Unsere Lage ist ideal gelegen, nur wenige Schritte entfernt von Weltklasse-Wandern, Radfahren und Nordic Trails und nur vier Blocks entfernt von der beliebten West Elk Einzelhandel / Restaurant-Viertel. Der Shuttle-Haltestelle ist nur einen kurzen Spaziergang entfernt mit kostenlosem Service zum Berg. Butte mit Haube.
Dieses Haus wurde im Sommer 2013 gekauft. Im September 2013 brachten wir neue Bosch-Geräte in der Küche. Wir haben auch 4-5 Fahrräder für Sie, um die Stadt und das Wetter zu genießen und die Sehenswürdigkeiten zu genießen.
Die Schlafzimmer schlafen 10: Das große Erdgeschoss-Master hat einen König, ein eigenes Bad und einen angrenzenden Wintergarten mit Whirlpool im Innenbereich. Erdgeschoss hat zwei Schlafzimmer: # 1 hat eine Königin mit Platz für ein Pack-n-Play (die wir für Ihre Verwendung haben, wenn nötig). Schlafzimmer # 2 ist ein kleiner Schlafraum. Es hat ein Doppel über volle Etagenbett mit Doppel-Trundle. Im Obergeschoss befindet sich ein großes Schlafzimmer mit einem Queensize-Bett und viel Platz für Schlafsäcke, Luftmatratzen, etc.
Die Aussicht von der Küche und Wohnzimmer-Fenster sind großartig und die Lage ist eine der besten in der Stadt! Dieses Haus befindet sich am westlichen Ende von Butte Avenue, die ein relativ ruhiger und abgeschiedener Lage ist, auch in der Hauptsaison. Sie sind buchstäblich nur wenige Meter von den Langlaufloipen, Wander- und Radwegen entfernt. Obwohl die Lage schön und ruhig ist, sind Sie immer noch nur ein paar Blocks von der "belebten" Innenstadt von Crested Butte! Die Einheimischen glauben, dass der NW Teil von Crested Butte, speziell einschließlich Butte Ave, ist wahrscheinlich der schönste Ort in der Stadt zu sein, und Sie werden sehen, warum nach hier für ein paar Tage zu bleiben.

We had a great time here! House is well maintained and in an ideal location. Will happily come back

Location was good. Ran out of hot water upstairs after 3 showers. Layout of the house was difficult for a 4 bedroom with 3 bedrooms effectively sharing 1 bathroom which is also the bathroom for the main floor. The hot tub was over treated with chemicals, unusable for most of our crew. Beds were old and uncomfortable.

We had a fantastic stay with 6 powder days out of 9 skiing. The house is nearly perfect for our family of 6. Third time staying here and we plan to again in the future.

We loved being at the trailhead of Peanut Lake! We walked and biked that trail every single day. We made dinner one night and had everything we needed in the kitchen. Appreciated providing hand soap, toilet paper, and a few other essentials, as well as a few kids toys. Beds and pillows were comfy. Manager was quickly responsive to all questions. Thank you so much!

I was surprised to find the master bedroom was on a lower level but understood once I realized it was not only next to the hot tub but actually larger and more private. It does require climbing stairs to get to the kitchen and family room. Overall, a really comfortable and nice home and was perfect for our extended family. Great proximity walking to both the main street, Elk Avenue and also located at the head of a wonderful hiking and biking trail. Juli, the property manager was extremely responsive and made us feel very very welcome and comfortable. Very thoughtfully supplied kitchen. I would definitely stay here again.

It was great, we were close to the venue and rode bikes to near by restaurant. loved the wild life right out side the door. We had an amazing time, used the hot tub.

Great ski house - so close to walking trails and downtown! Fun to walk into town to eat and shop when not heading to the slopes.

Nice layout, room for 6 adults and one dog. Next to open space for dog walks and X-skiing trails. Best, no parking needed on street. Awkward, the alexa thing hiding behind microwave started talking and it was not alexa, a couple female voices from who knows where.

Communication with the host was great. We had a nice stay and the house was clean and the beds were comfortable. The house had everything we needed with the exception of laundry detergent. Would definitely return! Great location in town.

Our family of 5 loved our stay at this wonderful property. We were walking distance to Elk Street and enjoyed morning walks to Camp4 Coffee and Butte's Bagels. It was a short drive to park and grab the town shuttle up to the mountain. We'd highly recommend and hope to be back!

We highly recommend this lovely home! We had comfy beds, great water pressure, a well stocked kitchen, a relaxing hot tub, AND VIEWS! Wow! We loved our time here.

