Everything was OK

A large, very comfortable apartment in a nice location. Walking distance to the local supermarket. A pleasant walk to the town centre.

WiFi intermittent.

It is an accommodation that I highly recommend for all the amanities that it have. Located in the north of the city, it has easy access to the center. Bus 61 runs every 30 or 60 minutes and in few minutes you can get off at the entrance gates to the city. Next to the house is a Lidl store with very easy access right from the yard. There is also a restaurant 5 minutes from the accommodation. The house is very well equipped, nothing is missing. The courtyard is splendid and well maintained.

I have a piece of advice for the host: a little more hospitality and customer care would be perfect! During the days we stayed, the weather was not very friendly. When we arrived at the accommodation, the host had NOT turned on the heat. It was 15-16 degrees in the house. Ok, we understand, it's a law about a heating limit BUT, considering that she knew that we were coming with a 6-year-old child, the heat in the house could be turned on a few hours before we arrive (in that limit) The first night was very unpleasant from this point of view. The house being large, it was very difficult to heat up. Only the next day, the atmosphere in the house warmed up.

Very friendly owners, wonderful design a lot of space and nice private yard. Everything made with love and profesional touch.

We stayed in September and there were a lot of mosquitoes. Our daughter had bites on her face. Get some spray to prevent it.

very beautiful garden, quiet, nice sunny sitting room, very close to a grocery store. Owner was very nice. walking distance to historic Treviso. If needed, bus stop close to the house. Several restaurants close by.

Everything, from the host to the facilities. They went out of their way to make the guests feel extra comfortable, including a coffee and croissants in the morning. All amenities and items available and the apartment really felt like a home from home. Also, the host was very understanding when we by accident broke a broom that our 16 month old son left on our vehicle...

If we really have to dislike something, then a complaint on a very high level, the trees and bushes in the driveway could have been cut a bit better for our large vehicle (VW bus)...

Very spacious, comfortable, quiet. The apartment is conveniently close to a good discount supermarket (Lidl). Our hosts were charming and very helpful. There was useful literature in the apartment and our hosts also had recommendations for places to visit. I had a problem with the lock of my suitcase and our host kindly offered to take us to a locksmith so it could be fixed. Communication was very easy. We will definitely stay at Casa dei Tigli again when we are next in the area, especially if we have a car with us (it is a bit of a walk from the city center).
