach and pool, and lots of extras included in the unit.

The townhouse is exactly as pictured. Clean and well stocked. Very quiet even though it was during spring break. Short walk to the beach and the shops. We would definitely stay here again.

This was our first time to Hilton Head and we loved it! We definitely got our walking in for the week! Our condo was great and we had everything we needed! Very centrally located. We will definitely rent this condo again!

With all the craziness going on in the world my wife and I just wanted to get away and relax. We can say we were easily able to do that. The beach was a quick walk and very nice, the sunrise in the morning on the beach was absolutely incredible. The condo was very nice and the pool was too! Lots of places to eat out. Riding bikes around the island was a blast! I highly recommend this place!

This place was amazing. We loved being able to cook breakfast then walk two blocks to the beach. It was relaxing and easy to check in and out.

We stayed July 2020 - this is our second time staying at this property because we love it so much. It does have a lot of steps, but that helps equal out all the wonderful places to eat at HHI! Speaking of 2020, wish we could've been here to quarantine!
