This property was great for two families. We had kids ranging in age from 3-11 and within walking distance you’ll find a park, basketball court and a huge pool with slides and a lazy river. The property also has a small pool that was great for the kids. We are already planning our next trip!

Overall we had a good experience. Especially enjoyed the outside pool area, with fireplace. Items that need attention/ two of the upstairs bathroom sinks were clogged. In the bunk bed room, ottoman had a broken leg. All kitchen appliances( except microwave) and washer/dryer were very dated and top rack of dishwasher was unstable.

Great location, big house, with nice pool and outside fireplace. We had lots of fun. The floors were dirty when we arrive. Needed to be vacuumed again and mopped. So we told the management and they sent someone to clean them. Great after that.

Reviewer Comments: After having to change properties two weeks out due to the original Oversee rental we selected being sold, we were hopeful that Brownies would be comparable to the newer home we lost out on, but upon arrival we quickly realized we had made a mistake not requesting a refund. Overall the home is in serious need of maintenance and cleaning. The pool deck and eaves are covered in mildew, nothing that a couple hours of pressure washing wouldn't resolve. A home shouldn't be in a rental program if they aren't going to keep it basically maintained. Several doors need repainting, exterior rotten wood damage repaired, porch screens cleaned, the rusty fridge replaced, and all outdoor furniture cushions need to be changed out. The sectional in the living room also needs to be cleaned or the slip covers replaced. They are so dirty and stained that we had to take sheets and blankets off of unused beds and drape them over the cushions just so we'd feel comfortable enough to sit on them. We noticed several areas that had not been thoroughly cleaned, but the long hairs all over the master bathroom floor took the cake. When we were preparing to leave on our final morning, one of cleaning people (we assume) came up and tried to get into the home at 9:30AM. We technically had half an hour still to go, and there is no way she knew for sure we were actually finished packing up. They should wait until 10AM to enter any rental. Overall, when one rents a home in Watercolor and pays that premium, they should be able to expect Watercolor maintenance quality and cleanliness, but unfortunately that was not the case. The Oversee office was helpful, but I dropped the rating to four stars because upon our arrival our door code did not work and the pool was not heated as promised, both issues resolved that same day after we called. I later sent a message to Oversee asking if there is a way to keep the pool light from constantly cycling through colors, but I never received a response.

Overall, we enjoyed the stay at the house. It took a few days for the pool to heat up, but once it did, it was fantastic. That layout of the home was fantastic. We loved the pool, outdoor tv/patio, and den/kitchen. The appliances are a little aged, but the layout of the home is awesome.

Great house for a fantastic fall break. Perfectly set up for my family and my children loved the pool and bikes provided.

Great location, beautiful home , well decorated. Comfortable beds. Only complaint was the pool was tiny and we thought it was going to be a lot bigger from what the pictures showed online.

Great vacation house with everything you could want

The house was dirty when we arrived and the house definitely needs an update. We mopped the floors because they had spots throughout and we saw how dirty they were. Rug in front of sink had food embedded in it and we cleaned it which could of easily been done prior to our arrival. Outdoor furniture was filthy, two chairs had broken leg with food on and chairs scattered on every porch randomly. Not set up at all. Dishwasher old and door barely closes on it, washer and dryer old, refrigerator light out but we replaced, and water and ice cube dispenser broken. Beds had mattress pad covers on them that made noise every time u moved. Lights needed replaced on screened in porch which we replaced. Unable to use the garage which was inconvenient. House very dated and would never rent again. We’ve stayed in WC many times and the price and quality of home don’t match the rental price. Location was nice.

Having the plunge pool and outdoor lounge area was a bonus. The bikes were in good condition which was a plus - we've found over the years that isn't always the case. The kitchen and bathroom amenities are dated and not up to the typical Watercolor decorating standards we've come to expect over the past 15 years of staying in rentals at the resort. The house seems well worn and in need of updating after years of rental use. In addition - all of the appliances were not in good working order - the dryer did not have heat for the majority of our stay, the dishwasher racks were unstable, the ice maker did not work properly and none of the appliance lights were working. Overall we had a great stay - but it's worth mentioning that it's time for some updates, especially when competing rentals are at a different standard.

An it say enough great things about them and the house the placed us in. What could have been a super stressful experience turned into one of our best, most enjoyable family beach trips.

This was exactly wanted wanted and were expecting. We are booking our next visit and the only Wesson we are going to book a different property is because there is not golf cart that come with our rental. Everything else was amazing!!!

Needs updating, dirty walls, dryer did not work, dated TVs, no batteries in changers and ripped upholstery on some of the furniture.
