Diese Villa mit 2 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern befindet sich am North Shore Place. Dieser strandorientierte, fünfstöckige Villenkomplex verfügt über einen privaten Pool auf dem Dach mit Whirlpool. North Shore verfügt über einen privaten Eingang, für den zu Ihrer Sicherheit ein Code und ein Kennwort erforderlich sind, um den Aufzug zu betreten. Der Komplex befindet sich direkt gegenüber der Coligny Plaza, wo Sie speisen, einkaufen oder die lokale Unterhaltung genießen können.
Unsere Villa befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Pool und Aufzug, für Ihre Bequemlichkeit. Wir haben gerade die Aktualisierung unserer Villa für Ihren Komfort und Ihr Vergnügen abgeschlossen. Diese Villa ist offen und geräumig mit einem Essbereich für 6 Personen und zusätzlichen Sitzgelegenheiten an der Bar. Wir haben große Anstrengungen unternommen, um unsere Küche mit allen Notwendigkeiten für diejenigen Gäste auszustatten, die gerne essen.
Der LR-Bereich bietet ausreichend Sitzgelegenheiten, einen Flachbildfernseher und Zugang zu unserem privaten Balkon. In der üppigen Landschaft, für die Hilton Head bekannt ist, können Sie draußen speisen oder sich entspannen und lesen.
Unsere Master Suite verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett, einen Flachbildfernseher und ein eigenes Bad sowie einen gut beleuchteten Waschtisch mit einer großen Badewanne und einer ebenerdigen Dusche. Sie können auch von der Master-Suite auf unseren privaten Balkon zugreifen.
Die geräumige Gästesuite verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett, einen Flachbild-TV und ein eigenes Bad mit einer Badewannen- / Duschkombination.

This villa was very nice and in a great location. It is right across the street from the ocean, Coligny Plaza and numerous restaurants. It is on the North side of the building, which is very quiet. The balcony is a very nice size and looks over trees. The 4th floor pool is great and very convenient. N. Forest Beach is a very walkable area which alleviates having to get in a car all the time.

I have stayed at this property several times. I am always very comfortable there. After having stayed in several of the units in this complex I have found this one to be the best. It is decorated in a nice bright beach decor. Beds are comfortable. This is important to my husband and I.
The unit is always clean and furniture up to date. The location is great. Often times we do not drive our car all week. Everything you could possibly need is within walking distance. The pool is clean and never too crowded. I travel a lot. This is one of my most favorite places to visit. Staying in this unit is almost home to me.

Outstanding home in outstanding North Shore Place - all the necessities, super clean, great indoor and outdoor spaces. All at our favorite area to visit on HHI - Coligny Beach and vicinity. A must stay for future visits.

The location of the condo was within walking distance from the beach and right across the street from Coligny plaza. It was very clean and comfortable. Great trip.

Our stay was great as it is every year at North Shore Place. Deb was great with communication and support. The condo was as we have come to expect. The unit was clean and nicely decorated as has been our experience for the last 23 years. We will definitely book our stay here again in the future.

We love North Shore Place and have stayed there several times. This condo was nice and had everything we needed. The only negative is it could have been cleaner. The nooks and crannies around the shower door had black gunk. Also my feet got very dirty from walking barefoot on the floors.

The condo is fantastic! Very clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking and dining items. Large balcony to enjoy the outdoors. Complex is clean, quiet and secure. Very easy walk to the beach and Coligny Plaza. Deb called us to make sure our stay was going well and to let us know she was there if we needed anything. We will stay here again!

We have rented this condo at least 5 times. It's always clean, the beds are comfortable, it's roomy, and close to the beach and Coligny Plaza. The roof-top pool is always clean and convenient. Deb is wonderful to work with as well. We will book again!

North Shore Place is a family favorite to stay in due to the location and access to Sea Crest facilities as well. Communication was great and check in was easy. Condo is on the 4th floor which is where the pool is also located which is convenient.
Just a few minor things that could be improved, upgraded living room furniture that allows more seating and more comfortable. If you plan on using the pull out sofa bring a mattress topper or air mattress. My sister just ended up closing the sofa bed and just slept on the couch which was more comfortable. The shower curtain in the guest bedroom needs to be replaced as it had mold on the bottom.
Overall the condo has all kitchen items needed for those that want to stay in and cook. The beds were comfortable in both rooms. The above improvements wouldn't deter me from staying again. Highly recommend booking this place if you want to be close to shopping and the beach. We will be back for sure.

Fantastic location! Very easy 3 minute walk to the beach. Loved being across from Coligny Plaza. Lots of shops and restaurants. Piggly Wiggly a step away and they even have carts to help get your groceries back to your condo. Our unit was on the 4th floor with a roof pool and hot tub right outside our door. We were there from May 29th till June 5th 2021. Deb couldn't have been more helpful making our trip a special one. Would definitely stay again! Thank you Deb for a wonderful time!!

We had a terrific stay in this No. Shore villa. Access to oceanfront pool and hot tub on 4th floor along with Cologne shops and restaurants provided a no-car-needed vacation with a great kitchen to bring home takeout or prepare meals. Would stay again! Owner terrifically responsive.

The reason for the overall rating of 3 is: All of the floors in the condo were filthy. The countertops were dirty and sticky. The condo had a very musty odor. We had to burn candles and open windows the entire week. The window in the master bedroom is broken and would not open. The blinds on both deck doors are broken. We were disappointed with the owner/property manager and their cancellation policy. We had originally scheduled this unit for May, but could not use it because of Covid-19. They would not refund our money. Would only let us use at future date. I know of several other people who received full refunds because of Covid-19 cancellations.

Its proximity to the beach was a big plus. Its proximity to Coligny Circle was convenient but also contributed to some noise and congestion you might not experience elsewhere. The owners could not have been better to work with. Highly recommend if you like being where the action is.
