Quick and efficient check in. Attentive staff - our room ended up getting humid and very wet after showers and we always had someone come in to mop. We enjoyed our time in the pool. Close to the airport

Our room had a lot of issues. Dirty sheets and stained toilet bowl when we entered. The bathroom floor got wet everytime we had a shower and our room was so humid that the floors were constantly wet. There was fungus on the walls. Generally we didn't feel like this room had the value of it's price. We were told that they only change sheets every 7 days but we expected to be received with clean sheets What's the point of a kitchenette without even the basic utensils ?

It's a brand new hotel, great location and very accessible for the price. We loved the staff We wished the room was a bit bigger but overall it was a great experience

Shower had zero pressure, impossible to shower properly. A shame. Hotel has the minimum for one night stay after or before the airport

Honestly nothing. The hotel is located in a dingy street off the highway and rooms are big but poorly maintained.

Terrible service from the unhappy staff! We had scheduled for a taxi at 3am to pick us up but the driver never showed and the receptionist refused to help. He seemed to be busy entering data into his computer at 3am n kept saying “what can I do if the taxi doesn’t show up”. We speak Spanish, so language isn’t the issue. It’s the terrible attitude of the staff. In general this hotel doesn’t offer any value for money. Rooms are simple, poorly maintained with a rickety air conditioner and kitchenette without a single utensils. We checked with the receptionist and they didn’t even have a spoon n fork! The hotel is not close to the airport or downtown, it’s just close to Walmart, Sam’s Club and TGIF.
