Neu renoviert, hell und bereit für Ihren perfekten Urlaub! Viel Licht, Platz und Spaß. Nagelneuer Whirlpool !! Das Mindestalter für die Anmietung zu Hause beträgt 25 Jahre. Das Haus bietet Platz für 12 Personen und verfügt über eine Tischtennisplatte, einen großen Garten für Volleyball, Krocket und eine Feuerstelle. Der riesige Gasgrillbereich verfügt über zwei Außentische auf einer großen seitlichen Terrasse. Ein Tisch bietet Platz für 8 und die anderen 4 für Spaß im Freien für alle! Das große Waldgrundstück bietet Schatten und Entspannung mit Platz für eine Feuerstelle und Gartenspiele für alle Altersgruppen. Das Hotel liegt eine Straße vom Marina und Marina Grand Hotel entfernt. Mit privatem Zugang zum Strand und dennoch bequem zu Fuß in die Stadt, zum öffentlichen Strand und zu allem Spaß, den New Buffalo zu bieten hat. Der Privatstrand ist ein Strand in der Nachbarschaft und die Größe variiert zu verschiedenen Zeiten in der Saison. If you are looking for a Home in new Buffalo with a pool and a hot tub you have found it. Loved hanging out in the backyard in this new pool with great shade. Inside the home was also extremely nice well stocked clean and great water pressure. Beds were comfortable and location was great. We’re not hesitate to stay here again

Check in/out process was super easy. The house was clean, and the beds were comfortable. There are PLENTY of extra pillows (and cases) so you're bound to find a pillow you like. The pool was fabulous! Loved the electric cover to help keep it clean because there are a lot of trees on the property. Personally, I would recommend trimming those trees back to allow more sunlight on the pool area. My only complaint would be the outdoor furniture and the pool accessories. There were holes in all the floaties and the only lounger chair appeared to be crumbling so none of us dared sit in it. Also, there were spiderwebs everywhere (I mean everywhere) outside so we had to go through with a broom and knock them all down before we could sit comfortably. Other than that, great place.

Our family had a really nice time staying at Michelle’s place! Our kids loved the pool and bunk beds and it was a fairly easy walk to town. The private beach in the neighborhood was a little farther than expected and very small, though that was to be expected with the beach erosion in the area. The public beach wasn’t too far at all and much larger. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

We have been to New Buffalo many times, but this home was a gem for our young family. The proximity to the neighborhood beach, marina, and playground gave us plenty to do nearby! The space in the home was comfortable, clean, and well laid out. We hope to return!

This home fit 5 of us comfortably and the location was great! Easy to walk to every place we wanted. The kids loved the pool at the end of each day. Would definitely stay again!

We loved Michelle’s home! It had everything we needed for a fun, relaxing vacation! The neighborhood was quiet & we loved the pool & ping pong table! Michelle had good communication & her home is nicely decorated & the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for cooking meals. We would definitely stay again & recommend to others!

When we arrived one of the chaise lounge chairs on the pool deck was broke. We didn’t think anything about it since that’s how it was when we arrived. After we checked out, the host accused us of breaking it and then stuck us with an extra charge. Also, after the pool company cage and cleaned the pool, they didn’t lock the gates so all of our belongings were exposed for anyone to take. The pool cover had an issue and the host is also trying to charge us $1,400 for the repair. I communicated the issue as soon as it happened and nothing was discussed that it was something we had done until we checked out. We have stayed there 2 years in a row but now we will never rent from this host again. She is making up lies to get us to pay a significant amount of money. Beware future renters. Also it appears she lives very close to the property and has people drive by and “spy” on the renter. Beware, very shady host!! Don’t rent from her!!!!!!

We had so much fun on our trip to New Buffalo. The house was absolutely perfect. The pool was incredible and location was amazing. House was stocked with all the home essentials as well which is so nice when traveling. Would highly recommend!

