The beds were sloppily made, cleaners need to clean behind doors & shower floor in 1/2 bath. Upstairs dwellers moved chairs by dragging constantly.

Overall, property was nice although it smelled musty, probably due to no occupancy. The bathroom in the twin room has a crack in the toilet seat which i can't believe hasn't been resolved. Also the extract fan in that bathroom is extremely noisy. I have reported this issue on the return envelope for the keys.

When we arrived at the location there were damp towels in the dryer. Dishes in the dishwasher. Went to take a shower in master bedroom and the shower wouldn't turn on. Didn't call maintenance right away for it was a Saturday. Sat at the kitchen table and it was wobbly as well as the chairs. We called Monday and left 2 messages only to get a call back and the call ended up being disconnected. Did the realty company call back no. Finally my husband saw a maintenance guy on property but they don't service the unit. My husband was able to borrow an Allen key to tighten the wobbly table and chairs. Never heard a word from maintenance until they knocked on our door on Sun at get this 5am. We didn't open the door for who the heck sends maintenance on a Sunday at 5 am couldn't see who was at the door like they purposely stayed out of view. The whole time I was in touch messaging the owner who said she would refund the cleaning fees. Have yet to see that. We have stayed at other places and did not have any problems. Owner should hire another cleaning person for I found smart water bottle under the bed. I cleaned out the built up lint in the dryer. Even after cleaning out the dryer it too forever for the clothes to dry. Found dirty dishes in the cupboard that I had to rewash all the plates before we used them. We were very disappointed and will not stay here again. Wish The negative reviews were posted before we booked otherwise we would not have booked at this place.

Clean, large, and in the perfect location. Dont be dismayed by the first picture, not sure why they put that as the first dark picture, the place is light airy and has a large partial ocean view. They got new cleaners and the place is spotless. We saw two launches off the balcony and the building has a rooftop with chairs and tables with a direct view of launches right above the 5th floor. Building has a nice pool and is right on the beach

We had a nice stay, the location was really nice and close to all the entertainment. Everything was good in the condo, it could need a little bit of love, but practically everything you needed was there. The only thing is that there’s no beach umbrellas, so you need to bring yours.

The reason we gave you a 3 star on cleanliness was a few reasons. Under the couch cushions had not been cleaned in awhile, there was candy stuck underneath the cushion that we removed. There was also a plastic bag and a lot of crumbs under the couch cushion. The kind of people we are, we swept all that up and cleaned the underneath. The towel ring must have fallen off the wall as it was under the sink in the master bathroom. The ceiling fan globes were loose and rattling, we had to tighten them up. The one in the front bedroom is out of balance and wobbling real bad. I also want to mention there is a warm spot in the floor right as you walk in to the living next to the chair. Not sure if this is a problem that needs to be addressed but thought we would mention it. Saturday and Sunday we weren't in the room that much to notice the temperature was 75-76, and when we cooked it went to 80 and took forever to cool back off. So on Monday we called the office to have someone come check. A man came and added freon which made the temperature finally come down to 71 but that was as low as it got. One more thing to mention, if I was an owner it would concern me inside of the front door on the left side there is water damage to the baseboard but it in my opinion it needs to be looked at.

Had a wonderful stay at this condo. It was perfect for my family and in a great location. Loved being right on the beach and in walking distance to the pier. The area had great shops and restaurants. Highly recommend!

Perfect view from the rooftop

Everything was as expected in the listing. Perfect location, quiet building, excellent beach access and rooftop balcony. Very clean, great kitchen, two bathrooms were very handy to get the family moving. The pool was great, the kids loved it. The condo was perfect for two adults and two kids, all of whom can't wait to go back again!

Location by the pier, pool and beach were all great. Unit was nice & clean. Only negative was getting a good nights sleep. Bldg is not very well sound-proofed. Could hear kids in unit above bouncing a ball or something at 7 a.m.; ceiling fan in second bedroom wobbles and tics no matter what speed but if you turn it off, the room gets stuffy. Had AC set to 70 but temp rarely got below 74. Trash truck came at 6:45 a.m. on Saturday.

