Gemütliche 1-Zimmer-Wohnung in unserem Haus hat einen schönen Blick auf die Berge und ist in der Nähe von vielen Skigebieten. Es liegt nur 5 Minuten vom Keystone Resort entfernt in einer ruhigen Gegend, 10 Minuten vom Arapahoe Basin und 20 Minuten von Breckenridge und Copper Mountain entfernt. Diese Unterkunft verfügt über einen separaten Eingang mit einem Parkplatz in der Auffahrt. Diese komfortable Unterkunft bietet ein Queensize-Bett im Schlafzimmer und eine Queensize-Ausziehcouch im Wohnzimmer.
Eine Küchenzeile mit kleinem Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Spüle und Induktionskochplatte eignet sich hervorragend zum Kochen von Mahlzeiten. Im Sommer können Sie Ihr Fahrrad auf zahlreichen Mountainbike- und Rennradstrecken fahren, die sich in unmittelbarer Nähe des Hauses befinden. Had a great stay at this property - basement apartment with private entrance was exactly what we were looking for during our winter stay. Much better than a hotel room for 3+ nights. Property had everything we needed, and the host went out of their way to ensure any additional needs were met!

Dean makes sure you have what you need. It's very clean and functional. I went with my teenage son. He got the main bedroom and I used the fold out couch which worked out well. If the bed is put away in the morning and things kept cleaned and organized it is a very comfortable place to be. It is perfect for two adults or a small family. If you read the description and reviews you'll know exactly what you're getting. Would/will stay again.

The shower is tiny and the bathroom was a barn door so not much privacy if staying with friends - just a note for those not staying with a partner.
There are a few discrepancies from the listing and communication that I'll share with the host and can be fixed. Host was responsive and we are easy going so wasn't a major issue.

We planned a family ski/snowboard trip to Keystone Resort. Dean's place is 11 minutes from the mountain. It could not have worked out better. His place is in a nice community just around the corner. We had a parking spot on the driveway with private access to our apartment and amazing view. My wife and daughter shared the main bedroom and me and my son slept on the fold out couch bed. Refrigerator, microwave, toaster, small oven for pizzas, hot plate, coffee maker... all good. Dean actually shoveled the snow every morning before we headed to the slopes. Gave us advice on where to find local sledding hills, restaurants, etc. It was great that when my son was done skiing at 2, I could take him back to the house and wait for my wife to text me when to pick her up later, only a ten minute drive down the road. Also a great coffee and pizza spot on the corner of his neighborhood, wish we discovered that earlier for breakfast. It was a great experience and a great price, we were lucky to find this place. If we come back we'll be staying at Dean's!

Great setup, great location, and great hosts. My husband and adult son enjoyed skiing while I enjoyed touring the nearby towns. It snowed overnight, and Dean had the sidewalk and driveway shoveled before 7am. We definitely recommend!

Dean went above and beyond in ensuring a comfortable stay by reaching out even before getting to Dillon. The rental was very clean and organized, with extra supplies and pantry items. The floor remodelling is recent and amenities are modern. Kitchen has a microwave and a separate hot plate, but no stove with under the counter fridge that was suitable for us. The kitchen is fully stocked with plates, glasses, mugs and pans, etc. Dean responded quickly to all questions. The security was comforting and the location relative to the slopes was also convenient (5 miles or so from the River Run gondola). This property is a great value and it is clear that the owners take great care in providing a positive experience. Recommend it and plan to use again in the future as the hosts constantly improve it and hope they add a second TV to the bedroom to allow watch different program from the TV in the living room.
P. S. I drove with minivan from Chicago and had chains that we did not use as the winter storm moved to the East and we had only few inches. The hosts have a second spot at the road level, which is flat and we parked there to avoid slippery conditions on the drive way, which has some incline and might require winter tires or all-wheel drive in slippery conditions.

Stayed here with 3 other adults. As described, the space is compact but we had no issues with the space for our short trip. I was not used to meeting the property owner during check in, but it was nice to talk to Dean and get an overview of the housing and the ways we could make it more comfortable with the heater + humidifier he provided.

