Custom Home With Many Extras with beautiful Ocean Views!
Stellen Sie sich in diesem schönen, neuen Strandhaus mit Meerblick für 2014 vor. Forever Summer ist ein speziell angefertigtes Schmuckstück mit 5 Schlafzimmern und 6,5 Bädern, das professionell dekoriert und möbliert ist, um Ihren maximalen Genuss zu gewährleisten. Wir haben alles daran gesetzt, um Ihren nächsten Urlaub so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Dieses Haus verfügt über behindertengerechte Einrichtungen, einschließlich einer von der ADA zugelassenen Dusche in einem der Schlafzimmer. Forever Summer hat auch einen extra großen Pool mit Bad in der Nähe, einen holzgetäfelten Aufzug, eine sehr große Küche, ein extra großes Vorderdeck, modernste Elektronik und vor allem einen einfachen Zugang zum Strand. Forever Summer bietet im dritten Stock dieses umgekehrten Grundrisses Hickory-Fußböden mit wunderschönen Fliesen im Familienzimmer im zweiten Stock und weichen Teppichen in jedem der Schlafzimmer. Genießen Sie einen fantastischen Blick auf das Meer vom Vorderdeck und das friedliche Waldschutzgebiet sowie den Blick auf die Küste und die Sonnenuntergänge von hinten. Die schöne Küche wurde mit Blick auf große Versammlungen mit maßgefertigten Schränken, Granitoberflächen, rostfreien Geräten und allen neuen Kochgeschirr und Geräten entworfen. Zwei Geschirrspüler halten das Geschirr sauber und ein Getränkekühlschrank sowie eine separate Eismaschine sorgen an heißen Sommertagen für kühle Getränke. Für alle sechs Duschen (5 innen und 1 außen) steht unbegrenzt warmes Wasser gleichzeitig zur Verfügung, und zwar aus zwei Rinnai-Tanks weniger, bedarfsgerechte Warmwasserbereiter. Außerdem müssen keine Schlüssel freigegeben werden, da für jeden neuen Gast ein Eintrag ohne Schlüssel geändert wird.

We had a lovely stay at this 5-star property. The house was clean, well equipped, ready on time and had terrific oceanfront views from a very spacious front porch. We are planning our return next year.

We left with great memories having spent our first fam vacation at OIB. The home was well appointed and comfortable in every way. The location is terrific and any issues were quickly attended to. We would definitely return for stay at Forever Summer!

We absolutely loved this vacation. The house was amazing, great open space for gathering as a family, the elevator worked great and the space accomodated our family member in a wheelchair, quick walk to the beach, easy communication with Dave. I hope we can come back here again!

This was a perfect spot for a business retreat!! We enjoyed the large porches and the other accommodations. We had plenty of room to spread out. The handy man, Russ was great when we needed to set up the tv for streaming.

This home is perfect. Love the layout. Top floor has open floor plan kitchen, dining and den area. Furniture in den is super comfy. Kitchen is well stocked with small appliances, even an air fryer. The ice machine was pure luxury and a game changer for sure. The bedrooms all have a private bath. They thought of everything. The outdoor shower by the pool is a great idea and so nice to have. The pool is amazing. Clean and we spent a LOT of time here. The walk to beach access is mere steps away and so convenient. Love this home, we will be back!

This was our first stay on the east side of the island. Loved the house. It was beautifully furnished with plenty of room for our family of 14. The grandkids especially enjoyed the larger pool. Thanks for another memorable vacation!

This beautiful house checked all the boxes for us. Clean and laid out really well. I'm handicapped and use a rollator. All level except one small step up to enter at elevator street entrance. Pool was larger than most and neatly laid out. All 6 of my grandchildren loved everything about this house!! Best house we have rented so far!! David was so good at answering any questions. We have booked it again for next year!!!

We loved our stay at this beautiful house! This was the first time we rented a home with a pool and we will never go without one again! :) The living room/kitchen area is especially spacious! The location is perfect with easy beach access and there is a partial ocean view from the huge front deck. There were a few cleanliness issues and one of the televisions was malfunctioning. I contacted the owner and the issues were addressed immediately. Great owner and great house! Highly recommend!

Floor plan worked well for our family of 10. Master on top floor with kitchen and living areas was ideal for the grandparents. Easy walk to the beach. Would stay again.

