Dieses geräumige Sonoma-Haus befindet sich in den prestigeträchtigen Anwesen von Sobre Vista auf einem mehr als 2 Hektar großen Grundstück mit einer Auffahrt, einem solarbeheizten Pool und einem eingebauten Spa. Das Haupthaus verfügt über eine große Küche mit Granitarbeitsflächen und einem luftigen Esstisch, in dem die ganze Familie / Gruppe frühstücken und dabei auf den Garten und den Rasen blicken kann. Der angrenzende Speisesaal bietet Platz für 16 Personen und bietet viel Platz für ein elegantes Familienessen. Die Wohnzimmer bieten große Fenster, einen Kamin und einen großartigen Ort zum Entspannen.
Im Haupthaus finden Kinder in ihrem Zimmer (ein Doppelstockbett mit zwei Einzelbetten und ein Schlafsofa mit ausziehbarem Bett) sowie in Spielzeugen, Spielen, Fahrrädern und Basketballkörben viel Platz zum Spielen. (Wir haben 3 Kinder, also bekommen wir es!). Das Hauptschlafzimmer ist riesig, mit einem Kingsize-Bett und einer angrenzenden Ecke für zusätzliche Schlafplätze, die mit einer eigenen Whirlpool-Badewanne und einer Doppelkopfdusche ausgestattet ist. Beautiful, very spacious home and property with every possible amenity. Our grandkids absolutely loved it, as did we. Everything was well explained ahead of time. We would gladly come back again.

Great property with lots of activities for families to partake in from tennis, pickleball to foosball. The pool was the prefect temperature for swimming in the evening as the sun went down, as the temp outside was in the 90s for us during the day. We didn't use the tennis/basketball due to heat with sun coming down. The main house kitchen is large enough to accommodate multiple prepping/cooking and the large dining table could site everyone easily with comfort. BBQ outside worked great. The beds were super comfortable in every room. The casita it nice away from main house by a few yards. Didn't use the casita kitchen so can't comment on that. Any communication with owners was excellent with quick responses.

Wonderful home with lots of indoor and outdoor spaces to spend time together as a family. We enjoyed the hot tub, pickleball, bocce ball, and pool tables. Great location - not far from Sonoma plaza, wineries, Sonoma market, and an easy drive to Napa. Great kitchen for preparing meals for a crowd! And a great supply of dishes, serving dishes, spices, etc. recommend walking thru the place with the caretaker when you arrive to learn how everything works! (He was very helpful).

We had a great time staying in this wonderful property. So much to do, we spent lots of time on the pickleball court and hanging out in the lovely living room.

We are a group of college friends who take an annual trop to somewhere wonderful and this was no exception. The home was well equipped, especially the kitchen which had EVERYTHING. We did a lot of cooking. The weather was unseasonably warm but we enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well as all the games and property. This place would be great for a large family gathering.

A wonderfully designed and curated property with something for everyone! This was a great location for a multi-generational family gathering with plenty of spaces to congregate and get away. Being in the middle of wine country was definitely a bonus. The owner was very responsive and sensitive to the needs of our group. Highly recommend!

The property is private, woodsy, and has very enjoyable outside sitting areas, including a fire pit which we enjoyed every evening. The kitchen is very well stocked, better than any VRBO we've ever visited. For a large house, the AC works very well.
The living quarters certainly need some repairs and improvements, e.g., an inoperative microwave, a mattress replacement, a screen door off its tracks, etc.

Fantastic property! Beautifully maintained grounds, wonderful pool & hot tub. So much to keep kids and adults entertained both indoors and outdoors. Great kitchen and dining room to accommodate large groups. All bedrooms and bathrooms are top notch. Would definitely rent again.

We returned to Paul's fabulous, spacious home after two years where we enjoyed the additional amenities. Both kids and adults spent hours in the heated pool and played basketball, tennis, and pickle ball. The well-supplied and expansive kitchen delighted our resident and outside chefs. The bedroom and bathroom layout perfectly met the needs of 12 people.

This is without a doubt a delightful property - there are many options for fun with sports and hobbies. The home was well designed and furnished in the past. The maintenance man is a good person. What is required is time between rentals for maintenance and tidying to occur. The first night and day that we were there, the home and guest house were not heated (in the 50s) on a 30something degree night, there was an odor that permeated the entire house that originated in a bathroom shower. We reached out to all, and succeeded at contacting the kind handyman by the next evening. He made improvements. Perhaps a credit for the day should be considered.

Europe and this house was just great! Lots of space for everyone, well equipped kitchen, and lots of activities for everyone! Great communication with both Paul and Jason with any issues that came up. We look forward to coming back in the summer hopefully! :)

We had a wonderful stay in anticipation of celebrating my niece’s wedding. The house was a blissful retreat full of amenities. Great pool, bocce ball court, tennis court - even a batting cage. Incredible kitchen perfect for a family gathering. We loved every minute.

The reason for the 4 star was the cleaner was still cleaning when we got there, then the guy started mowing the lawn around the pool when we were about to hop in, and we did not know the property manager would be around working on the property. Jason and the cleaning team were just finishing up so we were afforded a detailed tour of the property to include instructions and tips for everything the house had to offer. The beds were comfortable, the space ample, amenities abounded, with lots of options for our group of 8 ladies to gather comfortably together OR if desiring a break or some down time solo. The house is situated close to plenty of stuff to do locally, though not far at all from Napa (about a 30-40 minute drive), and surrounded by lots of land, feeling secluded and private when at home relaxing. Lots of laughs were had around the kitchen table while we caught up with one another and played games. Then around the MASSIVE dining table when we hired a private chef to come prepare and serve us "dinner in" one night. Worth mentioning that he and his team were more than pleased with the kitchen and grill! There were a couple very small needs during our stay that were expressed by call to Jason, and he answered and assisted immediately. My only real complaints are that we could not stay longer and it was too cold to fully enjoy the outdoor areas...which were exceptional! We tried out the hot tub but it never got to a comfortable temp, likely because it was in the 20's and 30's most nights of our stay! Fortunately we did not need it for our group but the office/workout/daybed house key would not work and we could see from the windows it would not have been suitable to sleep in anyway as it had not been cleaned. I feel strongly had this been brought up to the property manager it would have been addressed but again, wasn't necessary for our group. I would stay here again, most definitely!!!
