Don't let 'cozy' fool you. This condo is very comfortable and offers plenty of room for 2. It is a fantastic location to unwind after a day in the sun.

This is by far one of our favorite places .. cozy apt with all the needs .. such a beautiful view and so comfortable felt like home… we already have place for returning…

The perfect stay for a couple - clean, cozy, and right on the doorstep of Mission Beach and the boardwalk. It was our first visit to San Diego, and we found several area sites to be within easy reach via Uber. It was a delightful little break from the cold of the upper Midwest. We would definitely stay again.

Bunni’s condo is the perfect place to stay in San Diego! The location is ideal. This condo was so clean, very tastefully furnished, comfortable and equipped with everything you could need. The bicycles were a lot of fun too. Communication with Bunni was always prompt, professional and very friendly! We’ll be back!

This is a nice clean unit that is just the right size for two people. There are ceiling fans to help with cooling and the location next to the water provides for a good breeze to pass through the unit when the windows are open. The owner was responsive and the directions for use of the unit were clear.

We were there when the hurricane/tropical storm struck and we felt very secure we were not worried This is our favorite place for us to stay we can see the jet and out into the ocean great to watch the ships

Beautiful ceramic tile throughout. The unit is very convenient to everything and very clean. Beautiful ceramic tile on the floors and in the shower. Overall a great experience. As others have said, the parking is really tight. If you have more than one car, bring the smaller one!

We had a great time at this cute condo. It was an easy walk to the beach and only about 15 minutes to the boardwalk. It was clean and provided everything we needed. We had a wonderful vacation there. It was also great to have a dedicated parking space, even if it was tricky to get in and out.

The condo was a perfect location near mission beach! Lots of stuff you can walk to and do not need a car! Hot tub was also great!

Nice comfy space in a great location. Having a hot tub to relax in at the end of the cold stormy days was priceless. Close to the airport, so you'll definitely hear them through the day, but the pros easily outweigh that. :)

We had an amazing stay! Bunni was extremely helpful and responsive. The condo was just perfect for two, and the location was exactly what we were looking for.

Location good. Amenities good. Basics in kitchen, pantry, fridge to get you going. Loved that it came with 2 bikes, 2 beach chairs, beach towels AND parking. Around the corner from a park and just a parking lot away from the promenade / bike / running path. Nice bench on front porch to watch the boats go by. If you are driving, bring the smallest car you have. Parking is tighter than tight. Larger vehicle will NOT fit in space. Grill, jacuzzi on site and convenient to use. One warning - it’s noisy. Not so much tenants but flight path and street noise. If you are an early riser, you’ll be fine.

Clean, fun, loaded with the things you need, and a wonderful location with a water view and less than a minute to the beach. Nice to have onsite parking and gate security. Highly recommended!

The pictures don’tdi this place justice it was beautiful and we had a wonderful time. There was some construction going on around us, but everybody was very mindful of working between like 10 and two. It’s a great location. Easy to walk to Belmont Park for shopping and eating.

Very nice condo in a great location. Unfortunately, the unit above the condo we were staying was under construction.
This person worked on this unit every day of our stay and would work until after 7pm. At times it was very noisy and disruptive.

I stayed one week at Bunnis condo and its great. Hot tub, less than a one minute walk to the water. ive all ready booked a return trip for Halloween week. 5 stars.

My wife and I loved it here. It’s a great location with parking. The unit has a great view and all the necessities. It's within walking distance to Belmont Park, bars and good restaurants. You can chose to go to the beach or bay side. The host was great, very approachable and responsive. We will be going back!

This was a great location and property owner. However the outside patio in picture is out of date, there is no longer a table. And due to construction in the neighborhood and upstairs the location is very noisy. Additionally the location is very close to the airport.

I was in town for my daughter's wedding and I chose this unit over the hotel. The unit was less than 10 minutes away from the wedding venue. I'm a runner and the convenience to the boardwalk and volleyball nets were great. The unit was clean and comfortable for two. Parking space was small but was not a problem.

We enjoyed the property. The unit is directly behind the hot tub which was lovely. We really enjoyed taking the bikes out and exploring the beaches!

Bunni’s condo is a perfect place to stay in Mission Beach. The location is excellent with both bay and beach access just a few steps away. Parking and a locked gate are added bonuses.
The condo had a wonderful view of the water,, was charming, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our week’s stay.

We loved staying here, a very short walking distance from the beach. The condo was fully equipped. It is charmingly decorated and probably cleaner than anywhere else we have ever stayed! It was a very comfortable and pleasant get away. The only downside was the condo, like all others in the area, was in the airline flight path. So there is plane noise - just a fact of life in that area. We would stay there again!

Pros:
1. Bunni is great! Communication was very clear, making everything easy as can be. 2. Location is amazing! Short walk to beach or the bay. 3. Condo is well-equipped…I had everything I needed, even an umbrella and cooler for the beach. 4. Bed is very comfortable! 5. Condo was clean! 6. Hot tub was lovely in the evening. 7. Other tenants in this building were quiet and respectful.
Cons: 1. It was very warm during my stay (late July), and there is no a/c which is typical for condos in SD as the air from the beach usually cools them nicely with open windows. However, the building right behind this one has very noisy tenants! The bedroom window of this condo faces the noisy building and there is an alley in between where they park. They came and went at all hours of the night, shouting and even setting off a car alarm down there one night. I finally gave up and closed the window each night just to get some sleep, even though it meant that the room got pretty warm. Fortunately there was a fan on the nightstand that made for a pleasant breeze and just the right “white noise” for sleeping. 2. The parking space is VERY tight, as is stated in most reviews. I rented a Fiat 500 for this very reason and still had issues getting in and out. I used the wheelchair ramp at the corner of the sidewalk to get out honestly because my car was small enough for it, and I couldn’t back out around the car next to me. I don’t know how any bigger car could possibly fit unless you hopped the curb. 3. The hot water in the shower only lasts a couple of minutes. I could quickly shampoo my hair and then have to wait 5 min or so through cold water for the hot water to come back again. I respect the need to conserve water due to the drought, so I wasn’t trying to take a 30 min shower…but the hot water was an issue even trying to be fast. I’m not sure what was going on there.
In summary, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would absolutely stay again! I only added the cons because they are things that I would want to be aware of before my stay. I highly recommend this property to any single person or couple traveling to this area!

July in Mission
My husband and I enjoyed our annual summer in Mission. The cleanliness, bikes, jacuzzi, patio furniture, and view were excellent! There is a parking spot, but if you have bigger than a sedan, don’t plan on getting in or out easily. Overall, we had a great time!

Perfect location
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Bunni's condo. The view from the living room was amazing looking over the bay and ocean. We also took the provided folding chairs and sat out on the front deck/landing (as there is no outdoor table there now like in the pictures) and enjoyed coffee in the morning and cocktails in the evening. It is just a short walk to the bay or to the ocean and we spent time at both. Bunni has some great little beach chairs and coolers which made the beach trips even better. The parking is very tight, even with a small SUV but was very doable by jumping the small curb. The condo is right in the flight path of the airport so the is plane noise, but we didn't find it obtrusive. We have stayed in mission Beach seven times and this is definitely one of our top locations for a laid back trip! We hope to return!

Great location!!
This is a great little property for two at the end of Mission Beach. It was a great location. The only thing is the parking space is EXTREMELY small. Unless you have a small car, you will be parked very close to the car next to you if you can fit at all. Luckily there was free overnight parking at the beach about a 1/4 mile away. We would stay at this place again.
