The breakfast was great. The neighborhood is industrial so you half to drive into the city.

The outside of the building is a little dark even with the lighting that's provided.

If you aren’t going to make up my room for a three-day stay, you should tell me. After the first night my room wasn’t made up. We had left the towels on the floor as we have been trained to do by the “hospitality” industry. That night I went tot he desk for coffee and towels since we had none and was told I have to REQUEST to have the room made up. So I did. The next day the room also wasn’t made up. I went to the desk, again. Got more towels. Was told I should have been handed a sheet of paper during check in. Maybe I should have been told during check in. I would have asked for the room to be made up. Both nights. Maybe that’s why they don’t tell you. Customer service is the only thing you have to sell. I paid a lot for it. I didn’t get it. At all.

Super dog friendly! Great staff, Debra is a great manager. Also I LOVE that there is a peloton bike in the work out room. Breakfast was simple but good!

One tiny bit pick- a fence surrounding pet area would be great. they can go off leash to do their thing. Also we have a big dog so I threw the ball but had to be careful about traffic…

Location and it was noisy

The hotel was very clean. The room was clean and spacious. Location was right off the freeway, making it easy to get to.

Staff was friendly, but inadequate. We had to wait while the front desk was staffed by one person. In the morning when we checked out, there was again only one person at the front desk, resulting in us having to way.

Not very scenic around hotel....why don't they plant some trees to screen out the industrial sites
