We had a great stay in this just-right beach house! House and garage were stocked with everything we needed and only a pleasant bike ride from the beach. Thanks for hosting our annual Fripp trip!

We stayed at fripp last year and the golf cart wasn’t to good and didn’t have much ac but this year was complete opposite. The golf cart this year was TOP NOTCH. Would deffintley recommend

The house was perfect for my family. Loved the location. Evenings were spent watching the deer in the yard which my granddaughter loved. We will be back. We absolutely love Fripp Island.

With the neighborhood pool, two row golf cart, and bunks, this is a perfect house for a family to stay at Fripp. Property manager was extremely fast responding to questions. Really enjoyed our stay and will be back!

We had a wonderful stay! The kitchen had everything we needed. It was great to have the 6 seater golf cart plus a pool within walking distance. The place was as pictured and lovely! We will definitely be back!

Excellent stay with everything we could possibly need.
House was in a great location. We loved having the private small pool to hang out with the family. Our friends were staying at a larger beach house on tarpon boulevard. It was handy having the six-seater golf cart to take to the beach daily. I should also mention that the house is stocked with everything you could possibly need for the beach including bicycles, Boogie boards, umbrellas, nice comfortable Beach chairs, beach toys, footballs, fishing gear, and a kayak. Everything was in great condition. The house was decorated nicely and had an amazing collection of books. The bathrooms were small but clean and as described. We had a great stay.

Everything is there!
First time at Fripp and we had a great time. The property had everything we needed so don’t take anything. We didn’t realize there was a problem with the golf cart till a few days in but a quick text and it was replaced. The kitchen needs some updating but what kitchen doesn’t. Overall a great stay.

Great house next to neighborhood pool
Had a great stay! The golf cart, bikes, and the neighborhood pool around the corner were awesome amenities that we used alot. Also nice were the beach toys and chairs provided because who wants to pack those. I loved having a nearly empty pantry and large fridge to keep groceries. The house is also very close to a nature boardwalk were you can see beautiful sunset views.

Absolutely perfect!
We had an absolutely wonderful time here! Very clean and comfortable. The house had everything we needed, all the comforts of home. We packed chairs and beach toys and didn't even need to, the house was so well stocked. When my daughter tore a hole in her favorite stuffed animal we even came across a sewing kit that saved us from a toddler melt down. The owners were quick to respond to our questions and check in and check out were a breeze. The golf cart was fun and easy to use to get around and my elderly parents only had one set of steps to navigate, which was hard to find when renting on the island. Coffee on the beautiful porch is a must! We would absolutely rent again!

Fun on Fripp!
We loved our stay - we’ve stayed in Fripp several times before, but this time we felt right at home. Everything was clean and organized. We had such a good time and enjoyed all the things your house had to offer- from the bikes, golf cart, comfy beds, and good books to read. Thank you for making your beach house a home away from home!

Wonderful House in a Perfect Location!
We enjoyed our stay at this home so much!! The house was in a perfect location allowing us to be close to both the crabbing dock and pool which was great! We also loved that the garage was stocked with everything we could think of for a beach day!! The owners were very helpful, accommodating, and kind - probably one of the best we’ve rented from ever - and we wouldn’t hesitate to rent this house again! Thanks for letting us use your place for a memorable week, we hope to be back next year!!

Repeat renter
We have been vacationing at Fripp for 19 years. This was actually our second time at this property. We loved all the updates and new flooring throughout. We plan to return. Everything you need for a week at the beach.

Peaceful getaway
We loved staying at this beach cottage, it had everything we needed and was very comfortable. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and the surrounding vegetation made it seem like we were in our own private area. The golf cart made it very convenient to get to and from the beach with our gear, and run back if someone needed a bathroom break. We appreciated that all of the chairs etc were there for use since we couldn’t bring any with us. Everything was perfect!

Spring Break
This was our first time to Fripp Island. The house is fantastic for a family, very clean and well equipped. The golf cart is a great addition, we thoroughly explored the island on it which was much more fun than driving.

Great vacation
The house was clean and provided plenty of room for my wife and three teenage boys. Even two more adults or kids would have been comfortable.
All of the necessities and many extras were provided.
The golf cart was awesome, beach chairs, toys, fishing and crabbing equipment, board games etc.

Family Fall Trip
We have been coming to Fripp for 21 years. First time we stayed somewhere other than family home. This is an awesome home! Everything you need is here. The Carter’s answered all our questions very quickly. We will definitely stay here again and hope to be back soon!!

Memories of a Lifetime!
Fripp Island was amazing! Having a golf cart was the best way to get around! Our home had everything we needed for a lovely weeks stay, as I cooked every meal except one, our entire 7 day stay. There was plenty of room for all six of us. The beds were very comfortable. Communication with Rob was quick and easy. We enjoyed having the community pool next door. Our grandson will never forget being able to hand feed the deer and stroke buck's nose antlers! Anyone who loves wildlife and being away from it all, will greatly enjoy this place! Thanks, Rob, for a wonderful trip!

Fripp Tripp 2020
We have nothing but amazing things to say about the house and the owners. We have been coming to Fripp for years and this was by far our favorite house! This house was stocked with towels, pot and pans etc better than any house we have stayed in. The owners are great and we would rent from them again!
