Check in was flawless, condo was adequate for a family of 4 with 2 little’s. Good location if you want Mountain View but not too far from Denver.
Sadly we came during mud season so nothing in the village was open.

Our family of four stayed here for four nights over spring break. The location was great, we have a good time, and the condo was in very nice shape.

Great location for a couple or a small group to stay for a get-away vacation to the slopes, which were right outside of the building. We very much liked the proximity. The base village has several brew pubs and restaurants, which was also great.

Well maintained property, very convenient location, comfortable. Charlotte was a great host, easy to reach and so helpful! We enjoyed our stay, would definitely recommend.

A great condo location super convenient to the Gondola. Easy Ski In and Ski Out. The ski locker was large enough for 3 pairs of ski's / poles and 1 snowboard. We were a family of 4 so kids were relegated to couch / chair, they were usable but not super comfortable. We like to cook all meals when we go skiing, the kitchen was stocked with the bare minimum, would have liked more storage/serving items. Also, the dishwasher wasn't cleaning well, so had to hand wash all the dishes before we used them. And the extra blankets for the couches did not feel like they were clean. The condo itself was clean and in good condition. Mostly quiet, minimal noise from corridor, no noise from above or below. We did hear the snowcats a few nights, but no complaining there since it was a 10 second ski to the Gondola. Rental process was super easy, liked getting the key card in the mail. Detailed instructions and link for parking was also helpful. Parking deck had plenty of parking available. And there was even a waxing set up down there, (had to have your own wax). Would definitely stay here again.

This place was fantastic. Great location right beside the gondola. Management was super helpful with check in procedures. My only complaint was that the unit did not have dedicated wifi. You have to connect to the building shared wifi and it’s not great. But we were rarely in the room so it was fine.

We stayed a week and cooked most of our meals. The kitchen was limited but had enough for us to make our own meals. There’s a crockpot which is handy but I didn’t know that before I bought groceries. We had an issue with the hot water but I called and it was resolved in less than 15 minutes! The bed was comfortable and the place was very clean. All of the instructions were clear and made check in easy. The locker for ski equipment was a plus too. Being right by the lifts and everything we could need was great! We really enjoyed staying here.

We visited Winter Park for their Wine Festival and to explore the surrounding area. Needed a place to stay for 2 nights and found this unit because it was close to the wine festival event. Biggest problem with the place is that we couldn’t control the temperature and it got up to 75 degrees in the bedroom at night. This even when the temperature outside got to 32 degrees. In addition to the uncomfortable temperatures at night, the outside porch area was extremely dirty. Evidently it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. The unit also looks over the circular drive in front of the resort which is not that appealing. First night people were outside talking and you could hear every noise they made, even being on the 4th floor and all the windows closed. Would find a better place next time we visit Winter Park.

Overall a nice place. Good location in the village and short walk to shops and the gondola. Place does feel a tad dated. Master bed wasn't that comfortable and only have a 12 inch tv in the bedroom is a downfall.

Great location. We stayed for a quick weekend and the gondola is right out the back door. You cannot beat that. The overall condition of the unit was good. Could probably use a new shower curtain. Robes would be nice for coming and going to the hot tubs as well as extra towels for the daily soak. We could not figure out how to turn the heat completely off. I’m pretty sure I had the living room thermostat all the way off but the bedroom I couldn’t figure out. What looked like a thermostat behind the bedroom door may have been a CO detector as well but I think the batteries may have been dead. Ultimately we had the bedroom windows open and a small fan on the table outside blowing cool air in the window. It was in the teens at night and needed to do this to stay comfortable because the heat in bedroom stayed on.
If I had a recommendation for the HOA it would be to add a ski rack out by the hot tubs.
Would I stay here again? Yes because the location is the best.

Enjoyed our stay in the apartment. Very clean, right by the mountain, easy check-in, easy parking and excellent communication from the hosts. I'd highly recommend!

We stayed for 5 nights over spring break and had a fabulous time. The condo accommodated our family of 4 well. The twin size futon and queen sleeper were prefect for our teen boys. The large TV was great for evenings chilling after being outside all day. The kitchen has all the necessities needed for simple cooking.
We wish we would have been told about the parking process prior to check-in. But they were quick to provide that once we inquired about getting a QR code for the designated garage.
We’d definitely stay here again. Thanks for the great memories.

We really enjoyed our stay at this cute condo in Winter Park. Would stay there again! Great communication from host, clean, easy check-in/out. Plenty of bedding and an air mattress to use instead of the sofa bed. Great value.

We had a great time at Winter Park. The resort is great and very family friendly. We have stayed in a few condos at zephyr and most of them are not updated, which is not a necessity for us but something good to know. This particular condo is well kept and worked well for my husband and I along with our two kids mostly because we just used it for sleeping and were out all day skiing. The bed is very comfortable and my kids used the futon and the large chair that lays down to sleep on. The only thing that really needs to be replaced are the barstools. They are very rickety and feel like they will fall apart. All in all it was a great stay and we highly recommend zephyr for its convenience.

The condo was decent sized and comfortable for three of us. Great location, easy to walk to village and base of mountain. Charlotte maintained great communication with us the whole trip. Only issue was Xbox360 was missing a cord and we couldn’t use it, otherwise everything else was perfect!

This is a very convenient place to stay for ski in/out. Place was ready when we got there (wasn't last time) and clean. The heater is in the bedroom which means to keep the living room warm the bedroom will get hot. Comes with all the basic kitchen equiptment. Would stay here again.

We had a very pleasant stay, I would use the condo again without any reservation.
My only comment is that the garage parking fee is 20$ per day during ski season and the information was available only after booking the condo. It would be useful for that piece of info to be included in the description of the condo as the final paying amount is different when you include the garage fee.

My girlfriend wanted a fall weekend in the mountains for her birthday. So we found this place. Great location, place was clean, and had everything we needed. Bed is very cushy which was good and bad. Great TV for watching movies. It is a small place but works for 2 people. Toilet leaked twice while we were there. Not a huge issue but we called maintenance and they came right away. It was still leaking slightly when we left. Also the front door is sticky. Have to lift it up to close it from the inside and to open it from the outside requires a little push. Window in the bedroom is tricky to open FYI. All in all, minus my few criticisms very great place to stay. Fairly priced, clean, easy, and comfortable. Every important box checked for a weekend rental.

We had a great time in this condo. Plenty of clean towels, very clean overall. The only few gotchas were: The windows were very hard to open (but they got maintenance up there right away after we messaged them). We needed to use some wooden blocks that maintenance provided to prop them open. The dishwasher was brand new which was nice but it wasn’t connected to the counter so we needed to be extra careful with it or it would start tipping over while loading or opening. And the front door was very hard to get latched from the inside or outside. Needed to lift it very firmly after closing to get it to latch.
Other than those minor things, it was very nice and we were really pleased with it. The one night we used the hot tub, it was wonderful. We might have lucked out when we went to one of the two hot tubs in our building as the two hot tubs in the other building were shut down for maintenance while we were there.
