Neu auf dem Vermietungsmarkt! Unser Haus liegt direkt am Strand im Dorf Karlsbad. Schöner Blick auf die Wellen vom großen Balkon unseres dreistöckigen Stadthauses. Geräumiger offener Wohnbereich mit moderner Küche, Esszimmer, Familienzimmer und 2 großen Hauptschlafzimmern mit Badezimmern. Ein dritter Bonusraum an einen Master für zusätzlichen Schlafplatz. Alle Möbel und Haushaltsgegenstände sind brandneu! Zwei neue super bequeme Kingsize-Betten und ein neues Ausziehbett mit zwei Doppelmatratzen. Plus ein neues Queen Schlafsofa mit den besten Bewertungen. Arbeitsbereich (neuer Schreibtisch und Stuhl) im großen Hauptschlafzimmer mit viel Tageslicht. Neuer 5-Flammen-Grill. Das Haus ist nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß (ein paar Blocks) vom bezaubernden Carlsbad Village entfernt. Wir haben 4 Erwachsenenfahrräder, 1 Kinderfahrrad sowie Boogie-Boards, Stühle, Sonnenschirm und Spielzeug - alles, was Sie für einen Tag voller Spaß am Strand brauchen. Es gibt eine Garage für 2 Autos (passt nicht in Vorstädte, aber wir haben Platz in der Einfahrt für ein großes Auto). Die Badezimmer sind Duschen (keine Wannen) und sind etwas älter, funktionieren aber einwandfrei. Voll ausgestattet mit neuen Handtüchern und Badeprodukten. Die Küche ist neu und sehr sauber und voll ausgestattet mit allen Küchenutensilien, die für Ihre Kocherleichterung zur Verfügung stehen. Drei neue 55-Zoll-Smart-Flachbildfernseher. Es gibt einen privaten Hinterhof für zusätzlichen Platz zum Entspannen, Kochen auf dem Grill oder um Kinder sicher herumlaufen zu lassen, und der Blick auf das Meer von der Küche ist von unschätzbarem Wert. Unser Haus ist eine gute Wahl für Ihren nächsten Urlaub!

This place has pretty much everything you need and more! First of all, communication with the host was quick and easy. The place was clean, well maintained, well stocked and nicely decorated. Great book and game selection too. Great location right across from the beach and so many beach supplies. I would book this place again in a heartbeat. The only thing I would mention is that the “add-on” is more like a sun room off of one of the bedrooms. It worked for us bc we just put all the kids in there, but may not be the best option if you need 3 actual separate bedrooms.

We very much enjoyed our stay, being right across the street from the beach was very nice. My son was thrilled there was a boogie board and a wetsuit to use. Close to walk downtown to shops and restaurants. The only hiccup was the listing says 3 bedrooms, which technically it is but the 3rd bedroom is not a separate room like you would expect. The hosts responded quickly to my inquiries. Overall, my family and I will stay here again. We loved our trip!!

This was the best beach house with the most awesome kindest owners ever!! We are Carlsbad locals for over 25 years. We needed a house closer to the beach for our daughter’s 13th birthday celebration we couldn’t have asked for a better house!! We will definitely rent this house again!!

What a wonderful property that is well maintained and thoughtful in all aspects making you feel home away from home! The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen stocked with everything you need. The location is unbeatable as well; a short walk to beach.

Beautiful views, Carlsbad Village is just a short walk away with many great restaurants, shops and a fun farmers market. House was very clean. Included a nice grill for fresh fish and everything you need for the beach - Had a great time.

My husband and I wanted to find a place to stay in CA with a view and away from the crowds. I'd say we hit the jackpot. Carlsbad is a great little town that is centralized to any major tourist destination north or south. The house was perfect for our needs and Mike was a pleasure to deal with. We would definitely stay here again when we return to the area.

Our group of six friends enjoyed a wonderful 5 days at the beach house.
We started our days watching the morning beachfront walkers and topped them off watching the sun set over the ocean.
The home is immaculate and well-equipped. Everything we needed was where one would expect to find it, which was not only convenient but also made us feel welcomed.
We appreciated that the beds were all comfortable and the linens clean and fresh. The double main suite layout worked well for our group.
The location was great for us. Tamarack Beach is right across the street where we could walk along the boardwalk or on wide packed sand when the tide was going out. Carlsbad Village is a short walk. We also ventured about 30 minutes south to the Torrey Pines area to visit the Salk Institute and hike the Torrey Pines Reserve. There’s plenty to do right at the beach and in Carlsbad, but should you want to venture further afield, the location makes that easy too.