Our family of 10 spent last week at this beautiful home. The owner called shortly after arrival to inquire if we were doing well in the home. It actually exceeded our expectations. Our grandchildren ages 6-14 were very excited about the pool being larger than it appeared in the photo. Having a restroom outdoors and the pool toys was an extra that was very appreciated. We actually cooked the majority of our meals and there was plenty of room for the adults to cook, clean and navigate in the spacious kitchen area. The beverage refrigerator and 2 dishwashers were especially nice considering our crowd. A member of our family requires an elevator but it was also a Godsend for myself and husband since we are not as young and spry as many years ago! It is also so nice not to have to carry groceries and luggage up the stairs. I was pleasantly surprised at how quiet the street is at bedtime unlike the noisy beach towns. Ocean Isle is ideal for families like ours. Another unexpected and very beautiful advantage for this home is unlike the neighbors there are no homes backed up to this one giving so much privacy and a clear view of the inlet behind. The only disappointment was discovering the previous Public Access as shown in the photo has since been replaced with a home so we had to walk a very short distance to the existing access. This was a little bit of a problem for a family member who has a muscular disease but she was happy reading by the pool. Highly recommend this home!!! 🤗

Nice house. Great location. Easy access to beach. Sometimes it is the little add-ons that make the difference. The ice-maker and the second dishwasher really added the icing on the cake.

My family has stayed in several VRBO homes over the years and we all agreed this one was the best! It had a huge kitchen with all the necessities for a large group, plenty of bedrooms with comfortable beds, and bathrooms in each, great ocean view, short walk to the beach, and great pool. Couldn't ask for more! But so glad there's an elevator because there are a lot of steps! I highly recommend it.

Cleanest and most accommodating property we have rented. We have been coming to Ocean Isle beach for 10 years and this rental was by far the best! Dave was prompt in addressing any concerns we had!

I was there with my 3 adult children and their spouses! Also 5 grandchildren ages 20 down to 1. They all had a wonderful time with beach, pool and beautiful house!! We rented a golf cart and had fun with that! Unfortunately I became I’ll and was taken to the hospital and never did get back to the house. It was still a great trip for my family and you were very easy to communicate with!

Beautiful house and view!
I was there with my 3 adult children and their spouses! Also 5 grandchildren ages 20 down to 1. They all had a wonderful time with beach, pool and beautiful house!! We rented a golf cart and had fun with that! Unfortunately I became I’ll and was taken to the hospital and never did get back to the house. It was still a great trip for my family and you were very easy to communicate with!

We were very pleased with "Forever Summer" for our family vacation. We opted for 2nd row this time and were very happy to see that the house in front of us was lower so we could see the ocean. The home was even nicer than expected...we loved the pool with outside restroom and there were so many toys, floats, chairs, and even carts for the beach available for us to use. The kitchen was wonderful - loved the ice machine and beverage fridge, as a result there was plenty of room in the big refrigerator. We also loved having two dishwashers. Everything needed was there, even a Keurig and regular coffee maker. The owners were awesome, Dave was staying up the street with his family and was so nice. We arrived early and he let us use the pool and outside restroom. The cleaning people ran late at check-in, so he gave us a gift card to a local restaurant. Not necessary but much appreciated. Everything made for a wonderful and memorable family vacation.

Great house with close proximity to access
Great set up for our extended family. Room for everyone and a great flow to the layout. Super close to the public access, so just a short walk to the beach. We had the perfect view of the fireworks on the 4th too!

Perfect Family Trip
We loved this property! I was the perfect set up for our family. The elevator was a huge help for my parents! They loved it. The view from the porch was great, you could see the ocean and feel the breeze! We have been coming to ocean isle for many years, and this was by far our favorite spot!!

Our favorite part was having the main living area on the top (third) floor because it provided an awesome view of the ocean. The elevator allowed us to have to only make one trip up to, and down from, the higher floors with our luggage- an added bonus. If I had some constructive criticism, it would be that the description doesn’t list all of the amenities (Keurig, regular coffee make, crock pot, pack-n-play, high chair, etc) that are present at this property. It is amazing. Ocean Isle Beach is clean, quiet, family-friendly, and full of great restaurant options. We will come back, and when we do, we will stay in this beautiful beach home.

Large refrigerator and the 2 dishwashers were amazing. The kitchen is large and never felt crowded. The upper floor balcony let's you enjoy the ocean without being directly on the beach. You are just across the street and the house across is a one level home. We watched the sunrise and sunset too. The elevator was a plus with 3 levels of steps especially upon arrival and departure with all the luggage. Pool was nice and great to have a half bath there. Also the outdoor shower was helpful coming off the short walk to the beach. We would definitely rent again!

This was our second time staying at Forever Summer and our large group, ranging from 70+ - 2 years old, had a great time. The house has a beautiful view from the massive front porches, is four houses from the beach access and spacious enough for everyone to spread out and enjoy themselves. My MIL said, “this place just feels like home.” Thanks for a great week of family memories!
