Wenn Sie diese wunderschöne Wohnung betreten, wird Ihr Auge sofort von der türkisfarbenen Akzentwand auf das smaragdfarbene Wasser des Bogue-Sounds gelenkt. Der Wohn- / Ess- / Küchenbereich ist geschmackvoll im Strand- / Nautik-Stil eingerichtet. Das Wohnzimmer ist mit Vögeln, Booten und anderen Wasserfahrzeugen, die für das Schauen zur Verfügung stehen, und dem Wasser, soweit das Auge sehen kann, dem Geräusch gewachsen. Es gibt einen Balkon neben dem Wohnzimmer sowie das Hauptschlafzimmer für einen noch näheren Blick auf das Wasser. Die Wohnung verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer / 3 Badezimmer, von denen jedes tadellos eingerichtet ist und sieben Schlafplätze bietet. Es gibt auch eine Waschmaschine / Trockner. Diese Wohnung befindet sich im 2. Stock des Nautical Club. Die überdachte Veranda, nur wenige Schritte von der Wohnung entfernt, bietet Sitzgelegenheiten zum Entspannen und Blick auf das Meer. Die oberste Etage des Nautical Club bietet einen Trainingsraum und ein Spielezimmer mit Blick auf das Meer, einen "ruhigen" Raum mit Blick auf den Sound sowie einen großen Küchenbereich. Der Nautical Club bietet seinen Eigentümern und Mietern einen Aufzug und überdachte Parkplätze sowie einen Pool. Es gibt einen Startbereich für Kajaks hinter der Wohnung, einen einfachen Zugang zum Meer auf der anderen Straßenseite und in unmittelbarer Nähe zu mehreren Restaurants in der Umgebung. Das Aquarium befindet sich in der Nähe sowie ein Jet-Skiverleih und Dschungelland.

Very clean and comfortable condo, including living areas and beds. Well stocked kitchen. We enjoyed the quiet setting and the pool very much. Cooking was a pleasant experience. The host was very responsive (we had no issues). Just know that you will need to drive to a public beach access for the ocean, but there are several to choose from. We chose one that had a fairly easy access and was only 3 miles away from the condo. (I knew I was not booking an ocean view.). Although I missed hearing the sounds of the ocean in the morning and at night, the condo itself was wonderful! Great place for my sister, 2 nieces and I to enjoy. About half way between Emerald Isle and Atlantic Beach NC. Oh, even though it is on the water, no swimming access.

We enjoyed the peacefulness and beautiful views of the sunset. Everything was as described and In working. Debi was quick to answer any questions and was great hostess. This is a nice place for a family vacation as it is spacious and the area has many activities for all. A great choice!

The place was very beautiful and super quiet great for family’s and the view was amazing. The location was nice and was close to most places to do things and eat of course it wasn’t down town but it was still convenient. the unit we stayed in was very spacious and had tons of space and was very inviting! would definitely come again!!

We enjoyed our stay. The condo had everything we needed. It’s spacious and close to the beach and other attractions. We enjoyed watching dolphins in the sound. The pool, gym, and game room were nice to have too.

This unit was what we always expect at The Nautical Club . Well maintained , stocked with every kitchen tool you'll ever need and that view , man ..... that view ! The condo was clean and exactly as described. We couldn't ask for a nicer or more helpful host than Debi. She helped us find good places to play pickleball, grocery shopping, and museums. We cannot wait to return in 2023.

Communication with property manager was quick and helpful. Location was great. Loved the big balcony and easy access to the beach. Will consider this condo when we come back to the area.

Good size, view of the sound is lovely. The swimming pool is very nice. Well appointed gym and other amenities on the building’s top floor. Beds were very comfortable. Couldn’t figure out how to use the jacuzzi jets in master bathroom. The kitchen was well equipped but could have benefited from more large serving bowls and dish towels. Good setup for multigenerational family.

Our family has been making trips to the beach 1-2 per year (since our twin boys were 18 months old) but this was our first visit to Indian Beach. The condo was a great size and having a third bedroom allowed our boys (now almost 9) to each have their own space, at a very reasonable price. The condo was very comfortable, nicely decorated, with plenty of space for our things. It’s always nice to have a washer and dryer and I appreciated a wooded drying rack, too (not sure why all beach houses don’t have one). Loved the balcony overlooking the Sound. It was peaceful from the moment we arrived. We used the condo game room, exercise room, and pool facilities and they were all very nice. We drove to a public beach access less than 1/4 mile away. It was so close that my sandy husband and boys walked back from the beach each day, directly to the outdoor showers at the condo pool to rinse instead of getting lots of sand in the car. We did mini golf in both Emerald Isle and Atlantic Beach, the little water park in Emerald Isle, a pirate ship excursion in Beaufort, and I took some amazing hot yoga, barre and spin classes in Morehead City at Downtown Barre. We had a fantastic family vacation to end our summer and this rental and host were an important part of it.

Very relaxing
Location was perfect. Easy enough to get to restaurants and stores but nice not to be in the center of it. The pool was perfect as well. We don’t always want the sand!