I found the property dirty and dated, not a great vacation as I had to clean the entire place before we stayed there. There were clothes in the dryer, old food & supplies left by other renters. Plus much more

Wonderful place for a family to enjoy!l

This property is right across the street from a friend of mine I’ve known for 60 years. I usually stay at her place but her and her husband were going to be there and she saw this property through VRBO and that’s how I got this condo. I LOVED everything about the unit, pool, ocean and near my dear friend. I would love to book this property next year for at least 2 weeks.

The location is great; however, this property was not ready for us when we arrived. The hurricane shutters were stuck closed, the balcony furniture was in the living room and there was a musty odor that never left the furniture in the master bedroom. I will do my best not to rent from the property manager again. They did not handle the situation very well. First, they said no one was available to come to the property to get the shutters open, because it was Sunday. Then they sent someone, but they were only able to get 2 of the 3 shutters up. I messaged them 3 times regarding the odor. They gave me a day when someone would come, but they were a no call, no show. The next day someone came, but said they couldn’t smell a musty odor.

This property was exactly what we needed for out trip. Easy walk to beach. Bedrooms and bathrooms were nice. Loved having a full size kitchen.

The condo was perfect-so bright and clean and plenty of room! We loved the rooftop deck-it was perfect for watching the sunrise and we got to see a rocket launch! It was right next to the pier, and walking distance to a lot of restaurants and the grocery store. The beach chairs, toys, and books were a really nice touch. We will definitely be back-thank you!

We really liked this property. Close to the beach. Pool. Our only issue was the pier Nextdoor wasn’t for fishing, which was one of our draws. But we found another one a few minutes away. The living space was comfy. Easy to maneuver for a family of 4. My one critique would be that there were not a lot of towels. No kitchen towels just pot holders. Only 2 bath towels, 3 hand towels and 4 washcloths. Luckily we brought pool towels, but it was hard to dual purpose them. Overall a great place with easy, laid back peaceful stay.

The property was fine. Nothing special. The view from the balcony posted on the site was not as good as they made it appear. There was a pigeon nest on the patio, thus pigeon poo and feathers all over the place. So it wasn’t a nice place to sit anyway. The bathroom door was off the hinge. As in there we’re no screws holding it in. I contacted the property manager about both. She stated they were pressure washing balconies next week, which was no help to me and that she would put in a work order to have the door fixed that day. No one ever came. The property was nice but nothing special. Like most other places at the beach.

We love this location in Cocoa beach. We have stayed at various units in this complex and would recommend to anyone. We love all the updates to the building, it looks fresh and clean.

Very pleased with this condo.

The property was well worn and needed some up dating. We had two chairs on the balcony that were unusable as they were sun rotted., stove top had a large crack and the director chairs at the island were falling apart. We contacted the property manager three times and nothing was done.

Floors and rugs in kitchen and bathrooms needed to be cleaned better. Dryer needs maintenance, a lot of moisture in the vents. Porch and outdoor chairs was covered in bird poop. Condo was very nice, I would stay here again.

Clean and larger than most Florida rentals

Wonderful, as always. The property has been updated since our last stay, new paint and lobby furniture, as well as a great rooftop deck. Very nice trip!

This property is better than described. It is very spacious, clean and has all the amenities of home. It is literally within steps of the beach and pier. Grocery store and shopping are just a short drive (minutes). For this being our first time to Cocoa Beach we were very pleased with the property and area. We will for sure be back and hope to stay in same unit. Kim the owner is great at communicating and answering questions…. and I asked a lot of questions 😀

The condo was clean and spacious. Everything was in good working order.. The condo was very quiet.. The rooftop patio was delightful! It was located right on the beach and close to shopping and restaurants. If in this area again, I definitely would stay here again.

We did have some problems with this property from kitchen sink leaking and 2 of 3 TV's just stopped working. Kudos to them they were quick to come out and fix problems! Area was very nice! I would definitely stay again :) :)

Location was great! Only negative thing was the condo was not cleaned prroperly by the cleaning company. Sliding glass doors had finger prints all over them and floors were sandy, also had to fold the clean towles that were left in the drier. Condo was well equipped with everything you will need to cook with.

Wife, kids and I had a great time.
