Everything was wonderful except the furniture. Beautiful condo with beautiful view but all kitchen chairs ready to fall apart and stools very old and worn. Besides that, highly recommend!

Reviewer Comments: We (a couple of girlfriends and I) in December, unfortunately during a bad storm - we had four days of high winds and rain, making it impossible to use that amazing balcony. The last two days of our stay WERE sunny, and we took full use of it - just amazing views from it.We stayed in this condo about 7 years ago, and found it not quite as well taken care of as previously. After one day of dirty feet, we wore shoes/flip flops for the remainder of our stay. No guides on how to use the TV; a dead bug above the coffee pot, a bathtub that wouldn’t drain. Still, the condo is lovely and comfortable - just needs a little more tender loving care, we think. And did I mention that balcony??!! We LOVE that balcony.

The condo was very roomy. We had our Family Thanksgiving. The kitchen could use more skillets, and better ccokware. The pool was not heated. The access to the beach was great. The view from the massive deck was fabulous.

We had a great time the condo is very spacious wish we could buy one like it. It just needs a little TLC perhaps new furniture. Great location. Small pool😕. Love the parking garage and the convenient carts to haul all our stuff, specially groceries. We will come back again! ❤️✔️⛱️

Our Family gathered in Cocoa to celebrate a birthday. We rented this top floor condo on the beach because it’s a smaller building and nearby to everything and everyone we like in Cocoa. The condo met our expectations and was the perfect spot for our family with three bedrooms, ample space in the living/ dining room and outside wrap around deck on the ovean. The communication with the agent Cathy was excellent and I have to say that she was most friendly and responsive to our needs. The unit had everything we needed for our stay, Beach stuff, comfortable beds, updated appliances, peace and quiet. The furniture could use an upgrade as well as the beach chairs but All in all an excellent week. We’d come back for sure. Thank You Cathy!

We enjoyed our stay. The place was huge and open. All the bedrooms were big. The beach views were incredible. Definitely will come back.

We had to relocate from Madeira Beach do to the hurricane. We found this condo on short notice. The place is nice, big, and has great views of the ocean.

Had a wonderful five-day getaway at an amazing location! Loved the condo and beach. Close to everything.

It was really nice. Everything was clean when we arrived. Check in was very easy (our flight was delayed and we arrived in the middle of the night).The beds were comfortable. The front door lock is a little touchy but can be figured out. The view is beautiful and the huge wrap around balcony was great. There was a lot of beach toys and chairs left by other guests and private easy access to the beach. During our stay there were also many towels which was nice for our large family. My family really enjoyed our stay here. No complaints from us.

Pictures look amazing, as they are supposed to, that is what marketing is for. Many things in the condo are quite beat up including trim/molding, floor, and furniture. We did not have power to one bedroom (breaker was tripped and would not reset. No lights, tv, outlets etc.) Only 1/2 of toaster worked in kitchen . Let property manager know 1st of our stay and still have gotten no response 8 days later. Elevator was broke for 1-2 days of our stay which left stairs as only option. Master bed was a disaster and lumpy. TV's and remotes were a nightmare to use. Kitchen, balcony, showers were all very nice, as pictured. Communication with management has been disappointing. I would not recommend this until based on cost and lack of communication with management.

Lovely property, with a great view. Unit is in need of some general routine maintenance, small items nothing major but it would improve the overall stay (ex. Legs on some dining room chairs were wobbly so we didn't sit on, pull out bed was broken and air bed had holes in them)

The size of the unit is spacious and the views were amazing. Great washer and dryer as well. The porch is large with plenty of seating... unbeatable.Negatives:Everything inside seems dated and old. Needs new sheets, furniture, fixtures, etc. It has inflatable mattresses but they have holes. The unit has beach chairs and body boards which are broken or rusty. Most dishes seemed clean but others were suspect. The unit is in need of some serious TLC. Because of this, you don't come away with a super clean feeling. With a new face lift, the unit can be spectacular.

It would’ve been helpful if there were instructions on how to work the TV, there were 3 remotes and couldn’t get it to work. The condo needs a lot of repairs as there were some damaged appliances. The microwave was broken and didn’t realize the one in the laundry room was there to use since the one in the kitchen was broken until the last day. The balcony sliding door handle was broken so if you closed the door it was almost impossible to open. Also you might want to check the AC unit, there was a lot of mold around the unit and on the vents. We were all sneezing and had stuffy noses while in the condo.

It was clean with everything you needed in the kitchen and bedding. The WiFi and cable were all in place. Customer service was fast and friendly, a question asked was quickly addressed. There were many items to be used at the beach and beach towels. One most important thing was we felt safe in the neighborhood and on the property. Stores and restaurants were all in walking distance. We do not have one thing to say about our stay there but thank you for keeping it so nice. .
