Charming One-Story 3BR 3BA Home Just Off The Oxford Square! Deck and Porch!
Charmantes einstöckiges Haus aus dem Jahr 1915. Jedes der drei Schlafzimmer hat ein eigenes Badezimmer. Zwei der Schlafzimmer haben Doppelbetten und das dritte Schlafzimmer hat ein Doppelbett. Wifi und Gasgrill. Drei reservierte Parkplätze mit vier zusätzlichen Parkplätzen stehen zur Verfügung. Nur acht Türen vom Oxford Square entfernt. Die Veranda hat zwei Rocker. Das Seitendeck hat zwei schmiedeeiserne Tische mit Stühlen und großen Sonnenschirmen. Leicht zu Fuß zum Square und Ole Miss Campus oder nehmen Sie den kostenlosen Doppeldecker-Bus vom Square zum Grove am Spieltag.

This charming historic home is located just off the square in downtown Oxford and very close to Ole Miss campus! We enjoyed our bid day weekend! Home is just as described and the property manager was helpful! Hotty Toddy!

Perfect place to stay in Oxford
This home is so cute with a lot of Oxford decor! It is located within easy walking distance to the square and campus. My teenaged son and I came for a camp at Ole Miss and the house had everything we could have asked for. Steve was the very best host and was so helpful and welcoming! Thanks for letting our family enjoy your home!

Great game day location
Stayed over game day weekend. House has great location for visits to the square, and is a short walk to the grove. Parking was easy, and was great that each bedroom has it's own bathroom. Owner was easy to get ahold of and came right over when we had an issue with the electronic lock. Would stay again.

Perfect & Cozy
This cute house was in the perfect location and so cozy. My family and I had plenty of room to spread out and each bedroom had its own bathroom. It was clean, stocked well and comfortable for all of us. The location can't be beat as it's just a 5 minute walk to the square. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Would Do It Again!! Fantastic!!
This property was an absolutely perfect location!! We were able to walk most every place we went. The home was well appointed and the owner so kind and easy to work with. The house is definitely older, but I considered it charming and cozy. The only only only thing that was not 5-star was the cleanliness...and that was really only the bathroom floors were really were quite dirty (floors only! the sinks,toilet,shower were all fine) and the kitchen (a few utensils looked like they had been put away without being cleaned at all). Even with those only slightly unpleasant findings, I would still stay again...in a heartbeat!! Loved loved loved it.

Didn’t work out.
We were not able to stay in the house because the heat was not working but the owner did refund our money. There are steps between the bedroom and bathroom, so not a good arrangement for for the elderly like us. As noted in other reviews, I don’t recommend it if you are a “clean freak”. Owner was easy to work with.

Great property close to the Square and Grove!
We love this little house in Oxford! The owner, Steve, was very nice and it was fun to hear the history of the house. It could have been a little cleaner and the porches swept, but otherwise was perfect for us and our guests. Will stay again!

EASY walk to the square
The house was great. All bedrooms have their own bathrooms. There is a front porch and a side porch with chairs and tables.
The house is a short (uphill) walk to the square. Mr. Wooten was great. He was in contact with us a few days before our arrival. He did a walk through of the house via the phone when I got there. Everything went great!

The house could not be in a better location and fit our three couples perfectly. However, the house was not very clean. There was hair found in all the bathrooms and on the toilet upon check in and random underwear was found under furniture in the front bedroom. Also, there is an ant problem in the kitchen. We weren’t in the house much anyways but just overall better cleanliness would set this property over the top because the location is perfect

Best rental in Oxford
I really hate to share my true view of our rental and host; as I always want it available when my family needs it. The house is beautifully maintained...amazing outdoor spaces and less than a two - three - four minute walk depending if you are 2 or 70! Plenty of parking...not surrounded by students who hours might be different than yours. How many rentals have a bath for each bedroom? Steve was attentive before, during and afterwards. He cared enough to call me about my grandson's Mickey hat we left!!! I do not have adequate words to express what an amazing rental and how lucky you would be to stay here.

Perfect house with perfect location!
This home was just perfect for our needs... clean and well equipped with plenty of space we could use as the gathering place for our family reunion. Three bedrooms, each with its own bath, was fantastic. The central location with a quick easy walk to The Square was icing on the cake, all contributing to an incredibly fun and memorable weekend in Oxford. Steve was always courteous and prompt in responding to questions.
