Cozy home with Wi-Fi, SHARC passes, and private hot tub
Komfortabel und warm 3 BR 2 BA Hause (9 Schlafplätze) mit allem, Sunriver zu bieten hat. Dieses Haus verfügt über freiliegende Protokoll Akzente und allen modernen Komfort, komplett mit einer gut ausgestatteten Küche, Greatroom, neuere Möbel überall, und eine Sonnenterrasse auf der Rückseite mit Grill, viele Outdoor-Möbel, und neuere Whirlpool. Das Haus verfügt über zwei Flachbild-Fernseher mit Kabelanschluss, Wi-Fi, DVD-Sammlung, Spiele, zehn Fahrräder, acht SHARC spielt eine übergroße große Garage für zwei Autos mit Tischtennis und Tischfußball und eine große Einfahrt mit Parkplatz für mindestens sechs Autos. Das Haus liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Cul-de-sac, das ein großer Platz bietet, damit Kinder Fahrrad fahren entfernt. Das Haus ist aus Kreis 4 und ganz in der Nähe von Fort Rock Park (ca. fünf Minuten mit dem Fahrrad).
Die Küche hat alles, was Sie brauchen, um leckeren kompletten Mahlzeiten oder schnelle Snacks zu machen, so können Sie wieder draußen, um Aktivitäten auf Sunriver zu genießen. I utilized the space for an officer retreat for school students and appreciated the space and location that this place offered. My students enjoyed being able to play pong, soak in the hot tube, ride bikes, and go to the Sharc. I appreciated the quiet location and big table for group planning. The house was well equipped and we greatly enjoyed our stay.

Property was great, would come again. Only wish we didn’t bring the Seattle weather down with us! We had a great time regardless, thank you for the wonderful home.

This is a great home for a family. The kitchen, dining room and living room are all connected together so its great for entertaining. The BBQ is hooked up to gas and the patio is in good condition (no concerns for slivers) the kitchen is large and stocked very well. Nice everything. which isn't seen much in rental homes.

This is our second time staying in this home. Very comfortable, well equipped home in a great central Sunriver location. We like the quiet neighborhood for walking as well. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed staying at this warm and inviting condo. It was the perfect size to fit our family. The kitchen was well stocked to cook family size meals, and we were impressed by the many games and toys on hand to entertain all ages. Although we were looking forward to using the Sharc passes that were provided, but unfortunately we were unable to use them due to the indoor pool recreation area Christmas time closures and pickleball courts not open for season. My family was a bit disappointed but we were thankful for having the hot tub. We look forward to booking again in the future.

We were so happy with our stay at Cultus 17! It was super clean, very nicely decorated, everything worked great, and it is by far the best stocked kitchen of any rental (and we’ve stayed in a lot over 20+ years). The AC is not the strongest, but it wasn’t that hot during our stay. Communication was great, but there was no need to contact anyone during our stay as everything was great. Highly recommend!

This is our second year renting at this place. A little pricey but still a great place to stay. Owner responds to all inquiries quickly and we definitely intend to rent again here.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this house. The layout is great and the bikes, ping pong table, fuse ball table, hot tub and children’s games/toys were all great entertainment!

Great location to park and village. The house was not cleaned very well. The floors were very dirty with alot of dog hair. We have a dog so are use to hair! The vacuum didn't work as the hose was plugged so we cleaned it all out but then the brushes wouldn't rotate. Needs a deep cleaning. We didn't have enough toilet paper so had to buy some at the store which is VERY expensive.

We had 5 + 1 dog in our group but the house can easily accommodate more. Kitchen is well stocked which was nice because we like to cook together. Check in was super easy and communication was good.

What a memorable, fun stay we had! The home was absolutely beautiful, spacious for our family, exceptionally clean and superbly decorated. We couldn't have asked for a better location. The hosts replied promptly to our questions prior to our arrival. Once we checked in, there was absolutely no need to contact the hosts again -- we had everything we needed, everything worked. The huge hot tub was a dream! We felt at home. We definitely will stay again!!!

This house was perfect for our family and our fur babies. There was enough space for all of us and it was cozy yet open for us to move about. Really loved the bikes and the ping pong table in the garage. We can’t wait to come back!

Quiet and relaxing
This home has everything you need to relax and enjoy your vacation. The location is quiet and peaceful. The back deck is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the surroundings. There is even a bicycle for every member of your family so you can enjoy the endless trails. We had a great time staying there.

