This is a very roomy, nice condo. The pool area was very nice and equipped with clean restrooms. The balconies are screened in, and that helps a lot with bugs, so you can enjoy sitting outside. The appliances were up to date, and the outdoor equipment supplied was in good condition. There are a couple of E-bikes to use. Publix is a quick drive down the round. The beach was a little further walk than I realized, so I was unable to enjoy it due to my bad back. Too far for me to handle. Other than that, great place.

Property was as listed! Condo is directly across the street from beach with easy access. We didn’t have a car and trolley was fine for Times Square runs for dinner,shopping etc. property manager is accommodating and replies immediately. We had no issues but talked to him twice before our stay. Would recommend this condo for sure!

Great condo for a family
This was our second year in a row staying at this condo. It’s extremely clean and has everything you need. It’s in a great location across the street from a great beach with lots of great restaurants and shops within walking distance. Can’t wait to go back.

Amazing Property!
This was the cleanest condo we've ever stayed in. The property was well maintained and we have zero complaints. It was stocked with so many necessities. The pool area was great! It was in a quiet area which is perfect for families. If we return to Ft. Myers, this is where we will stay again for sure!

Quiet
This property was great for sitting on the patio; by noon we had shade the rest of the day. If it was extra hot that day the fan really helped out. Very quiet and peaceful surroundings.

Great condo with all the amenities and a view. Walk to the beach, to the bar, to restaurants, to CVS - skip all the hustle and bustle on the north end of the island with quick access to all the beautiful beaches and surroundings!

Winter Escape
The condo was quiet and clean. There were a few stains on carpet and furniture likely the result of careless past guest but every surface, linens, and towels were very clean. We didn’t use any of the beach “things” but there was everything needed including two bikes in storage unit. A little issue with door lock but David responded immediately. The area is nice with lots of dining choices within walking distance. There is road construction in the area but looks like it will be complete soon. Overall a nice stay.

Great location and great owner
We enjoyed our Christmas holiday in this great unit. It is across the street from the beach (easy access) and has everything you need in it. Beach chairs, bikes, games, books, etc. My wife and I along with 4 grown children fit in the unit with plenty of room. There are two balconies - the rear balcony faces East for great morning sunrise and the front balcony faces west for great evening sunsets that you can see through the units on the beach. David is incredibly responsive and a great host. We had an issue arise and he took care of it right away. We look forward to staying again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo. It was absolutely gorgeous with a fully stocked kitchen. There was also a cart and chairs for the beach which was very helpful. The location is perfect and very relaxing. The area is very quiet and lots of nice folks around there. There is great food, shopping, ice cream and CVS within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again.

Gulf Coast Great
Perfect place for family of 4. Clean, well stocked kitchen, 2 screened porches, great views, beach gear, sports gear - they have thought of it all. Add in a quick walk to the beach and conveniences like CVS, restaurants, and ice cream a short walk away and your perfect.
It’s just the right distance from the craziness of FMB and south enough to hit Bonita and Naples quickly!

Fantastic Getaway
Our family of 5 had a wonderful time in this beautiful condo. It was very clean with a well-stocked kitchen. We appreciated the beach cart and chairs - they made the short walk to the beach so easy. We loved how close it was to the Ft. Myers downtown area yet was in a peaceful family-oriented area. We are already trying to figure out when we can go back!
*David was very helpful with a slight issue we had with the lockbox when we first arrived

Fabulous location!
Wonderful condo less than 1/2 mile from the beach! Loved the location! Great views and very quiet building. Fully stocked kitchen. The owners have thought of everything you will need for the beach including cooler packs for taking a picnic. Clean and lovely! Would definitely stay here again.

Clean, spotless, near beach, pool and marina
This place was great. Loved sitting out out the back lanai in the morning watching the birds and boats drift by in the distance. Beach was right across the street.

Beautiful condo!
Condo was beautifully decorated and clean. The view from the porch was so serene. There was a small porch on back side that looked out to the gulf that was nice for AM coffee. Kitchen was super nice -equipped with any kind of item you might want for cooking and serving. The beach is a couple of blocks walk, but worth the work. Pool very nice. I would definitely re-book.

Nice stay in ft. Myers beach
Condo is nicely updated and is located fairly close to the beach ( approx. 1.5 blocks from building to sand). Pool is clean, usually empty and a decent size. You will need a car or trolley to go to the lively part of the strip. There was on going construction on our building during our stay. Otherwise it's a quit complex. Definitely would stay again.

This penthouse unit is perfect for four, a quite corner unit located near an elevator. Kitchen is well equipped and centrally located in
the spacious floor plan. This area of south beach is modern, clean and situated for a quick route to the shopping and dining areas
along route 41.

Great Time
We loved our stay, the condo was great, the only problem we had was the bed. When we would roll over the slats would fall out and then we would be sleeping in a big sunk down area. Everything else was great. It was very clean, well equipped. Great location.

Great condo!
The condo was VERY clean and conveniently located across the street from beach access. The Tommy Bahama beach cart, chairs and umbrellas were very nice and I don't know what we would have done without them! We also set a cooler (found in the laundry room) on the cart and we were set for the day! The kitchen was very well stocked and there were plenty of towels and blankets too. I would definitely stay here again! Thank you!!!

Immaculate and Great quiet location!
This was a very clean and well equipped condo. A quick walk to the beach. Just a trolley ride to restaurants and nitelife. As a family with 2 teenagers, this rental also provided us enough space to spread out and relax when off the beach too. Owner was very responsive to questions as well.

Location, location, location!
We loved staying at Captains Bay. This is a great location, very quiet and right across from the beach. The unit has everything that you need - even going to the beach. There are also chairs and umbrellas for rent on the beach. The beach is huge and beautiful. This unit was very clean and updated. The North side of the area is very busy with lots of traffic. We avoided that area by entering and exiting on the South side. We did venture to Times Square one morning and there was traffic even then! We preferred the peaceful location of the condo!

Great condo, great location
Clean, well-maintained and very comfortable condo with close proximity to beach, shopping and restaurants. Owner was quickly responsive to all inquiries, and provided a helpful book of information onsite as to amenities. Condo was thoughtfully set up for any and all necessities - beautiful well-equipped kitchen, lots of towels and linens, etc., and the screened-in lanai provided a pretty view of the surroundings.
Would recommend this rental to anyone, would enjoy a return visit ourselves!
