Great rental. We had a couple of questions which were answered quickly with no problems. Clean rooms and comfortable mattresses. St Simons is an adorable town but not a lot of things to do if you want to be entertained. If you are looking for food, shopping and the beach you are set. We enjoyed a peaceful weekend.

Loved the location and the size of the condo. Can walk to town which was a huge advantage and public beach is just across the street. Complex had a pool but very small and nowhere to lay out. Neighborhood is great, very peaceful and quiet. Beach view is fantastic.

This property is my favorite. Secured and covered parking a huge plus when traveling alone. Thanks for being a dog friendly rental. I travel with my golden retriever. It’s a cozy, comfortable and a quiet place in a great location. We easily walked to the village and pier. I enjoyed the ocean view from the balcony.

We had a great time at this condo. It is a great location with a great view. The condo is very nice however just a couple of things to be aware of. The mattress in the master bedroom is super soft and I don’t like that. I woke up with a back ache every morning. There were only 4 hangers to hang up clothes. The kitchen dishes snd gadgets were limited so be aware if you need specific gadgets you might want to bring them. Oh and bring a dish cloth for washing dishes. There was none. These are certainly minor issues. Overall it is a wonderful place to stay and I highly recommend it.

The unit has a nice view of the ocean from the balcony and large spaces. Bedrooms and baths are oversized. Kitchen is fine but old appliances and barely enough forks and knives to serve four. BUT. The unit is in need of refurbishment. The carpet and upholstery are very stained and the mattresses and pillows old and worn. Drapes barely reach the ground and are quite cheap. The unit is dark until you get to the sliding doors in living room and master. The elevator was broken most of the time we stayed and if we needed to use it we had to go to another floor to push the down button. A great location to access the beach (three minute walk) Emmons offered to have carpets cleaned but that wouldn’t have helped the age of these rugs. Screen door was broken upon arrival and Melina was responsive and had it fixed quickly. Could be a lovely unit if owner did a complete update.

This condo has so much space, the split bedroom floor plan gives you two spacious master suites! You can see the ocean from the outdoor balcony, half a block away from the beach and all within walking distance to wonderful downtown! The customer service was impeccable! Large dining room table along with a large kitchen counter gives you plenty of room to cook or play! Could not have asked for anything cleaner! Definitely a must!

Spacious, clean, lovely condo. Master bath exceptional. Large size w/d. Both beds and all pillows very uncomfortable. If you plan to cook bring your own knives. Only 2 full-size glasses. View of ocean limited but enough to enjoy from balcony and close enough to hear the waves. Didn't discover until the day we were leaving that we needed to enter the door code to lock the door when departing. Nice feature, actually, we just didn't know about it.

This building is in a perfect location. Beach view and walk to village.Gated parking assigned under the building is an added bonus. Main bedroom wall to wall carpet needs replacement to more suitable flooring. Could be tripping hazard as it is badly wrinkled and beyond cleaning, repair. Kitchen needs teaspoons, and yellow vase in main bedroom cracked severely. The dispenser for ice and water not operating on the refrigerator. However, the unit was very comfortable from the bed to furnishings. Balcony was great. Also, the caulk lining the kitchen sink is black. Needs bleach.

Absolutely perfect vacation. Wonderful ocean views and breeze from balcony. Unit was large and comfortable. Had everything thing we needed. Just a few minutes walk from restaurants and shops. Rented a golf cart and explored the island. All the local restaurants were absolutely wonderful, wonderful small town feel. Saw dolphins from the beach, pier was close by. Couldn't have asked for more. St. Simons is the best. 2nd time in this rental and will definitetly rent again. Pet friendly which is a must. Five stars.....beautiful location..

Our condo was very nice, clean and had nice view of the ocean.It was within walking distance to shops and restaurants. It was somewhat busy when we were there in may but was getting much more crowded the day we left. This is a lovely island but does not have much beach and the tides come during the day to the large rock in some areas so you have to be careful when you go out on the beach.

Took my parents for this visit and the condo was perfection. Very spacious, quiet, and so nice that we could take our little dog. The only problem we ran into was the TV in the main area would only allow streaming. Such a tiny problem but my dad wanted to watch golf. I will book this one again!

Yes, the property is right across from the beach and blocks from town, however,
it needs serious furniture update and the bedroom carpets are filthy. The price was reasonable, I guess because many things need to be replaced. Wouldn’t stay again.

This condo fits our family perfectly. Great location, large rooms and always clean. We have stayed in 202 several times and will be back! One note would be the pool was not open during our stay. If the pool is important then you may want to inquire before booking.

It is a great location and a great condo. There needs to be updates to furniture in living room, carpets in bedrooms, and small appliances. It is a wonderful location with great beach view. With updates it would be perfect. We still had a great time and owner and rental company were very responsive.

The only negatives were that the carpets were dirty from the previous renters, but management was very prompt in sending a company to clean the carpets. Also, the unit appeared somewhat dated in the type of furniture within the unit. Overall, I would say this property falls into the 'Good' (not 'Excellent') rating category.

Favorite spot
This is my favorite condo complex on the island. We have stayed in 2 different condos in the same property and they have been exceptional. Cleanliness is top notch, everything you need is there and the short walk to the beach is perfect. Management is always excellent (we never needed anything other than a code and it was provided right away).
