This was a great location, being next to all the wineries, 3 minutes to town. The home was very clean, plenty of space to spread your legs, and great porch.

This property was utterly fantastic. The view of the lake was breathtaking and the boat dock was like new. The house is warm and cozy so you feel right at home. It was the most well stocked rental I’ve ever stayed at. Nice kitchen supplies in great condition, everything you need. The kayak and rafts were a great plus. Spent lots of time on great porch. Loved this place so close to Penn Yan.

We stayed for a long weekend with 2 other families and had an amazing vacation. The location of the home was perfect to hike, enjoy the local shops, breweries and restaurants. But the house had more than enough to offer. The huge yard and fire pit were great! The kids fished off the beach and enjoyed plenty of space to play inside too. The kitchen was well equipped and the house was stocked with every detail addressed. We can’t wait to visit again.

Beautiful property, lots of room and outdoor spaces! Owner was responsive to inquiries. Owner met us and gave us the property tour, left a lovely bottle of wine from Keuka Springs and a loaf of fresh bread from a local bakery! Plenty of room for our group of 8. Quiet neighborhood to serve as our home base in the Finger Lakes. Highly recommend!

This home was just perfect for 5 women that could all have their own bedrooms. Great fire pit in the back yard overlooking the lake. So much to do and see from this convenient location. I would highly recommend!

Close to many wineries and the town had great restaurants. Enjoyed the porches and the fire pit. Kitchen was well equipped. Owners very nice and helpful.

There was plenty of room for a big group. The water front access was awesome and the location was perfect. Close to town, restaurants, wineries. The only issue we had was that there were WAY TOO many spiders hanging out on the back patios and on the front porch. I understand that there are trees around, but maybe a thorough pressure washing would help. Other than that, good stay.

Really enjoyed our long weekend at the lake house. Really enjoyed the area and the house was great. Plenty of room for our group of seven adults. Really loved the great covered porch!

This home was perfect for us. So much space both inside and outside. It was so accessible for my mom which was a highlight for us all. Kitchen was stocked with plates, cups, pans etc. Waterfront area and docks made for hours of family fun! We cannot wait to return and make more memories!!!!

Clean, comfortable, spacious and perfect for our family get together. Great for all ages and an ideal location that's close to town but quiet and private enough to feel like an adventure. Would definitely stay here again.

Property was clean and very relaxing. Many Wineries and Watkins Glen just a short drive away. I like the new dock also.

Everyone enjoyed their time. The variety of outdoor locations to gather was great. Bedrooms were very comfortable...having air conditioning was a bonus for sleeping. Would recommend coming back again.

Everything was as listed. The home was well stocked, beautifully decorated, and located near town. Communication with the owners was excellent! We had 4 generations staying at the house, great accessibility for young, old and those in between!

The Lake House was as advertised. The place was clean and the outside area was private with a great beach area for the kids!

My family and I are big fans of this property - we would definitely stay here again. Owners were nice, responsive and generous with house supplies. No nickel and diming here. They were even so nice as to leave a welcome gift basket for us! Cottage had a nice floor plan with areas inside, on back porch, in lawn and by water to gather. Not at all cramped. It was clean and tastefully furnished and decorated - NOT a mish-mash of garage sale furniture and plastic tchotchkes. It is evident from the appearance of the cottage and their personal involvement that the owners take pride in the property and truly want your stay to be pleasant. Nice kitchen - quality, matching & plentiful dishware, glasses, silverware. Clean oven, microwave, fridge and grill. Some pans could use an upgrade, however. Space in cupboards to unpack your groceries, too! Nice bathrooms, recently updated - spacious upstairs bathroom with double sink & shower/jet tub combo. Smaller bathroom downstairs with walk in shower that my elderly father appreciated. He said he would have felt better if there had been a grab bar inside this shower, though. PLENTY of hot water and great water pressure for showers. The house is set back from the road with ample lawn space for outside games. Boat launch, marina, some wineries, McDonald's, pizza, grocery store and more within a 10 minute drive. Neighbors are nice. Trees and bushes in back yard create a very private setting and we loved sitting on the back porch watching the wildlife and the activity on the lake. For renters with bass boats, I'll add that my husband appreciated the bumpers along the one edge of the dock. For those who appreciate cleanliness, I'll say that I did NOT need to take out my cleaning supplies upon our arrival - a first for me! We've rented houses for several years now and this was the best experience we have had to date. We had such a nice, relaxing stay here. It felt like we were staying at a friend's cottage for the week instead of a rental property.

Can't say anything wrong about this place. Beds are very comfortable. Livingroom has comfortable furniture. Kitchen is well stocked. Everything you needed was there. It was super clean when we walked in along with a great bottle of wine to drink. Our family enjoyed our time. Owners are great to work with! Plenty of parking.

We recently finished a great vacation with our extended family. The house was clean, modern, and well stocked. We especially loved the large covered porch for coffee in the morning and cards at night! Air conditioning made sleeping very comfortable. The property is large and private. The waterfront is great, a lot of lakefront and a gradual slope into the lake. The owners were great to work with. The proximity to Penn Yan is very convenient. I would highly recommend this property.

Excellent lake house with very pleasant and accommodating owners! There is plenty of sleeping space –like having 5 bedrooms, one upstairs bedroom with two full size beds and a very large bath off to the side is a pass-through to a king bedroom, but there is a door at the bottom of the stairs making it like a 5th bedroom. The house has a great large living/dining area across the whole lake side of the house with large windows looking out to the lake, a large new kitchen off to the side, and a small room with laundry & wet bar off the kitchen – great layout. Plenty of amenities & well stocked – had everything we needed and more. We spent a lot of time on the very nice huge covered porch overlooking the lake, and the large lawn area for corn hole & other games. Plenty of parking for vehicles and boat trailers, and a nice short walk to Penn Yan – convenient! The beach area was large & secluded with shade on one half from a large tree, and very gradual drop going out into the water. It was relaxing sitting on the plastic Adirondack chairs in the water! Dock accommodated our 19 foot boat very well at the end, and we beached our jetskis on the gradual beach. We even made friends with the neighbors. Definitely the best of the many Keuka houses we stayed at over the years. We had a great time at your lake house and hope to be back!

My sisters, brother and our families rented this house for a week and it was wonderful! The house itself was beautiful. The bedrooms were very comfortable. The kitchen was very updated and clean. The lake was amazing! The swimming area goes out very gradually. It was perfect for our young kids. The wifi was also strong enough for several devices. The owners were very accommodating. I highly recommend this rental!
