One look at the view tells you this is a fantastic place to stay. Enjoyed watching the boats in the river and even saw a manatee with a baby. Extremely clean and comfortable inside too.

The views from this apartment are stunning, the pool alone is worth the stay. Despite long lines to get on the elevator at times, we had an amazing time. The company had excellent communication, we were very well informed at every stage. We will come back and stay here again.

We loved staying here! Everything was as pictured and even better. The views of the bay and city are beautiful. Everything was super clean, and there’s so much space throughout the apartment. Kat, who was our contact throughout the week, was super nice and helpful! We thankfully didn’t have any problems during the week, but if we had, it was nice to know there was someone to easily and quickly contact. The location is also perfect- many places to walk to throughout downtown, and it’s also a short drive to the beach!
I highly recommend this place and I hope to come back again!

Condo is in a great neighborhood with lots of walkable restaurants and easy access to other parts of Miami. Amazing views since it's a corner unit and the hosts were very thoughtful about checking in and making sure everything was satisfactory.

Great location and view. Nice and clean apartment. Staff is responsive to our needs and questions. Some fixtures are showing sign of wear and tear such as the bathroom door and ottoman in the spare bedroom that should be replaced.

This is our second time staying in this building and with Miami vacation rentals. They do a great job through the whole process and this facility is amazing with a great views, great spaces, and phenomenal location. Be sure you make the walk past the hundred yard long swimming pool to to the fitness center and Spa area. It's amazing.

We had an issue on the streets near the property with a few locals. It had nothing to do with the property but the neighborhood.

I can’t say enough good things about this property! The pictures don’t lie - the unit is stunning and the views are sensational! The beauty of this unit is that it’s a corner so you have views of the ocean and the river. Right in downtown so you have access to great restaurants and shops.
The pool is gorgeous - and during the week it is not busy, allowing you to easily find chairs (even if you show up later in the morning like we did!)
Check in was smooth and the service was top notch - Kat was our service manager and she exemplifies customer service! On our first day she helped us download apps so that we could order groceries online and she even met the delivery person to receive the groceries when we were out for dinner! WOW!
I have absolutely no negative comments about our stay - everything was positive so if you’re debating whether to book, don’t hesitate! You won’t be disappointed!

The unit was clean and views are great with lots of natural light. The kitchen is very modern with high-end appliances. The only thing that would be a critique is that the furniture is a bit worn.

I’m so happy that I booked this condo for a girls trip to celebrate my birthday. The pictures don’t do it justice. It was immaculate and high end. The check in process was smooth and the security measures were appreciated. The views from every room were amazing especially at night. It was an easy walk to Brickell City Center and a convenient Uber ride to South Beach. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

If you love city and water views you get the best of both worlds here! The city lit up at night is wonderful, watching the boats and automobiles wisk by is cool. The condo itself is spacious with plenty of storage. The master bedroom has a comfy bed and I spent every evening in the jetted soaker tub. So relaxing after a full day of activities and there is no shortage of hot water that's for sure!
My advice on the condo for improvements; the condo is starting to show its age and can use some paint touch ups on door hinges (hall bath rust) and the living area furniture isn't the most comfortable (low profile design). Having my morning coffee on the balcony required me to hold the cup as there isn't a little table out there. The shower in the hall bath can use a shower shelf system to hold the bath wash and shampoo while showering. All small stuff thats not a deterrence from renting this space again.
The condo was loaded with plenty of linens, water and a bottle of wine, thank you for that, and the site manager, Kat, was efficient in check in and responsive. The property is under the Miami Vacation Rentals group, and next time I'll rent directly from them and save some change on booking fees.

beautifull apartment exactly as on the pictures.
Some furnitures were missing in the kitchen but as soon as we asked, everything was provided within few minutes.

Everything is exactly as shown. This is a beautiful apt with great views in a very walkable area. The pool is amazing! Kitchen was well equipped. Would definitely stay here again. If you have a car, try to reserve the parking pass with in/out privileges because area parking is expensive.

very nice stay just minor things
broken 5th kitchen chair but didnt affect us as only 4 in group and oven pan did not have bottom tray to catch grease from cookings, light bulb out, curtain was hard to open but overall i would definitely stay again

Sister's first Cruise
The trip was to take my sister on her first cruise. My nephew and his fiancé joined us. This property looked just as pictured in the advertisement. We were only there for two days but took advantage of most of the amenities. We would definitely stay at this apartment again. Questions were answered promptly by Natalia who was a great hostess.

Nice unit with beautiful views
Unit was perfect for our family. Amenities looked amazing although we didn’t take advantage of them. Lots of great restaurants within walking distance. Traffic is very heavy in the area, but the parking option with the unit was great. Thanks to Miami vacation rentals!

Modern, clean
Nice modern space to enjoy with friends. Great views and nice amenities (pool, gym, spa). Our host was very receptive and easy to communicate with for any needs. Walking distance to Brickell Center but I personally prefer to stay near beach so we had a lot of Uber rides. But not a bad change of pace. Enjoyed our stay!

Excellent Location
This condo offered my family a great place to rest our heads after being on the go all day. Clean, convenient, esp the parking, great views. Check in/out smooth. Great communication. Like the keyless entry. We used the pool only 2x for no more than a couple of hours each time. Pool deck clean w nice views. The gym looked nice though we didn’t use it as we were on the go all day. Great location. The convenience of walking to restaurants was a plus, and also around Brickell Key. I really liked the parking spot to this unit. It’s in the parking lot of the food trucks. I don’t like parking decks so this was a pleasant surprise. Definitely would recommend this condo.

Nice location, with great views!! Restaurants, Whole foods, and shopping within walking distance. On the weekends,
the traffic around the hotel was bad due to weekend activities. Overall, we had a good stay.

Beautiful condo in the heart of Miami!
It was great waking up every morning to the sun shining over the bay! We spent a lot of time in the pool and hot tub. It was about a 20 minute Uber to South Beach, but you were within walking distance to tons of shopping and great restaurants. Hosts were phenomenal and helped any way we needed.

Beautiful condo, great location. Building has large pool, but hot tub is only open Sat & Sunday, which was disappointing.

Great space/location poor process/pool bad
This unit is quite nice, great view of the river and well equipped. The problem is with the check in process. The residence entrance only has two lanes for traffic and loading and unloading is a real mess. The front desk does not do anything for the vrbo rentals so everything must be managed through the host. The Host was very responsive but the process is a pain. The pool looks beautiful but in the winter the big pool does not get sun and the building’s create a wind tunnel. It’s was pretty windy the days we were there and the pool was not comfortable. I asked one of the pool attendants and he claimed it was always that way. Now the Covid impacts. The small lobby was always crowded and we almost always had to wait in a line to get on the elevators at least two times during our stay 2 of the 6 elevators stopped working, causing long delays. There was no food or drink service at the pool and you have to reserve pool chairs in advance. Due the small area of Sun at the end of the pool all of the Sun chairs were usually taken very early. The gym requires reservation a day in advance and you can only book one day at a time. Luckily we were not really there for the pool/resort experience but if we had we would have been very disappointed. We will not stay at this property again

Great stay
Overall after the bad check in which wasn’t the fault of the host just the building not being organized. The stay was amazing once I was able to meet with the property manager. She made us feel very comfortable and everything was smooth from that point on.

Great stay
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The location was great with many restaurants surrounding the area and Whole Foods near by. The view from the condo was great, watching the boats, and seeing manatees swim in the river. The communication with Francesco was very good. Everything was excellent