Sound side retreat
We enjoyed sitting on the back porch looking out over the sound, swimming at the pool and the upstairs amenities (game room, study and workout room). It was a peaceful get away.

Great stay
Great condo. Great complex. Great location. Quiet and peaceful. The water views are awesome. My kids swam in the sound and we fished from the dock. To the big beach it’s a 2 minute drive across to the Salter Path beach access which is was never crowded. We would absolutely stay again.

Great stay!
Great location, very clean and we had a wonderful time. Wish the second bedroom had a TV and the kitchen was a little better stocked (we do a lot of cooking). We enjoyed fishing from the pier and the close beach access. The pool was a great for relaxing and the balcony provided wonderful morning and evening views. We had wonderful stay and would return. We have a larger family group most vacations that would require additional space. Overall it was fantastic.

This condo is a must stay if you are traveling to the Crystal Coast. As a family with 3 young kids ages 3-6, we were incredibly comfortable and able to relax in this beautiful home. The condo was spotless and had everything we needed. Our kids loved swimming in the sound and the sunset on the water from the balcony every night was amazing. The game room was a hit as well! We drove to the public beach access daily since it was a bit of a hike for the littles (around .2 miles) and it was never crowded and didn’t disappoint. We would definitely return!

We were a group of young adults, an infant, and me the Grandma! The space and location are lovely and as depicted in the listing. The only thing I would suggest is that they provide a few more bath towels. We were a party of six adults, with a 2 month old, and we each had exactly one bath towel for our entire stay of 4 nights. The washer wasn’t working, (which they told us about) but they couldn’t get it repaired quickly, so..... Anyway, a nice place which overall was a reallly great base for exploring the area.

A Great Place to Get Away
This is the second time my family and I have stayed at this property. We have 3 teenage boys, and between the pool, game room, and near by shops & beach.... they never got bored!
The property itself is large enough for 5 people. It’s also beautifully decorated, very clean, and comfortable. Since many local restaurants are not doing dine in (because of COVID) we were able to sit down together and share meals in the condo. This was a nice change of pace from home, when we’re often pulled in many different directions and don’t have the time to sit down together. We also liked to have our coffee on the patio and enjoy the water view.
We had a great time in Indian Beach and might even return again next summer!

Excellent accommodations
Would have been nice to know the resort has many seniors living there and mandated quiet time began at 9pm...which is early for a family with teenagers. The game room was closed, which my teens were looking forward to accessing. The pool was nice, however, it closed at 7pm so that was a bummer. Very nice accommodations, large patio with many chairs so we enjoyed that area daily. Overall we had a great time being together and making memories as a family.

Spacious, wonderful property
We were very pleased with this location and would certainly want to reserve it for future stays in the area. It is a very roomy, well furnished condo. Everything we needed was available in the condo. The patio provides a great view of the sound.
The location was quiet, clean and well maintained. We definitely recommend it.

Beach 2019 - Indian beach

Summertime Getaway
The condo was as good as advertised. It was centrally located and close proximity to the beach and shopping. Views from the balcony and the sunsets were beautiful. It comfortably accommodated our family of 6. The pool was clean and well kept. The children enjoyed the game room. This was one of our best VRBO vacation rentals. My only complaint would be to fix the front door so that you dont have to slam it to close as it wakes up anyone sleeping in the front bedrooms. Overall it was a perfect vacation for us!! We would definately stay here again.

It is a very nice condo for a relaxing vacation. Very clean and comfortable. Watching the sunset with your loved ones from the balcony (overlooking the Bogue Sound) is priceless.

Perfect Vacation Spot
The condo was absolutely perfect. Beautiful view from the back balcony. Large open floor plan. Comfortably furnishings as well as fully equipped kitchen. Good location. Close enough to both Atlantic Beach and Emerald Isle. My wife and I brought our four children for a little get away. The pool was perfect...the sound was steps away and the ocean walking distance. Definitely planning on coming back next year.

Lovely family vacation
The property was perfect for our family vacation with three generations along, aged 7 to 79. We had all we needed in the kitchen. The beds were so comfortable. It was great having a bathroom with each room! We so enjoyed the balcony view off the living room & main bedroom. The condo is huge and cosy all at once. It was also great having a washer & dryer! We loved what the property offered as well-the game room, exercise room & reading room on the top floor, as well as the pool! There was a delay on arrival in our place being ready for us. Riley compensated us by letting us stay the whole day on check-out day! He was apologetic and very hospitable. We hope to return again. This place offers all one would need in a place to stay on vacation-whether you stay in or go out and enjoy the beach & local attractions.

Wonderful vacation at relaxing sound-front condo
We had a lovely stay at this sound-front condo! We loved sitting on the balcony looking out on the sound throughout the day and watching the sun set in the evening. We also enjoyed walking down to the sound with our two year old, exploring the sound waters and walking out on the dock. The condo was comfortable, well-decorated, and clean. Situated in the middle of the island, we were able to enjoy both Atlantic Beach restaurants and Emerald Isle and Swansboro restaurants and shops. It was a short easy walk to the beach. We would highly recommend this location!
