We did enjoy the properties and its amenities

Great location, loved that there were 2 bathrooms, and had plenty of room for 4 adults, a newborn and a small dog.

The condo was great for a family . I was disappointed in the pool. Also there is an hvac system outside the balcony which made it too noisy for me to enjoy the balcony.
Beds were comfy as well as the sofa bed.
Overall however if these things don’t bother you you get good value for a condo in Canmore.

Second time staying at Solara - last time was a three bedroom
unit. This was a nice spacious two bedroom unit perfect for two couples. Everything was perfect except for the Air conditioner which would not cool the room below 72F (22C) so we were sweating - a couple of fans would have been nice!

All good except lots of walking from parking to your unit since one of the elevator was down carpet in apartment is old and doesn’t look like it’s been cleaned all other items supplied very well like the shower bath tub awesome and water pressure is very good.

The Solara has become our accommodation of choice on trips to Canmore and this unit was no let down. Communication prior to arrival was great and all the info we needed was given to us. The view if the mountains from the balcony was perfect and the unit was in great condition.
Would recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Canmore.

Apartment was clean, modern, well stocked with daily needs, super comfortable bed, quiet complex and located conveniently. Communication with host was quick, friendly and informative. There is a spa, a grab and go cafe and liquor store in the hotel complex, and a restaurant just opposite, plus many restaurants, cafes and bars very nearby. The bus stop is a block away, and walking into downtown takes about 10 minutes. Highway access was 2 minutes away, and if you bring your furry friend, there is an off leash park 5 min walk away, or lots of lovely on-leash rambles all nearby. We thoroughly enjoyed our time, highly recommend. Thanks so much for an awesome stay!

This property is conveniently located near downtown, Canmore. We found the property to be clean, quiet and very accommodating for two couples. Please consider as it is a fraction of the cost of a Banff hotel. Property is located 20 minutes from downtown Banff. And the owner provides a N/C Park pass.

The apartment is in a nice building in one of the quieter neighborhoods. We were able to walk everywhere in Canmore on the really nice trail system the town has.
The unit was perfect for our group, two couples and a single person. It is very well laid out and very clean.

We enjoyed our stay very much! The condo is in a great location and we were able to walk to town. Condo is getting a bit worn, but still quite nice. Pre-check in communication was excellent, except that we were given the wrong code and were unable to get into the unit. Fortunately we figured out that two numbers were reversed. Would definitely stay here again!

Our first port of call following arrival in Calgary. This accommodation lived up to its expectation. Provided a superb stay for 5 nights. Our only thought was a “how to” guide would have been useful for the oven!!

Nice property. Parking is a bit tight if you have larger vehicles.

Condo was clean, had lots of space, and everything we needed. Some furniture is beginning to show it's age. Appreciated this unit was pet friendly (for our poodle). Solara is in a good/quiet location with lots of amenities. We'd definitely stay again.

My family of 4 had a wonderful time at this property. We had lots of space to enjoy our movie nights and cooking. Beds were super comfortable and the shower with jets was a nice addition. Parking was somewhat chaotic because the building is on the south side. One of the elevators was down but we eventually figured out how to navigate the maze. The front desk was not helpful and stated that the owner should update her entry instructions. I thought the owners instructions were just fine! Solara needs to post better signage especially if elevators are down. Overall a wonderful stay!!

Lovely clean, quiet property. Owner very responsive, friendly and quick to provide solutions if needed. The unit is thoughtfully designed to easily accommodate 2 couples (or a family) giving lots of privacy and space for all. We could not use the pool facility because it was closed for maintenance so cannot comment on that. Would stay here again!

This condo is in a great location with lots of amenities! Floorplan is perfect for two couples and the furnishings are lovely. Kitchen is well equipped and made for easy meal prep. Owner was easy to reach and very accommodating. Would definitely stay again!

The condo was as advertised, however, the pool/ hot tub, game room and theater were closed. Although this is not the host's issues / something she can control, it was frustrating that this was not communicated prior as we found out from the front desk there were memos sent a week prior. The host did offer to compensate us to go to the rec centre and did end up reimbursing us a very small amount for the stay. Overall if the amenities were back up and running, my family and I would stay there again. However for the price without the amenities, we could have saved at least more so staying elsewhere.
The check in process was a bit fluttering as the code provided for both the underground and Condo was incorrect. However the host responded very quickly! She is very attentive and communicates effectively! Everything within the condo was great. The bed and pillows were comfy. The place itself was very clean and there was extra bedding and towels.
Overall pleasant experience. Clean space. Host was responsive. Underground parking was nice. Cafe in building was great. Would recommend adjusting price if amenities are not working and providing some basics in the condo (coffee, tin foil, salt/ pepper etc )

The condo was spacious for five adults and perfectly cleaned. The beds and furniture were comfortable and in excellent condition. The kitchen had all the cooking utensils that we needed to make meals and enjoy our time together. Jacqueline was helpful and quick to respond when I had a question.

From the booking process to the check in details and the gorgeous property - eveything was amazing. I'd booked a second location elsewhere folloiwing my trip to Canmore and as a host Jacqueline was much easier and faster to communicate with than my other host. The home was absolutely beautiful and I'll defintely be booking again!

The condo was a perfect size for the four of us. The location allowed easy access to Banff national park, and Banff city. Grocery stores, shopping, and dining in Canmore were an easy walk with amazing views.
Jacqueline was very attentive, and easily accessible if we had any questions.

It is a great resort. Our accommodations had beautiful appliances. The floor was not clean and the area rug in living room was filthy. Kitchen towels looked liked they were used to clean up in the garden. Living room chairs were peeling. It is not a bad property but we are very aware the owner probably isn’t around and depends on others to keep it nice. The owner was wonderful to deal with. We were disappointed in the lack of cleanliness. Someone had misplaced the park pass and she offered to reimburse us if we bought one but we ended up not going into the park. The hotel resort closed all the garbage facilities on each floor so we had to find the dumpster outside. Not a big deal but inconvenient. There is some big unit for the building that is very close to the room that runs all night outside and it is noisy. If you are a light sleeper, probably not the unit for you. We enjoyed our time but think it needs some love and attention. It’s hard to depend on people if you’re not around. We would go back but would bring our own tea towels.

Great location and overall accommodation
This condo offers a great location and nicely laid out, offering privacy for everyone. Hot tub and pool were great as well and staff was very pleasant. Jacqueline was very easy to deal with and responded quickly to all questions.

Check in was very confusing. It was very busy and hard to find staff. In the end we didn’t even have to check in. Outside keypad was not working. That was bad.
Once we got settled it was all good.

Exactly as described
Exceptional experience, very cozy and comfortable. Very clean, everything you need is there. Beds were great. It didn’t bother us, but deck had almost no barrier to neighbour unit and close to property exhaust fans which were loud only out on the deck. Would definitely stay there again! Thanks

I loved the fact this property is pet friendly in addition to being beautiful, clean and affordable. It has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a complete kitchen, a large living room and a large balcony. We are all very impressed with this accommodation.

Family get away
Had a wedding in Banff so our in-laws came along to watch our 2 young girls. The property could not have worked out better for what we needed. Would definitely stay again

The location and suite layout were very good. But, it needs a deep clean. Windows, cork floors, carpets need cleaning. one lamp in bedroom used a put chain to turn on, but chain was pulled out. there was also a stain on the mattress cover.King bedroom bed skirt dirty and frayed.Coffee cups had small handles and hard to hold.It has a lovely large balcony, new electric BBQ
