Abends können Sie auf dem Holzkohlegrill grillen und anschließend auf unserer Feuerstelle am Wasser s'mores machen! Wir haben Taschenstühle um das Feuer zu ziehen, so dass jeder einen Platz haben kann!

Everything was great. Just needs some deep cleaning, like the oven and exhaust fans in the bathrooms. Also, there were cobwebs in most of the rooms. We do enjoy the house!!

This was a great setting with fully furnished kitchen, comfy beds, plenty of space, games, and water fun. There was plenty of fishing nearby and the view of Lake Winnebago was just what I needed! Definitely recommend!

This was a nice lake cottage. The kitchen was modern, but the cottage still retained cabin charm. Great destination to hang out with friends and look out over Lake Winnebago. The grill and firepit drew us outside to spend time enjoying the outdoors. All in all, I recommend the Winne Cottage for anyone looking to relax and unwind by a lake.

This house on the lake is great! The host was helpful and made things very easy for us checking in and out. The house was very clean and comfortable. It’d be a good spot in the summer for a family as well. We will likely book this home again! The only advice I’d give that isn’t mentioned is the drop off from the houses property to the lake in the winter is steep. You couldn’t get a 4wheeler or snow machine on the lake from this house. There are access points not far tho. Overall, great place to stay!

We stayed at the cottage on Lake Winnebago for a week with family over Thanksgiving. The house was very clean, and the views were beautiful. The layout of the house was perfect for us, and everyone was able to have their own space. The neighborhood was quiet with little to no traffic. We would stay there again in a heartbeat next time we visit the area.

Wished there were a few minor things. It would be nice to have Saran Wrap and tin foil. The batteries in TV switcher needs changing. Also some TV instructions. Couldn’t pair my phone TV due to existing Netflix account but couldn’t find a remote that would take us to Netflix???! Beautiful sunrises.

This was the second visit for a group of six of us. We all love looking at and listening to the water while golden leaves fall from above and we keep toasty around the firepit. The kitchen is great for making meals. We laughed until we cried. Nobody has to clean their house or worry about a thing. Perfection.

The Property was exactly what we had hoped for after long days working EAA; Being able to sit by the water listening to the waves around the camp fire at night and watching the sun rise every morning sets your mind right for the day ahead.
Rooms were well appointed with plenty of space for everyone to relax of share a meal. in the kitchen, all the basics we needed were there, close to everything you might need and a gas station only a few miles away with a great pizza place next door.
All in all, if you're looking for down time or just grabbing a few kayaks and enjoying the lake, this is the place to be.
Neighbors were very nice and gave you the space you needed to maintain your privacy. The Charcoal grill was used almost every night, it was perfect. The water pressure was good enough for our use.
If you're going to AirVenture in 2024, better book early...

Great cottage on the lake. Super clean and a kitchen with everything needed to prepare our meals. Charcoal grill was nice to be able to BBQ for the fam. Plenty of space for our adult children and their spouses. We enjoyed using the toys and yard games with our granddaughter. We were unable to use the dock due to the lake being so low and the dock so high. But still a great location. Easy check in and check out. Would definitely book again if in the area.

Kristens property is beautiful. Right on the shore of Lake Winnebago. Close to activities for the family and resturants and groceries. Make sure you stop at Cooligans down the road for the best thin crust pizza's.
Her place was spotless and kiddo friendly. My grandkids loved the lake and fire pit for smores.
The only con was the frying pans that were there. I went to the store and bought a set of new ones to keep there for the other families that like to cook. Also while they do have salt and pepper there, bring your own seasonings for your own tastes. That was pretty minor for the stay that we all enjoyed.
Over all we had fun and the beds and living spaces were cozy and comfortable. Would be an awesome winter stay as well. Thank you Kristen!

The lake view was amazing from the merganzers and eagles to the beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Very beautiful home. Fully stocked kitchen for everything you need to relaxing in front of the TV, gathering for meals and playing games. Couldn't have asked for more.

My husband and I stayed here for a 4 day weekend getaway/staycation away from home. It was perfect! it happen to be a very cold weekend, so we were able to enjoy the fireplace, and the wonderful views of the lake. the main area of this house has a beautiful view right out onto the lake, so we enjoyed playing games, watching movies and enjoying dinner, all while looking out onto a gorgeous view.
This would be a great place for a family or group of 4-6+ people, the rooms were all clean and well appointed, plus there a lot of little extras in case you forget anything. I would love to come back and visit and bring along another couple or two so we can enjoy the lake too.
Although we spent much of our time staying in, the house is located right in between Fond Du Lac and Oshkosh, and a short run to a grocery store or gas station either way!

What a fantastic experience! The house was inviting and lovely. The bank of windows across the east side of the house allows for constant interaction with beautiful Lake Winnebago and its ever changing personality. The kitchen is well equipped. Our week was jammed packed with activities. My husband and I had one kid flying in from Florida and one kid flying in from California for a fishing trip and much needed family time. If you enjoy fishing we used Dennis Butz as our guide and fished the bay of Green Bay and the Fox River. We caught northern pike, Muskie, walleye, sheepshead and perch. He was one of the best guides we’ve ever had. He was not only knowledgeable about the fish but also the area. He taught us new techniques specifically for the species of the area. And he does trips right on Lake Winnebago too! I’m adding the info for those who love to fish because I had a very hard time finding a guide and that was the reason we rented the house. It was the perfect house, the perfect guide and the perfect vacation. The perfect topping to the perfect house?