Great location and property
We had a lovely vacation in Crested Butte. The house is in a great location and provides ample room for a large family. Check in was easy and all instructions were clear. I was disappointed in the quality of the beds, towels and cleanliness of linens. For the price of the stay, I expected more.

A Perfect Place to Stay in Crested Butte!
We absolutely loved this house in Crested Butte. We're cross country skiers so the location couldn't have been better - right across the street from the trails! The house itself is wonderful! Very roomy with four bedrooms, a nice living room and a dining area with large windows and spectacular views. The hot tub also was great to relax in in the evening after a day of skiing. We highly recommend this house, and plan on coming back again and again!

Great Location for CB getaway!
This property was perfect for our family’s long weekend in CB. It’s an easy walk to all of the restaurants and shops on Elk Ave and a quick 10 minute drive to the ski resort. We all enjoyed using the hot tub after a day is skiing. The walking trails near the house were great for our dog. We would definitely go back!

Great house and location
Everything was as listing stated. Only yards from Nordic ski trails. Only negative we had with house was that the Chlorine smell when using the hot tub was too strong in upstairs bedrooms so we weren’t able to use it.

Great spot for a ski trip with family and friends!
This was such a wonderful place to stay with a great location and really loved the views from the kitchen window. The only thing I would say is that online it states that it technically sleeps 11, however the way our party was set up (singles vs. couples), we did have one person that had to sleep on the couch but I think that was more to the comfort of that individual rather than available spacing. Overall it was a great experience at the house with Jeff and the property managers Natosha and Juli. We very may well book again in the summertime!

Location, location, location
This house is conveniently located within easy walking distance to shopping and restaurants in CB, but also just steps away from biking and hiking paths. Lovely views in this area of upper west CB. The house is well equipped, clean, and comfortable. Communication was excellent. Recommended!

This VRBO is in an excellent location... easy walking distance to restaurants and trails. The 'towny' bicycles were a big plus. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect
This property was better than the listing. We have young kids and appreciated how close it was to downtown and the ski resort, but also not placed on a busy street with heavy traffic. Everything was perfect, we loved it and will stay here again on our next visit.

Good house
House was nice and clean. Good location on a quite street. Walking path was right there. The only complaint, but not a deal breaker was the hot tub jetts are very weak. If we come back to CB we would look into staying here again

Great location, fell short on accommodation
The location was fantastic, loved being able to walk into town. However, I'm really grateful we did not bring up to the stated occupancy of 11 people. This fits 8 comfortably. Was also bummed to find out about $10/person additional charge over 6 people "because we use more towels". Why not just include that in the rate? Felt nickel and dimed. A bit of an awkward layout not shown in the photos. Cobwebs throughout the home. Very disappointed in the hot tub being cold and looked rusty/dirty. Didn't use and it was a huge part of why we rented the property.

Great open kitchen/dining/living space. My family of six plus pups had plenty of space to spread out and enjoy the view of the mountains. So much beautiful natural light through the windows you can see the Butte!
We stayed 2 weeks and this house was perfect. Next to park for the dogs, quiet street, and not to far to downtown. Hot tub was a wonderful bonus.

Great location & cozy property!
Stayed here with a group of 8 for a week leading up to NYE. Great location - close to the downtown area and TONS of trails for alpine skiing and snowshoeing are steps away from the front door. We cooked most our meals and LOVED the fully stocked kitchen and dining area. Was the perfect size for our group, and having access to the garage was clutch for storing all of our winter gear. Jeffery (and the rest of the property management team) were very responsive and helpful when it came to any questions / concerns that arose. Great place for a family or friend getaway!

Fall Foliage
Our family visited Crested Butte, a couple of us for the first time, to view the Fall colors. The house was exactly as advertised. Plenty of room, Nice location (adjacent to hiking trails, a 5-10 minute walk from the downtown restaurants/shops), a great deck/back yard where we enjoyed late afternoon “happy hour” and watched the sunsets. Although we didn’t use it, there is a nice indoor hot tub. Space in the living room is limited but is immediately adjacent to an 8 place dining room table which provided more than ample space for everyone to gather. House was well equipped with all the essentials. We will definitely rebook if we return to Crested Butte (CB). And since my wife has designated CB as her favorite mountain town ever, we are highly likely to return.

Cleanliness
While the property was generally clean - - it needed a deep cleaning. There were spider webs in door jams, ceiling corners, windows, etc.
Further, all the windows need to be replaced. If you opened a few, getting them completely shut was either a big effort and unattainable. I would not stay there in the winter until the windows are fixed. Too much cold air coming in!