The property was exactly as described. Clean with all necessities available. Bedrooms were large and comfortable which made for a good night's rest. Considering the property is on a major blvd, it's very quiet at night. Enjoyed sitting on the deck viewing the ocean especially during sunrise and sunset. Dealing with the property owner re arrangements was extremely easy and he made the process easy. I would definitely stay here again!

Great stay at the beach house..The location was awesome right across the street from a beautiful, not crowded, beach. The home had plenty of space for two little boys and four adults to enjoy the home equally. Awesome experience...would definitely stay again.

The property is immaculate and the view from the balcony is refreshing and beautiful. We felt right at home with all the amenities and nice touches (bottle of wine, candy dish) in the house. The house is in a quiet area (with friendly neighbors) and being able to walk to Carlsbad village to enjoy the variety of stores and restaurants was more than convenient.
I would definitely stay here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in your well appointed home. The view is amazing and we enjoyed the lovely sunsets. The separation of the two bedrooms worked well for our extended family. We stayed for a 4 day trip to celebrate my 17 year old son’s birthday and his Spring Break. The house is perfectly located across the street from the sand and is stocked with every possible beach toy you could want from surf boards to boogie boards to bikes. My son and his friends had a blast and my son’s exact words were this was the best birthday gift he could imagine. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

This property had every possible beach toy you can think of - boogie boards, surfboards, sand toys - along with extras such as multiple bikes, hats, beach towels, etc. Can't emphasize enough on the location - right by the crosswalk for the beach and a short walk to the an extremely charming village. Responsive hosts, comfortable beds, big tv couch ,convenient bbq and yard out back, a deck full of seating for an outstanding view of the ocean and sunset are to be mentioned as well! Sad to leave!

Property is a perfect place for a family - across the srteet from the beach, near Legoland, near Balboa Park in San Diego-Science Center, beautiful park . Unfortunately , we never made it to the Kids Museum because it was closed on New Years Day.
Our daughter and Son- in-law enjoyed great restaurants in Carlsbad while we babysat.
This was a perfect vacation for all.

From the moment we walked in the house not only was it stunning , it had a beautiful calming energy about it. From the comfortable bed, to the pillows, out to he balcony we were mesmerized by it’s beauty and our stay. Everything we could have possibly needed was there and we were beyond comfortable. We are extremely grateful to have spent a few days in this house, as we needed to recharge- and we were able to do exactly that!

Great location to town and just across the street from the ocean. Loved sitting on the balcony watching the waves - even saw several dolphins or whales - not sure which - going by each day. Family had a ball with boogie boards. Host was great with communication up to and through our stay. Home is well maintained and extras like shampoo etc were appreciated. Will stay here again!! Thx!!

I can’t speak highly enough about this property, it was very clean and well appointed, walking distance to Carlsbad, and lovely views of the ocean. A unique split level layout that was really interesting. The owner was very responsive and a pleasure to communicate with. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it without hesitation.

Great place and owners
Mike help me so much I was grieving the loss of my son. My sister and family were wonderful in helping me. They were very helpful in cleaning up. Mike also allowed us to leave by noon and God knows how much we need this time to rest after my son’s memorial service at Army & Navy Academy. Mike you were a breath of fresh air for me. Thank you

Nice location. Beach is right across the street. Take a walk about 15 minutes. To downtown stores. There is a nice fish and chips restaurant to have lunch. A little busy during the day. But what beach front is not.
The price might be a little high. But it is worth every penny. Trust me second time we have booked. Mike is an excellent host. The garage is full of fun things for the family. Bikes yes bikes, Beach chairs and other Goodies. We came during Spring Break. Summer it must be really hopping. Food in area very good. A little pricey but hey you are in a vacation town. Thanks Mike...

Great Girls' Weekend Getaway!
It was just as it was presented, clean, well stocked, with ample room for 6! It was 50 feet from the beach and walking distance to Carlsbad Village. The views and sunsets were spectacular. The beds were comfortable and we really enjoyed our stay! We never really had to contact host because there just weren't any issues. We all had a phenomenal time!