We had a great month long working vacation at this property. It's close to multiple resorts in the area, including Keystone just 5-10 mins away. We also hit Breckenridge (20 mins), Vail (45), and Beaver creek (1 hour). Dean is a great host who always checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. He definitely went above and beyond. The place is cozy and felt like home by the end of our trip! As long as you can get creative with a hot plate and microwave the place is a perfect place to stay for a short or long trip!

Property was very clean and Dean provided excellent directions and communication for check in and throughout the stay. Dean made sure the snow was cleared from the path to the unit and that the driveway was also cleared so as to easily get the car out early in the morning. Communication was always prompt and the unit provided everything needed at a fair and affordable price with very convenient access to Keystone and Breckenridge. I would most certainly stay here again in the future.

Great location for winter activities
Enjoyed my stay at this location. Dean and Paula are wonderful hosts, great communication, supportive, even cleaned the snow off the car windows. This is a wonderful location for winter activities with cross country ski trails, many ski resorts as well as the Dillon Reservoir near by. The view from the main living area is very nice with lots of sun potential. Brought my own All-Clad Teflon coated 10 inch pan which worked well with the induction cooktop. It was a perfect size living space for me and my winter gear. I would definitely recommend and consider staying here in the future.

Great location, perfect place.
I stayed for several weeks to work remotely and ski on the weekends. The apartment is in a great location, close to restaurants, hiking trails, look out points and ski resorts (Keystone, Breckenridge and A basin). I was able to have a few guests while there. It was very clean when I arrived. The owner, Dean, let me swap out towels and sheets when needed and he kept the snow cleared from the sidewalks and driveway. The little things in the apartment like extra hooks, hangers, water filter, and humidifier were nice adds and reduced the things I had to bring with me.

Long Term Rental
Great rental unit as described and pictured. Property manager was great, always asking if we needed anything and making sure everything was satisfactory. The apartment worked very well. I was able to work remotely in the apartment for 5 weeks without any issues. I hosted up to 3 friends in the apartment during a long weekend. The proximity to ski resorts was great. I’d highly recommend to anyone.

If you’re looking for a quiet, clean, easily accessible location for a vacation in the mountains - this is the spot! It was perfect for two adults. We loved the kitchenette and living space. Made the trip a million times better over staying in a hotel room. Dean (the owner) was thoroughly communicative and always made sure the drive was salted and the stairs to the apartment were clear of snow for us. It’s only minutes to restaurants, shops, and ski resorts. We had a great stay!

It’s very easy to book and communicate with the property manager. The place is very clean and neat. It’s perfect for the 3 of us and can easily accommodate family of 4. It’s only a few miles to keystone and quick and easy ride to Dillon town center. We’d love to stay here again in the future.

Great Stay
Dean was a great host! Checked in with us a couple of times to make sure we were doing OK. Was quick to answer questions and provided us with everything we needed. The property was exactly as described. Very clean. Perfect for my husband and I. The kitchenette has a refrigerator, microwave, hotplate and plates, utensils, etc that we needed. We were able to cook breakfast each day which was nice. We had a car and Dean kept the driveway and sidewalk swept of snow and ice so we could walk easily. We would definitely stay here again.

Cozy and just right for any traveler!
Summit Cove is a cozy mountain getaway that is well maintained and updated. We were surprised by the beautiful view out of the main window and ease of access. Dean provides everything a traveling guest might expect/need in an apartment, including a hot plate and some cooking ware in case you'd like to make a meal! The only suggestion we'd make is to include a small humidifier in the bedroom to help with the dry air. Dean was a wonderful host and very responsive to us when we needed him. The listing, guest expectations, and info provided is clear on VRBO, but Dean is readily available in case of any snags. My husband and I highly recommend!

This place was the perfect spot for a mountain getaway with all the essentials! Just 20-25 minutes from Breckenridge and 10 minutes from Keystone! Dean was very welcoming and helped point us in the right direction for local restaurants.
