It was Blue Angels week in Pensacola when we were there and let me tell you, this house was in a great spot to see their awesome maneuvers. This house provided everything we needed for a great family vacation. 3 bedrooms with King Beds as well as 2 bedrooms for Kids made for a perfect arrangement. The kitchen was well stocked and the house was furnished well. Because it was so hot outside, the bottom level was not usable since there is no AC down there but the extra refrigerator down there was an added bonus. We will definitely keep this on our list of prefered properties when visiting Pensacola Beach.

1214 Ariola is a beautiful property with a wonderful location on the gulf. We were happy with the unit; however, there are maintenance issues that need to be addressed. The grill is rusted and is not in good working condition and the shower in the double full sized bedroom is leaking all over the floor. We would stay at the home again if we knew these issues were fixed.

Beautiful , clean, spacious and comfortable! We had such a relaxing week! The only thing we could comment on is the grill needs some TLC.We had an issue with a smoke detector battery on the first day but Maintenance was there within the hour and replaced it!

We shared the house with 4 other couples who had never been to Pensacola. The house was great - plenty of room for everyone. Large dining table sat 10 comfortably. We had easy access to great restaurants on the beach - we visited several establishments in search of the perfect Bushwacker. We were just a short drive away from the Greater Gulf Coast Art Festival, Joe Patti’s Seafood AND the Blue Angels Homecoming show at NAS. Everyone had a blast!!!

House is right on the beach. Can sleep 12 or more, easy. Every room has it's own bathroom. We had a WiFi problem, and they solved it in no time, so response is great. Home is pricy, but they are comparable with all the homes.

Nice house. Great location. Loved private walkway to the beach. Disappointed in paper products and kitchen supplies. Small amounts given with no warning in house description to obtain more. For the rental price, 2 dishwasher pods, 2 oz of dish soap and 1 roll of TP in 3 of the 5 bathrooms for a 7 night stay is pretty sad. Another thing that would have been nice is a list of kitchen amenities -toaster, blender, coffee maker, Keurig would have been nice to know. Be aware that internet was not good in this house. Hard to share with 8 people using it...even the 5G network. The beds were very nice, plenty of towels in each bathroom.Other than having to run to Publix again to buy TP and paper/kitchen products we enjoyed our stay. Loved the view and the balcony the most. Would stay here again but would come better prepared.

We had such a great time in the house. There was plenty of space for every one.House was well stocked but I would suggest bringing toilet paper. The one ply doesn't cut it. Got to see dolphins, pelicans and other birds. There were plenty of extra blankets and towels. I called on an issue with the refrigerator and they answered right away. I would recommend dumping the ice from the ice maker when you get there. It was frozen, but made ice very quickly. There is an additional refrigerator/freezer downstairs that can be used. There were 3 baby gates in the one bedroom closet. i brought one. My family is still talking about that weekend and how much fun they had.

Our family had a wonderful time in this beach house. It was so convenient for an easy walk to the beach with several small children. The house was very spacious and the 5 bathrooms were definitely a plus. The huge deck was wonderful. We liked it so much that we already booked it for next year. The only problem we had was that the stopper in the bathtub downstairs got stuck the first time we used it so we were afraid to use it again. It required us to wedge it open with a butter knife. I hope that will be fixed for the next time we stay here. We really did love the house!

Rental place was nice - we've rented it several times mainly because each bedroom has it's own bath - we had a nice gathering of 48 people staying at different places in Pensacola and used the beach house as the beach front. We've also got it reserved for next summer. During our stay, we listed a few things for the owner to review and left that list when we left. Anyway, enjoyed our stay and thanks for the efficient management.

My family stayed in this house during the week before my sons wedding . It accommodated 4 couples and a family friend very comfortably . We enjoyed being right on the gulf and the views were outstanding. The kitchen could have been somewhat better equipped, and the refrigerator had an annoying strobe light issue , but overall our stay was very good .

The house was nicer than even the pictures on line suggested. The views of the beach and Gulf from the house were beautiful. It was very clean and provided nearly everything we needed. The rooms, especially the common areas, and furnishings were very nice and worked perfectly for our group. The large porch/deck was great and had plenty of quality tables and chairs. Parking and the area on ground level was very functional and was used often.
The section of the island where the house is located was very nice and quiet; the public beach access on the side was easily ignored. The beautiful beach was easily accessed and provided lots of room for family and activities. The Gulf and weather were near perfect for our week.

The house was nicer than even the pictures on line suggested. The views of the beach and Gulf from the house were beautiful. It was very clean and provided nearly everything we needed. The rooms, especially the common areas, and furnishings were very nice and worked perfectly for our group. The large porch/deck was great and had plenty of quality tables and chairs. The beach was a little busier than the last home we rented, but wasn’t too bad that we wouldn’t return. Only one family in our group wasn’t satisfied with their mattress, which was in the room with the queen & single bed. The main complaint I had about this home is the non working sliding doors on the ground floor. We brought our own corn hole game. In the evenings we would play corn hole outside the sliding doors and were unable to enjoy the kids playing in the game room on the other side of the sliding doors. It wasn’t a huge deal, but it was apparent the doors had been non working for some time. I felt like some areas of the home could have been cleaner. The sofa sleepers were filled with crumbs, old food & was disgusting. The main areas of the home were adequately clean. The things I most loved about this home was the view, spaces for each family and closeness of the beach.

Very nice home in a good location. The three mile bridge was out, which limited dining options in Pensacola. Loved the large porch! My main complaint was the smart TV’s. I had to scroll through the channels, as one could not simply enter the number. A basic cable system is a better option for a rental unit.

Paradise Beach Homes responded quickly to the one minor issue that we had. We have used them in the past and had good response when calling on them. There were no surprises which makes a good experience. Just relaxing and enjoyable.
