Condo is in a great spot! Worked perfect for our family of 4. My sons loved the pool table in the lobby and multiple hot tubs! The covered porch was an added bonus. We’d definitely stay here again!

We loved it here. Exactly as we expected. Clean, neat, with plenty of room. The insulation in the walls must be good because we never heard our neighbors. And we were here 2 1/2 weeks. We would come here again.

Great location and solid unit.
Good size and had all of the smallwares and tools we needed.
Unit is in Silver Mill which was right downtown and about 75 yards from the gondola.

This is our second time staying at this condo. We have overall enjoyed our experience but this year the lack of attention to detail and urgency to fix a discrepancy put a damper on our experience.
Location is great, beds are comfy and the layout is great.
However, the cleaning service needs to pay close attention to what they are doing as we found a used tooth brush. Out of the 3 humidifiers left for clients, only one worked. Only the basics in the kitchen for cooking.
My biggest gripe was there was no can opener and we stayed there for thanksgiving. The response from the owner was go into town to buy one or go to the restaurant and ask to borrow one. As a property owner myself, I would have instacarted a can opener and a bottle of wine for the inconvenience. A can opener is standard amenity for any condo which should have been checked by the cleaning / turnover staff.
Other than having to go into town for a can opener, great experience.

Pros: location and condo setup was amazing for our family of 4. Cons: check in process a bit complicated, as our name wasn’t on the reservation, it was under the owner. And when we arrived the fridge had a ton of food in it still - pizza/pizza box, cooked breakfast sausage on a plate etc.

The location of the property was close to the gondola and river run village. The property itself wasn’t so great. There was no property/facility/TV info available on site. The fireplace didn’t work. The living/ eating area is tight. This does not accommodate 5 people comfortably. 2 singles in one room one king in the other and a hide a bed in the already tight living space. Could use some tlc and updates. Overall the location was the most positive thing I could say about the place.

This River Run Village condo is a GREAT location for ski-in/ski-out! Walking distance to great restaurants, and less than 5-minute walk to the Gondola. Condo was excellent. Two things of note:
1) beds were comfy, but better pillows could be had;
2) the ski locker is fairly small. There were 5 adults in the condo, and we only got the skis to fit in the locker. Boots, helmets and poles needed to be stored in the condo.
The owner was very responsive, and the gas fire place was wonderful. The hot tubs were great also!
Loved the board games and overall experience!!
Highly recommend and hope to stay again soon!!

Great location and place. It is a little inconvenient to check in a mile from the mountain if you are skiing the day you check-in. The hot tubs were the only disappointment. There was always a line for the hot tubs in the evening and at least one was not working every night.

We have stayed in the Keystone village many times. This year, the general property was dirty and poorly maintained. They did not run the fires pits in the evenings as has always been the case in the past. The property manager was not helpful in resolving the issue, but “gave me a few numbers I could call” to try to figure it out myself. The unit itself was nice, but there were a variety of minor issues - lamps didn’t work, remotes didn’t work, etc. Overall though, our concerns were with the general property and not the specific unit.

Great location
This unit was in a great location and clean but a few things to know:
Master king mattress is very firm, so if you like a softer bed, it will not be comfortable.
There were no cookie sheets/baking sheets. When you call property management, there is nothing they can do. Most other places I have stayed will bring one to your unit.
If you are a light sleeper, and staying in the summer with windows open, you may be awakened by people talking as the unit is next to the surface parking for visitors.
The ice maker did not work.

Comfortable and close to everything.
We really enjoyed our stay. We have been to Keystone many times and have stayed in several different places, but nothing beats staying the village. The condo was quiet, comfortable, and close to lifts and shops. We all loved it.

Keystone visit
Long walks in the hallway. Loved walking to the slopes and it's not very far. Loved the ski locker and parking. Kitchen utensils left a lot to be desired and zero supplies. Enjoyed the location. Will check on where in the complex the next unit is located should I come back. 43rd year for a ski trip so I know what it good and what is marginal.

Family getaway
We loved our stay @ the Silvermill. We found the village and the gondola to be super convenient. We took a shuttle from the airport and did a 4 day weekend without a car. Do note that you will have to let your shuttle driver know that you have an access point to check in and a lodging, actual drop off stop as they are about 1.5 miles apart. We enjoyed all of the amenities of the resort. Highly recommend this spot!

Everything you want in one place
The short walk to the Gondola allowed for a stress free week of some great skiing and family time with my twin teens. Everything we wanted / needed was just a short walk from the condo. I rented a car but didn't use it once the entire week. So much fun, so little stress. Thanks for the memories.

Fantastic Condo
We stayed in this condo last weekend and it was so wonderful. The location was perfect, 2 minute walk to the ski lift. There was so much room, being a two bedroom unit. It was so nice to have a bed for everyone to sleep in. We will definitely book again next season.

Great all around experience
Very happy. Condo was clean and nice, as were the grounds. Walking distance to Keystone village, the chair lift and nature path. Secure garage parking,, elevator and outdoor hot tub at the end of the day were greatly appreciated. I will definitely return and try the mountain for skiing.

Wonderful Experience
My family and I had a wonderful time staying at this property. It was in a perfect location with a quick walk to the village and gondola. Heather and Max were very friendly and easy to get in contact with when I had questions. We will definitely recommend this place to others! :)

Great location, family friendly
Stayed for two nights for a quick getaway with our toddler. It was great to have two separate bedrooms so we weren’t trapped during his nap times, and the location right in the village was awesome for keeping him occupied and staying flexible. We loved the whole pedestrian area for being able to let him explore freely and safely! The condo was reasonably toddler friendly with no knickknacks to break or things to climb. We slept with the windows open and found the building to be nice and quiet. I used the hot tub a few times and it was relaxing with a more grown-up crowd - nobody wild and annoying. Would definitely stay again!

Great Place to Stay, but Description Needs Updating. Check-in location Changed!
The hosts were great and very responsive. You can tell that the condo is a little bit older. It could use new paint, carpet, and a couple of the lightbulbs were out. The condo faces the parking lot and highway, so it can get loud at night. That would have been nice to know. The WiFi network name and password did not match the description, but the hosts sent us the correct information right after we checked in. There are three hot tubs in the Silver Mill courtyard and they are good for a nice soak. The pool and hot tub in the pictures are a five-minute walk at the other end of the village. Which really isn't that bad, but I wouldn't want to do that walk in the winter. There was a Keurig, but no k-cups. Luckily, there was a coffee maker and a small bag of coffee grinds that the hosts had left for us. The check-in location is not the Reception Center. It has been moved to the Keystone Conference Center (July, 2021). River Run Village is a very nice place to stay. It has everything you need including a general store, coffee, restaurants, and shops. All in all we enjoyed our stay. Much better than cramming into a hotel room.
