Lack of leisure facility in hotel, probably can consider to have some likes snooker, games room and basketball court.

The location was perfect for us as we need to go visiting around that area. Room was comfortable and met all basic requirements. No hassle during check-in and check-out. Staff were friendly.

Our dinner at Elementos was not satisfying, the food quality is not there and was cols when served (should be hot if freshly cooked). The shower head in room 2001 was faulty and could not angle properly towards user, caused water to splatter everywhere.

1. no housekeeping to clean room on 11/2/2024, house keeping only came in after complaint only to change towel 2. lamb cops served not tender at all, complaint to the captain but no action taken (unable to eat) but paid full amount. request for tissue paper - did not entertained 3. room price increased not same during booked in booking.com 4. air conditioner not cool, compliant to the front desk...but no technician came

Everything from the interior, to the facilities and staffs. I was having an annual dinner at the event and their staffs was super helpful and even hyped me up during set up for PA System.

We were pleasantly surprised with this hotel. We booked a premium suite which was located on a high floor, with floor to ceiling panoramic views on the sea, the beach and surrounding hills. It was gorgeous and very good value for money, with free drinks and food in the room each day. The service was excellent. The buffet breakfast offers something for everyone, should you want an Asian, American, British or Continental breakfast. I particularly liked the continental offers (pastries, different sorts of bread and a new freshly baked cake every day) as hotels in SE Asia are often lacking in this option. Soya milk is available as a non-dairy option.

The location is lovely if you only aim at chilling on the beach but not optimal to go anywhere (it is not really near anything apart from a food court and you have to take a taxi or bus ride to go anywhere). The pool is in the building itself, therefore covered so it will not suit sunbathers. Offering one or two English-speaking TV channels would also be appreciated.

1. 3:00 PM check-in and 12:00 PM check-out. It doesn't make sense. Not even 24 hours. We paid a lot for one night so let it be at least 24 hours. 2) Got a yellow stain on my comforter. 3) Not enough toiletries.

Staff customer service is great, polite but not intrusive. Always a friendly welcome from door staff.

The only thing that needed fixing is the sink water pressure and plug in room 2805. The water was trickling out yet the plug still seemed to be blocked. Water wouldn’t drain easily.

The room is excellent...facing the sea with ceiling high window is a wow. Travelling with kids after so many years. They enjoyed the view thoroughly. Food is good. And the coffee makers in the rooms are an extra plus point. Complementary drinks are great too. I will definitely come back to the hotel if going to Penang again. Hotel transfers to be provided at a lower rate please. Staffs were very polite and prompt. Check in and out was a breeze.

The property location is perfect if you want to stay between the beach and a city. Hotel had wonderful views because it’s a tall building overlooking the city and a beach. Breakfast had a nice variety of choices.

The pool area was a bit small and covered, hard to tan, better use the beach.

Loved the location, views, breakfast and complementary coffee, juice and popcorn.

Creo que es un hotel para pasar unos días tranquilo a las afueras de la ciudad. Las instalaciones están muy bien, la piscina es muy chula , wifi perfecta. Al lado del hotel hay un hawker estupendo con precios super asequilbles . Dónde está el problema? pues que está un poco alejado de la cuidad. Me equivoqué pensando que esos pocos kilómetros se recorrerían en poco tiempo pero hay muchos atascos y aunque el grabb es muy barato no merece la pena. Sintiéndolo mucho no volvería. No puedo decir nada del desayuno porque no lo tenía contemplado.
