Dieses atemberaubende BEACHFRONT Haus wurde von einem preisgekrönten Architekten entworfen und ist wahres Paradies. Das Haus hat einen privaten Strand direkt im Garten. Der Plan ist offen mit dem Wohn-, Ess-, Küchen- und Master-Schlafzimmer an der Uferpromenade neben dem Deck, das die gesamte Länge des Hauses führt. Das erhöhte Deck ist nur 10 'vom Wasserrand entfernt. Die Master-Schlafzimmer-Suite verfügt über einen begehbaren Kleiderschrank und ein üppiges Badezimmer mit Jacuzzi-Wanne und Dusche. Es gibt ein Kingsize-Bett in der Master Suite und einem Flachbildschirm. V .. Die Master Suite hat direkten Zugang zum Uferdeck.

We wanted a relaxing vacation in a beautiful home on a private beach. It was just right for us.

The entire place was old and tired, and there was mold in the shower curtain. We totally overpaid for what we got. We were getting random food deliveries and reached out to the rental owner, who never responded! We will not be coming back. Enough said!

We enjoyed our time at Laura’s place. If you’re questioning the extra cost to be right on the beach, just do it. Especially if you have littles. The access to the beach was perfect, so quiet and peaceful. The place is spacious with all the things you need. I appreciated the baby gate and all the wonderful beach toys downstairs. Laura was also easy to communicate with and check in was a breeze. Also the downstairs shower was great to minimize sand in the house. My only comments would be:
1. Bring shampoo and conditioner if you’re traveling from afar. There’s only bar soap
2. House is definitely older so just Set your expectations. Regardless beds were comfortable and there were plenty blankets.
3. Bug spray would have been a nice plus, we got eaten alive in the deck after a nice Florida rain.
4. Lots of food options, just do door dash if you don’t want to leave the house. Poppos Tacos is the best! Pizza social was yummy too.
5. Bring socks unless you want to feel sand on your feet for days lol

The property has seen better days. Like the Title explains, we made the best of it. All the basics were acceptable, the kitchen appliances worked, ac barely kept up, alot of upgrades are needed,very antiquated.

This beach house was perfect for our family. Just steps to the beach and a very short walk to Pine Avenue and the Pier. We will definitely book again.

This property checked off the boxes for a wonderful generational trip for the girls. It was clean, beach access was so private, and the deck furniture worked well for our needs. Baby gate was helpful. All equipment was working and the air conditioning unit was very good and kept us cool on the warmer days. Location was great! The pier was a close walk and instacart delivers to the address so no leaving for groceries!

This property was true to pictures, very beautiful private beach, and the surrounding areas were very well maintained. Our host was exceptional, and our gorgeous rental was spotless.I would absolutely recommend this rental!!

The location and views were incredible! It was so great being right on the beach and it was easy to walk everywhere. Unfortunately the house is a little tired, the refrigerator should be replaced as the door doesn’t close well, the shower head in the primary bathroom should be replaced and the pillows/mattresses need updating. Again, the location and views are stunning and we had the best time playing on the beach and in the water all day, but for the expensive cost per night, we were disappointed that the inside of the house could use some love/reinvestment. We would love to come back and stay here again if the inside of the house got a little facelift!

This was our first trip to Anna Marie Island. What a cool little spot. So quiet and a private beach and waters that were crystal clear.. Wildlife watching was awesome also.
The house is very homey and felt very comfortable. Thanks for a peaceful few day!! We will be back.

House and location were great. I think the cleaning crew could do better. Sheets on pullout sofa were dirty and we had a few roaches in the house. There was candy in pullout also. Could use a few more washcloths and hand towels. Other than that, it was fantastic.

We had a great weekend. Could not ask for a better location and house had everything we needed - even a baby gate for the stairs! The shade on the beach under the deck was perfect for our kids to play safely in the Florida sun while we enjoyed the view. Lots of great restaurants really close by. Highly recommend.

Beautiful home directly on the beach. Plenty of chairs and space to hang out. Great location close to restaurants and shopping. Owner was available and helpful when contacted. Everyone had an awesome time and we look forward to our next stay.

Beautiful beach house with tons of charm. The view of sun rise and sets is incredible. There is tons of stuff to do within walking distance. Very family friendly clean environment.

My favorite thing about this house is the incredible views of the beach. We loved sitting on the deck or private beach below watching the sunsets and then taking in the star-filled night sky with the Sunshine Skyway Bridge as a backdrop. Sunrises were incredible too! The home was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. It is also in a perfect location - so close to the piers, restaurants and shops. Thanks Laura! We enjoyed your home very much and hope to be back soon!

We loved our location of this house and it’s private beach. Worth the money. Plenty of towels and house was stocked. The house could use a little maintenance and the pillows were thin would be my only complaint. We thoroughly loved AMI.

My family, older kids, grandsons and family dog enjoyed this house. We had a great time and had all the essentials from in the kitchen, to sand toys and beach chairs. My grandson loved playing in the Shallow water although It wasn’t as clear But that’s just because it’s on the Bay side but overall it was a great stay we really enjoyed the views and rented a kayak saw Dolphins, manatees and the sunset off to the side. Sunrises we’re great too! Over all it was a great stay although the house does need to be a bit updated and their is a side entrance for beach goers which we did not know about but over all it was a great stay and we enjoyed ourselves.

You definitely can’t beat the water view, however we saw quite a few roaches during our last day/night. After seeing roaches the night before we were checking out, I did contact the owner upon check out to let her know. She was apologetic, and said the exterminator was coming in that day. This didn’t help us, as we were checking out that day. I told her that I got no sleep, and literally had to sleep with one eye open that whole night making sure nothing was crawling on me. I gave her an opportunity to make it right with us, and she didn’t offer anything to compensate us for our bad last day experience. I live in FL, and understand that you may see an occasional palmetto bug, but these were roaches, and that should never happen in a place that is regularly exterminated. After spending a lot of money per night, we feel that this was completely unacceptable and will not return.

The location of this house is what sold us on renting it. It sits right on the water (bay side) of Anna Maria Island. Gorgeous view!!! However, the house itself is very out dated and is in need of some minor repairs. Rotting floor boards by sliding glass doors, master bath sink had a broken drain and the handles are sinking into the tile countertop, several bath towels were stained and had rips in them. The house was clean, however could stand to use new bedding, towels, and decor. For the price we paid, my expectations were pretty high. The property manager was very friendly and quick to respond. The experience itself was great (booking, check in process, communication with manager). This house has so much potential!! Just needs a little TLC.

The home was beautiful! Loved the location, I mean you stepped right out to the beach. The only negative thing I could say was the one bed in the room to the right of the stairs wasn't to comfortable, but other then that would definitely stay here again. We wanted a beautiful beach home and we definitely got it!

The location impeccable, the place is exactly what I vision of staying at the beach. Beautiful Sunsets, and views in general. Kids got to see Dolphins.. We loved it.
