This condo was beautiful, very clean, and just a short walk to the beach. We had everything we needed and the whole stay went very smoothly. It was very convenient to have a full bathroom in all 3 rooms, especially with teenagers. The in cabinet ice maker in the kitchen was awesome. We use a ton of ice. The pool was big and super clean. Overall an A+ experience for my family. Thank you!

We really loved this property! The condo was very clean and spacious. The location was perfect with just a short walk to the beach and restaurants. The premises were well kept and very clean. Only one minimal issue was that the "queen bed" was actually a full size bed so it was tight for an adult couple.

Overall we love the Adagio. We have stayed here multiple times. But this unit could stand some major appliance upgrades for what you pay. We stayed here 9 DAYS and were only given one roll of tp per bathroom and 1 roll of paper towels. The ice maker didn't work and had mold in it. The knives were very dull, the coffee maker was about the cheapest you could get as well as the blender. The toaster bottom wasn't connected and the sliding doors wouldn't lock. The adagio has always had a very high class feel but this unit was definitely not the standard we were used to.

Darkening curtains or add blinds. Too bright with the morning sun shining in early in the morning. The mast bed was not comfortable for me but that may just be me? Lastly the floors had not been cleaned well. When me and my family would walk across floor barefoot our feet turned black from grime. We quickly learned to put shoes on! I would stay here again but I hope some

Beautiful newly remodeled unit right next to the beach! Bikes, bakery, pizza, donuts, and ice cream within walking distance. My only complaint was necessities were not stocked... we had to by toilet paper, paper towels, and even salt/pepper/olive oil to cook. Please consider keeping simple things like this in stock for guests staying a week. Overall great place, will definitely visit again!

The condo was in walking distance to many restaurants, next to the bike and golf cart rentals, and had easy access to the bike and walking path, beach, and pool, which was perfect for my family needs. Loved hanging out on the balcony that overlooked the three tier pool. Very clean, everything worked, and the property was not crowded which is extremely important to us. We were able to relax and enjoy our time together!

The owner of this condo need to update the furniture. The night stands were worn out. The living room couch was so low to the ground I could barely get up. The kitchen sink was leaking, however they left a note and said they were aware. The Kitchen had a dirty rug on the floor. The mattresses were hard as a rock. The owners should invest in larger TVs in the bedrooms. The Master Bathroom shower door would not close. One of the secondary bathroom needed plastic shower liner. I definitely would not stay at this condo again. Owners please update the furniture. Also, the tile flooring needs to be power cleaned.

We’ve been coming to the Adagio for about 10 years. While the overall quality is still top notch, somethings are deteriorating. In our unit the master shower door didn’t shut, the kitchen sink dripped, master faucet had loose handles, the couch was comfy but was broken (think college frat house).
The beds were comfy and a great time was had. Just needs some upgrades and surface repairs.

We just stayed at the Adagio F205, and it was wonderful. The condo location was perfect. Overlooking the pool, and just a short easy walk to the beach. But also located near so many great restaurants and shops, an easy scenic drive down 30A to Seaside and Rosemary beach, both beautiful locations!
My only issues(I wouldn’t even call them complaints) are that the carpeting could use a good cleaning, and the master bed wasn’t very comfortable. A little hard for me, but some may like a firmer mattress. Other wise the condo was great. Everything you need was there….except a dish drying rack. That would have been useful. The condo is very quiet, didn’t here anything when inside. The rental company was so very easy and nice, communication was terrific!!

Not worth the high price.
This was our second time to stay at Adagio. You have to pay a premium price but we needed the space. The problem was the unit we stayed in was aging and had numerous problems. The dishwasher only had a lower rack so had to be run twice to do a full load. It could not be fixed while we were there. The air conditioner had not been well maintained and broke down for over 24 hours during a heat wave. The technician arrived the second day and got it working but said it would need a 4 hour service to really fix it. The face plate on the microwave was falling off but did work. The sliding glass door lock was broken. It was clean and spacious and we had a good time, I just expect more for the price we paid. I would stay at Adagio again but I would select a different unit.

We have stayed at the Adagio for several years and is usually The Best in 30a!! But this was by far the worst experience. So many things wrong with the unit from broken dryer, broken coffee pot,broken eyes on gas stove. Unclean rugs/carpet and linens etc!

We had a great time! Everything was clean upon arrival and we had plenty of room. Location is very convenient. I did want to mention that the dryer does not seem to be working very efficiently. It took several times drying things in the dryer to actually get clothes dry. I just wanted to mention that in case the owners would like to know. Wonderful place!

Condo was a great home base for our quick family vacation. Fantastic beach condo in the heart of Blue Mountain Beach. Walkable to many restaurants in the area. We very much enjoyed the many pool option when our little ones were over the beach.
I will mention that the listed is incorrect on the 2nd bedroom having a queen bed. It is actually a full size bed.

Wonderful Location
We love this property. The location of the unit is fabulous with a huge balcony that we all really enjoyed. We had 2 meals on the patio and all 6 fit comfortably. The ice maker in the kitchen is awesome for the beach. Like most rentals, the knives are terrible (ha!) but the equipment and dishes/glasses were great. It’s decorated nicely. The couch is worn and the carpet could for sure be replaced in the bedrooms but the rest is travertine tile which is very nice to have. Washer and dryer are older but they work great. The convenience to the pool and beach were awesome. The chair rental guy is the nicest we’ve every met. We had a fabulous trip!

Wonderful place. Our family really enjoyed our time at the condo. The only negative would be the beach situation. We were not aware that 80 percent of the beach is for daily rented chairs. And the security monitoring the neighboring “private beach” was ridiculous.

We really loved our stay at Adagio. The unit was spacious with a great outdoor space. The pool was amazing. We loved all the seating and shade options.
Some attention is needed with the appliances. This unit is way too nice to have a damaged microwave and dishwasher.
I also would have appreciated a little more beach space. The chair and umbrella rental company pretty much took the majority of the beach. There was very little room to set up your own chairs. And the neighboring property has a security guard keeping people from sitting on their private beach. Sad. I hope Florida changes this law.

The only draw back is the couch in the living room. I think it's past it's shelf life. When you sit on it, you go to the floor.

Wonderful Blue Mountain Adagio condo on 30A
We had a fantastic experience here. Very spacious condo, convenient 2nd floor location, clean, modern decor. 3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms. Even in January the weather was nice enough for us to take advantage of the huge outdoor balcony to have breakfast each morning. The balcony is decorated as well with very nice patio furniture. The property is outstanding. The first thing you notice is the 24 hour security monitored gated entry and exit- we really liked it and actually got to know Debbie who worked security from late afternoon through the night. The pool area is extremely spacious, updated, well taken care of and the landscaping is beautiful. Even though this isn’t a beach front unit, that doesn’t matter, the property is and the walk to the beach from our front door took all of 2 minutes. We look forward to staying here again. Thank you!

Beautiful property with coastal decor! We had everything we needed in this spacious 3 bed 3 bath condo. Loved the large patio and short walk to the white sandy beaches. The pools were great too! Loved the area, and felt like we were in a resort! Gorgeous landscaping too!

Comfortable and nice, with a couple of exceptions
Property needs more housekeeping attention on tiled flooring and main suite shower enclosure. There was a residue on the floor, particularly in main suite bathroom with footprints of previous guests still visible. Everything else about the unit was nice; however, from my perspective the sectional couch was very low to floor and many people with hip or strength issues would find it difficult to get up and down as I did. I was never able to get the living room remote to control the media on cable box, so it was a good thing I brought a roku and was able to get local channels through Hulu during Hurricane Sally.