Booked a weekend trip with friends to celebrate my birthday. Our party was a total of 6 and comfortable fit all of us. The property was nice and clean. The host was easy to communicate with as well. Home was in a great location and walking distance to downtown. I would absolutely book another stay in this home. Highly recommend if visiting New Buffalo!

7 of us had a great weekend at this house! 3 kids and 4 grownups enjoyed the close walk to the private beach (thanks for specific directions!), the hot tub, lots of towels, comfy beds, solo stove, easy access patio and Michelle even gave us a great tip for a short (& beautiful!) nature hike at a nearby forest preserve. My kids loved the board games they had, and we were able to find football on tv, phew! We loved the ping pong table in the garage and Michelle was easy to get ahold of. Thanks for a great stay!!

We enjoyed our stay. We were close to everything. We walked to the beach, stores and restaurants. Driving to eat or to the casinos were minutes away. The pool was beautiful and warm. The hot tub was great to have after a long day out. We had a wonderful stay and I would stay there again. The only minor thing was that if you’re looking for somewhere, cozy to stay, the furniture is not that comfortable. Other than that we enjoyed our time.

This was the perfect house for our family! We all needed a peaceful/restful vacation and found that here. We loved the location - most everything (restaurants/shops/marina) was an easy walk. The house was clean and had everything we needed to cook a few meals, plenty of paper products, soap, etc. (Not all rentals we've been to provide these, so thank you!) There was plenty of space for a family of 4. The pool was a fantastic addition and we used it every day, as well as the hot tub. We also appreciated the variety of board games available.
The neighborhood beach was a short walk - beautiful sunsets! We didn't spend much time at the public beach. We did rent a boat from Oselka (at the marina) and spent a fun day on the lake. We enjoyed eating at Casey's, Villa Nova Pizza, Redamaks (cash only) and Rios Mexican Grill. Barney's Market had everything we needed for a few home-cooked meals. We went blueberry picking at Mike's Blueberry Farm, which is close by.
We'll be returning to Michigan - loved it!

The house was so cute and in the perfect location. In walking distance to all the shops and the beaches. Quick 5 minute drive to Four Winds. Everyone loved spending time in the pool. So many family memories were made this weekend!

We love the new pool. It's beautiful. We never wanted to leave the pool. The house is beautiful and clean. Location is close enough to walk to downtown New Buffalo even though we only left twice because we were sooooo relaxed by the pool!

The home was perfect for a getaway weekend! Nice layout of the home, plenty of linens/towels, kitchen fully stocked with nice appliances. We enjoyed the hot tub too! We hope to come back when it’s warmer to enjoy the patio and beach. Property owner was easy to communicate with and ensure we had a nice stay.

Needed to get away from the city for a few days and this was perfect! The hot tub in the winter time is absolutely ICONIC! If you haven't tried it, please do so. Host was very fast to respond even though I booked this property very last minute. Thanks so much for having us!

The home had everything we needed and then some. We used the Picnic basket, and beach chairs to head down to the beach. Beds were nice and comfy, plenty of space Inside and outside this home to relax. New buffalo is a wonderful place and will headed back for sure.

Everything was available at the house
Perfect experience. The location was wonderful everything was walking distance. Some places up to a half a mile away but it seemed like it went very fast. Safe neighborhood safe location easy to get to the beach the residents was set up very nicely and I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

My (new) spouse and I had a great couple days relaxing at the house in New Buffalo. Great location to access Lake Michigan and all parts of New Buffalo while also providing plenty of amenities at the house to make hanging out there just as enjoyable!

Property was perfect. Just as listed. Easy walk to restaurants, less than a mile. Hot tub was great in the cold evenings. House was clean and communication with owner was quick and easy.

Girls Weekend
This place worked great for our girls weekend. It was conveniently located for the downtown area of New Buffalo and not a far drive to the outlets at Michigan City. The hot tub was wonderful after a day of shopping. We would definitely stay here again.
