Willkommen in Lagos Vista. Wir bieten unser Zuhause als Rückzugsort für alte Freunde und neue Freunde an. Wir denken, dass Sie eine entspannende Flucht finden werden, egal zu welcher Jahreszeit. Genießen Sie den atemberaubend schönen Panoramablick auf Greer's Ferry Lake und den Zuckerhut und Meilen und Meilen davon entfernt. Neun separate Betten bieten Platz für 3 Familien und können bis zu 16 Personen beherbergen, darunter die großen Sofas. MBR 1 - Kingsize-Bett, MBR 2 - Königin und Voll / Zwilling Etagenbett, BR 3 - Königin und Voll / Zwilling Etagenbett, BR 4-2 Königinnen. Es gibt eine moderne, voll ausgestattete Küche sowie einen Propangasgrill auf dem Deck. 2 Wohnbereiche mit großen Flachbildfernsehern und Blue-ray-DVD-Playern (Netflix-fähig). Der Aufenthaltsraum im Erdgeschoss und die Höhle hat einen Billardtisch, der für Tischtennis umgewandelt werden kann. Unsere 2 großen Decks mit vielen Sitzgelegenheiten, darunter 2 Hollywoodschaukeln, bieten Ausblicke soweit das Auge reicht. Nach einem Tag am See oder Golfplatz - es gibt viel zu tun in dem Haus - spielen Tischtennis, Pool, Fernsehen oder Filme mit viel Platz zum Ausstrecken genießen Sie die Aussicht und machen tolle Erinnerungen.

Very nice home with an incredible view of the lake. Pictures on VRBO don’t do it justice. The outside upper and lower decks run the entire length of the home and were perfect for an evening meal or morning coffee. Lots of thought went into the kitchen supplies, utensils, knives, etc. Great selection of movies, books, games, acoustic guitar, ping-pong, and other entertaining options. The location is close to the community pickleball, tennis, pool, park, and gym. Property owners were very kind and quick to respond to my questions. And the condition of the home was better than any other VRBO rental I've experienced. Would definitely book this house again if we return to this area.

This property allowed our family to rest and contemplate together during the occasion of a family funeral. What a blessing to know we didn't have to worry about finding separate places for all of us to stay. We'd like to return every year to recollect and make more memories.

Had our children and grandchildren with us. Plenty of room for each family. Separated upstairs/downstairs was great for adults/kids and the sunroom was fabulous for quiet reading time.
The view from the balcony was incredible both rain and shine. Saw deer on a daily basis.
Craven's Grocery was great for our grocery needs, Crafter's Social House had fabulous locally made items and Baker's Market homemade goodies.
Took advantage of the park and Cool Pool for kids. Rented a pontoon from the marina.

Home was amazing! Clean, comfortable and plenty of rooms for a large group. The views are worth the stay!! Quiet neighborhood but close to all conveniences: gas station, restaurants and grocery store within 5 mins. You will not be disappointed staying here!

This was the perfect spot for my family to come and unwind. The house was beautiful and very clean. It was spacious enough for both couples to have their own comfortable space. The best part is the view. Everyone raved about how lovely the back decks were. Perfect place to spend some time hanging out on a nice day.

Beautiful house with a view that pictures will never do justice. The house is fantastic. Very nice with huge TV's in the two living room spaces and two large decks with a great view of the trees and lake. You can see for miles! You will not regret staying here! Our only regret is that we didn't get to spend more time! We will definitely be back someday.

Quiet area with wonderful view of Sugarloaf Mountain. Entire home was comfortable for family of 10 with lots of things to do inside on a rainy day - games/pool table/ ping-pong.

Delightful Owners and Majestic Views
Our family had a wonderful time in Ark as a pre-Thanksgiving getaway. The home, both inside and out, exceeded our expectations. The views off of the back decks are incredible and the home is furnished very well. The owners were immediately responsive to our emails and the welcome packet was highly informational. We would absolutely recommend this property and plan to return in the future. A truly worthy 5 star experience.

This is beautiful property with a breathtaking view that exceeded our expectations! We were looking for tranquility after battling the devastation of two major hurricanes and found what we were searching for! We had a delightful stay enjoying the lovely and beautifully decorated spaces! We enjoyed the decks overlooking the lake and mountain with the changing leaves of fall. It was quiet and peaceful and very relaxing! We will definitely be booking another stay sometime in the future! This is the best experience we have ever had! Directions, expectations, and communication with the owner was perfect!

I had a mild anxiety attack after receiving his message and truly thought I’d need to call my group and tell them our trip was canceled.

Labor Day weekend at Lago Vista
This was our second stay at Lago Vista for a family getaway. The view is amazing and we had everything we needed for a family of 11. It was a private setting but still close to all the activities too. We will be back.

Beautiful View
We loved Lago Vista. The house is beautifully decorated and extremely cozy. We travelled as 2 sets of parents with 3 teenagers. The 2 master bedrooms were perfect for the parents and the kids had a ton of space with the split floor plan downstairs. The ping pong table was a hit with the kids, but the patio space and view was the highlight. Morning coffee and evening beverages were our favorite parts of the trip. Our only suggestion would be to add a larger television in the downstairs master. Overall, we loved it and plan to visit again.

Wonderful 4th of July
This is our family's favorite place to stay in Fairfield Bay. Although we come back every year, this was our first time being here on the 4th of July. We were able to see the fireworks from the top deck. The house is very spacious and comfortable. I love that the kitchen has double ovens. It has everything you need to cook for a small crowd. I especially love that there's a master bedroom upstairs. The kids enjoy having the downstairs to themselves. I do miss the Direct TV but it gave me a chance to get familiar with Roku TV. Thanks for another memorable weekend Fred and Lori!

We just needed a few days away.
Beautiful and well planned out home. It worked well for just the two of us on the main floor. We had our grandkids come and join us and the downstairs was great for them. Beautiful views of Sugarloaf and the rest of the lake. Very quiet and private. The decks across the back were perfect. We relaxed, we ate, we slept, and enjoyed the views. Marina is very close. Easy to get to lake.

A Perfect Getaway
We celebrated Thanksgiving and had 11 adults. We could not be more pleased. The house was very clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen was fully equipped. We spent the rainy days playing pool and watching football. Fred is a great host and very responsive. I would definitely recommend staying here. The views from the decks are incredible

Labor Day weekend
We had 12 people stay in this house, kids and adults, and we loved it! The gameroom downstairs was so much fun and the views from the decks were amazing. We even saw deer right next to the deck one day. Super clean and comfortable house close to lots of attractions. Definitely recommend this place for families!

Best place to reconnect with family!
Cousins that wanted their kids to get to know each other so they can have a great relationship like their parents have! This was the perfect place to get to reconnect and spend quality time! The house was laid out great and was very roomy! No one was on top of each other. We had 6 adults and 6 kids!

Second time around
This was our second visit to Lago Vista this summer. It's such a nice and spacious home. Perfect for a family or a group of friends. The home has two large decks that span the length of the house. The view overlooking the lake is incredible! We did a lot of cooking in the well-equipped kitchen but we did venture out for lunch one day. We went to the Little Red at Indian Hills Cafe. The food was excellent, I highly recommend. This is our favorite place to stay in Fairfield Bay!

Fun for the whole family
This home is lovely with a beautiful view. We had 5 adults and 4 children and all were very comfortable. The neighborhood activities are very convenient (we played mini-golf and went to the pool) and we loved our afternoon on the lake with a rental boat and tube! We hope to return.
