Condo is even nicer than pictures. Plenty of linens. Humidifiers for bedrooms, well stocked kitchen. Fabulous location to ski deer valley. Highly recommend

This property exceeded expectations. The pictures don't do it justice. Beautiful home, great location, extra supplies of everything! We had a phenomenal time and will definitely stay here again when we come back.

We were extremely happy with our stay. The condo is spacious, the beds were comfortable, and the owners had it well stocked with essentials, including nice to have items not normally supplied in many rentals (coffee, tea, condiments, extra garbage bags, ziplock bags, full size bars of soap, extra toilet paper and paper towels). Ours was a quick long weekend trip and we arrived after midnight on the first day. Having the essentials in the unit made our first evening and morning much more enjoyable! It was also very quiet, we didn't hear any neighbors the entire weekend. Owners were very fast to respond to a few questions. The location is a very easy & short walk to the slopes as well - and if you don't want to walk you can take the shuttle! The parking garage is a little tight for large SUVs if all spots are full but with a little patience you can make it work! We'd definitely book again.

Everything we needed and so close to the slopes. Personal hot tub was a treat after full days of skiing. If concerned about noise, the loft sleeping area is more private than photos may show (almost completely closed in as a third bedroom). Very spacious accommodations.

this condo was perfect for our family vacation! tons of space, and a short walk to snow park lodge! 2 master bedrooms makes it easy for multiple families to comfortably stay at condo. our kids loved the loft upstairs. elevator was a huge plus! will definitely stay here again!

This unit was perfect for our family. Comfortable layout,walking distance to the lifts and easy access to restaurants and other activities. The loft bedroom is more secluded than a typical loft setting and the private hot tub was another nice amenity. Mark (the host) is very responsive too. Thanks

We had a great time at the RSL. The place is conveniently located and very comfortable and clean. One bit of advice: more hooks for coats and snow pants would be useful.

We very much enjoyed our stay. Easy walking distance to Snow Park lifts, easy parking and access to Park City, and a spacious well-equipped/furnished property. Having stayed in a number of different DV locations I would highly recommend this property.

Thought the property and owner were great had no issues and will rent again. Ski vacation with 3 adults and 3 6-yr olds.

We had a wonderful week in this beautiful rental property. Great amount of space for our family of 5. Hot tub was perfect, kitchen was fully equipped, comfortable beds, nice furnishings, fantastic location backing to a great trail, and open space. Took in the concerts at Deer Valley, biking, hiking, and stand up paddle boarding all walkable.

Very close to Deer Valley Snow Park Lodge (Main Lodge). Across from Parking lot 4, about 8 minutes to the Rentals, Ski School, Apres Ski Lodge, Tickets and Lifts. Great for kids especially if you are putting them in ski school - young kids in Fawn Program will benefit because you can get there early at get them out to a lesson by 9am and beat the rush. Ample Parking for several guests, very easy. Condo layout and design accommodates everyone well. Very nicely decorated and comfy Main Street Park City is a quick 10 minute drive. This is an ideal place if you have 2 families with Kids that want to spend time together and need to put the kids in ski school.

Just back from a 5 night stay at this unit over the President's Day weekend. While the listing description is accurate, it substantially understates the quality and luxury of the unit. This unit is fantastic. It is well furnished, comfortable, clean and well maintained. The owner was easy to deal with and reliable in all respects. On the lower level, there are two large bedrooms with king beds and en suite bathrooms. The mattresses were incredibly comfortable with high quality linens and down comforters -- what you would expect to find in 5 star hotels. My wife and I both commented on just how comfortably we slept each night as did my son. While my son occupied the second downstairs bedroom, the upstairs loft area with its 2 queen beds would have been ideal for 2 - 4 children, with its own sitting area/den, bathroom, televisions. The configuration is quite conducive to two families. The views are awesome and the proximity to the main base lodge couldn't be more convenient (without being a ski in/ ski out). The private hot tub on the balcony was a great way to wind down after a day of skiing. We would highly recommend this unit to friends and relatives and we will certainly be back. While it is easy walking distance in ski boots to the base lodge, we would recommend a car to take advantage of the restaurants, shopping and galleries located within a 5 minute drive to downtown Park City.

Beautifully decorated and very comfortable for 6 adults. The location is excellent. The owner is wonderful to work and made sure everything was perfect for our stay. Will definitely stay here again.
