Four couples stayed in this excellent property as repeat customers. Property is ideal for four couples. Property is well stocked with everything to cover all needs. Spend a lot of time on the beautiful deck overlooking the lake. Close proximity to our golf courses and grocery shopping. We will certainly be booking again.

We had a wonderful family vacation staying at The Berry Patch. It felt like home, with everything you could possibly want or need from the moment you walked in the door. The location was perfect; it was close to everything and had an amazing view of the lake from the deck. We travelled with six adults and two children and we all had ample space to do things together or retreat to our own little corners when needed. The host was very responsive when we had a question (which were few) and the property was just as advertised. We would definitely book again if we return to the area.

From the 5 bedrooms with 2 bedrooms with ensuites to everything you would need in the kitchen this house had it all.
2 great decks for sun or shade at any time of the day.
Close to downtown and the Stolen Church Ice cream and Coffee shop and a short distance from both beaches.
Lots of games and entertainment downstairs for a rainy day.
Truly an excellent vacation house.

House and property were all as advertised. Beautiful view of the mountains and lake from the well equipped deck. Multiple bedrooms, bathrooms and up and down living areas in the house provided lots of space for our group of 7. Kitchen was well stocked with everything one would need to cook full meals. Short 5min walk to the Main Street in town. We will look to book again if we return to Invermere in the future.

This is our second time staying here and we love it. The view just cannot be beat, and the house is very clean and has everything that we need. The beds are comfortable, the showers are super nice, the communication was good and it’s a short walk into town. I would recommend this to anyone.

The Berry Patch in Invermere is a charming property, conveniently located, clean, comfortable, quiet, roomy and fully appointed. Invermere offers unlimited, and quality, access to Nordic and Alpine skiing, fat-tire cycling, and skating. We will be planning a return trip to the Berry Patch for a summer vacation.

The Berry Patch was a beautiful and comfortable stay for our group of 4 couples in Invermere for a friends wedding.
First, the location is perfect. A five minute walk into downtown, with a peaceful view over the lake.
Second, the home has ample space for eight adults to be comfortable (with room to spare). We all found space for a group movie night and shared meals together around the island and table. The open concept was perfect for catching up with old friends.
Lastly, the back patio and view were absolute highlights of our stay in Invermere. We were lucky to have a warm autumn day to recover from the wedding we attended, almost fully spent on the patio- sunbathing, having snacks, napping.

My family and I stayed here for a wedding weekend and it was perfect. Great location walking distance to town, wonderful views with a great patio/fire pit, fully stocked kitchen and lots of space for all of us (6 adults, 4 kids). We would definitely come again.

We had 10 ladies on our annual golf weekend. We decided to go to Invermere this year. Jolene was a great host who responded to my questions promptly. Lots of space to sleep. So nice to have 4 bathrooms. We all were able to sit together inside and outside. The outdoor fire table was a perfect touch for the evening. Such a comfortable beautiful home. Walking distance to downtown. We all said we would come back next year. Thank you for sharing your perfect home!

We once again had evening Foosball tournaments and once the kids were asleep, enjoyed a beverage on the deck watching the sunset . Highly recommend The Berry Patch !

Our extended family went out for a summer getaway. Jolene's place exceeded our expectations. It is fully equipped in all aspects (kitchen, children's toys and apparatus, indoor and outdoor games) The kids could play downstairs and we could enjoy the open concept main floor and spectacular large deck over looking the lake. It was spotless. Jolene was also quick with responses.

We were very pleased as soon as we walked in the door! It surpassed our expectations! The garage to store our bikes was an added bonus. We didn’t do much cooking but it is always nice when condiments are left just in case!

We so enjoyed our stay together as a family in such an accommodating vacation home!
We had all the amenities provided for to make our stay more comfortable and relaxing, right down to popcorn for a movie night!
The view on the back deck was very beautiful overlooking Windermere Lake and the mountains as a backdrop; nice place to relax. We took advantage of Radium Hot Springs that is close by and enjoyed soaking in the hot pools a couple times.
We would definitely love to come visit the Berry Patch again.

We very much enjoyed our get away to this adoreable home. Located right in the townsite of Invermere, the home is 4th generation and they should all be very proud of it. The entire house, inside and out has been beautifully renovated and not a detail missed. Balcony overlooks the Lake for a most awesome view; the balcony is equipped for eating, fireplace, barbecue and loads of seating. The 5 bedrooms and office could easily manage 12+ people. Could see it in summer to enjoy the lake or winter to hit the slopes. Thank you.

Three couples 65+ enjoyed four wonderful days at this property. We were in Invermere for a golf vacation. Unfortunately one couple of our group was unable to attend. The property was fantastic for three couples and would easily have handled the additional two. beautifully located overlooking the lake on a very quiet street. Spent hours on the deck enjoying the view and the fire table. New and clean barbeque which worked very well. The house was spacious beautifully decorated and contained every amenity. Every room was fully equipped with everything that a person would want. Kitchen well stocked; bedrooms spacious and comfortable beds. Our group may be returning to the area next year and will certainly look at rebooking this property.

This house was perfect for a group of 3 couples attending a friends wedding. The location is quite with a beautiful view of the lake. The house had a lot of room throughout, very spacious and we loved having morning coffee in the sunshine on the large deck. We would recommend this house to anyone who has kids, families or like us friends wanting to reconnect. The house was very clean and had a lot of extras which made meal planning easy. Wonderful experience and hope to be back again!

We stayed here with 3 other couples for a golf vacation. The property exceeded our expectations! It is so clean, very well stocked with more than you could ever need. Little touches like Starbucks K-cups, ample towels, and battery operated candles everywhere are so nice. The deck is the perfect place to relax after a day or enjoy the morning sunrise. There was a bathroom for each couple which is appreciated. We got the feeling that the owners really love their home and are happy to share it with others in the same way that they would use it. This is our 3rd time to the Invermere area and this by far exceeded the other properties that we have stayed at. Thank you Jolene and family! We will definitely be back!