Great family trip!
We stayed with another family and had such a great time here in Sunriver! The house was large enough to spread out, space for kiddos and space for adults. We loved being able to use the bikes to ride around and the hot tub was a hit with everyone! The SHARC passes were so nice to have although the facility was quite popular and difficult to secure a spot (a representative of our group had to go at least 1.5hrs prior to swim time to actually get a spot, eek!) Overall we loved our time in Sunriver and Tammy was wonderful to work with, we would love to come back!

Great house. Very cozy. Will recommend to fam and friends. Our only request is additional basic spices for cooking and more kitchen towels. Can’t wait to come back and become an owner in Sun River.

Great location...but wasn't clean
Enjoyed the stay but the property was not clean. Many visible cobwebs throughout, vacuum was beyond full and dusty...making us wonder when it had last been used and entry way and kitchen floors didn't appear to have been cleaned in weeks.

The house is fully stocked with everything you’ll need and is so comfy and cozy!

Great property close to village
Great place to stay. Price is excellent. Had most items that we needed for cooking. Plenty of games, bikes, etc. Could be a little cleaner. Particularly under couches and behind. (Had to retrieve dog toy) other than that very clean.

Home Away From Home - And Much More!
The pictures and description of this property do not do it justice! Wonderful house, perfect layout - the hot tub is a great size, much bigger than your average hot tub, nestled on a fabulous deck. The kitchen had everything you could think of needing - and more! And the garage was great - ping pong, foosball, what seemed to be a million bikes in great shape - even an extra refrigerator which would be very handy if you had a large group. We had no issues crop up at all, everything was ready and in working order - owner very responsive. We are hoping that this property will be available next time we plan a Sunriver getaway - we would love to rent it again!

Great Family Stay
We had a wonderful time. Property was as listed, only suggestion would be to move bunk beds into a different room. Kitchen and living space worked well, outdoor area comfy, and overall, one of my favorite homes we have stayed at in this area. Bikes were an added attraction.

Great value!
The property was clean and well put together. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly. We had a blast using the bikes to ride around the neighborhood and explore what was all around. We sadly did not get to enjoy the SHARC passes, as there had recently been a COVID exposure at the facility and so they shut it down for awhile. So having a private hot tub was even more appreciated! House has lots of amenities and is stock really well. For example, you never know what to expect in regards to what is or is not in the kitchen, but this house had more than enough! We had an absolutely fabulous time and highly recommend you stay at this property!

Awesome summer vacation
The property is in great shape , very clean and well stocked. The hot tube ping pong table and bicycles provided much entertainment. The location is ideal for biking to the village , the Sharc and tennis courts.

Great family & pet friendly comfortable home in a quiet area of Sunriver. Well stocked for families with ping pong, foosball table, bikes, games & toys. the large open kitchen, dining and family room make it easy to keep an eye on children. Large table on the deck & plenty of seating for enjoyable outdoor dining.

The best house ever!!! Paradise!
This is the 4th time we have stayed at this property....there is a great reason why...it is clean, very well equipped, great location and fabulous wildlife...(herd of deer daily!!). Tammy the owner is always attentive to questions. They did a great job with COVID preps etc. SHARC was still a challenge given the staffing challenges, but took advantage of the Deschutes River in both Bend and at Sunriver. The best time!!!

Perfection!
We loved this house! We were in town for a family reunion. Our group had 4 adults and 2 kids. Two other families rented different houses but we all ended up at our house because it had the most room and was great for large groups. There are bikes of all sizes and the kids loved the ping pong and foosball table! The house had 8 passes for the pool which we greatly appreciated. The kitchen had all the amenities we needed and the back deck was lovely!! Highly recommend!

Wonderful Getaway!
We loved staying at this property! The a/c was a lifesaver, good central location, lots of bikes and games and puzzles. Kitchen was well stocked. We go to Sunriver often and this was by far our favorite accomodations thus far! We plan to return!

We enjoyed this home! The only annoying thing was the 5pm check in. I imagine the late check in and early check out are COVID related, but nonetheless, it was frustrating.

Our new favorite Sunriver getaway!
We loved everything about this property! It was so cozy and clean - and had everything you could ever want for a family stay! We loved sledding at the SHARC and we'll definitely be back in summer when we can take full advantage of the bikes, ping pong, quick access to Fort Rock park and so much more.

We had a lovely time. Great place to stay. I would recommend cleaning under the couch. We lost something and looked under the couch. A lot of dirt and stuff. Same for under the the living room rug.
